    @JioCare : I am unable to receive calls or messages, I perform the initial troubleshooting and there are no issues with the sim/plan.. Please check urgently.. I am not even able to chat with your Live chat as messages are not coming

    @JioCare @24_vetri I am also facing this issue. There is no need for IVR announcement before each call. Customers get already aware when there is only one announcement in a day. Announcement with every call is wasting customers' imp time. Think can happen when there is emergency. Life will be lost

    @r3dash @JioCare #Jio5GS20FE5G My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct the issue, enable 5G.

    @RVCJ_FB @JioCare I rise complain maybe time but never slove issue always Jio Care told in some areas facing slow data speed this is temporary problem. This excuse I hearing from 1 year but still facing slow data speed. I don't think when they fix that issue. @JioCare

    @JioCare You leave it, you don't care about your valuable customer. In these days no technician visited at my place regarding of my issue, however just receiving messages that technician visit has been rescheduled.Noe I am leaving your jio fiber connection.
