    Hello @JioCare I am Aasif Anwer, I have done recharge of 1201 for International Roaming for the number +91 96431 56141 on 06 Jan of brother but plan is not activated yet. He is in Djibouti, East Africa, He is not getting network in his phone. Please provide solution ASAP Thanks.

    Dear @JioCare #jiofibre is down for 24 hours. CC wasn’t contactable until midnight. Technician who was supposed to visit by noon has still not visited and guess what calls to your CC is getting automatically disconnected. Why would someone pay for your service?!

    @JioCare Is this your right behaviour with the customer, I have called multiple times do your customer care however this has not been resolved yet. Do you have any escalation matrix to whom I can contact to the next level because this is not in your hands and can't resolve.

    @JioCare I had booked a jiofiber connection on Wednesday. Jio customer representative contacted me and took 2500 ruppes in advance on Thursday. Since then I have been continuously following up on how and when the services will be installed.

    So, seems like 30 @reliancejio guys quit enmasse in our area. Facing net outage for last 60 hours. And guess what, they have joined @Airtel_Presence . Even funny, the sales guys of Airtel despite request hasn't called us to sell connection.. against ethics, may be! #Mumbai

    @reliancejio If you want poor service with lame excuses opt for jiofiber. It's been over a week and they still haven't restored my connection. There are much better alternatives right now
