The engineer acknowledged thereโs no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying heโll โcheck with the team.โ Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plansโplease refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio
