    @LiveManojlive @JioCare @UpretiOfficial Rightly said. Purchased Jio SIM hoping for good network speeds when WFH started. The speeds are so low, even speed test app failed to even connect in my area.

    This is ridiculous. Have been using Jio Fiber since the past year but never experienced such high latency/ping issues. Earlier the ping was low but since the prices have been lowered, the ping reaches up to 150 - 200 ms. Requesting to solve this problem soon. @JioCare

    @JioCare i have tried customer care , sales executive , engineer. No one is giving a proper reply as to when will the jio fibre connection installation happen. I was told will be done in 4 hours.Once paid is it my responsibility to chase you and get it done ?
