  @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai @MukeshAmba I am not able to use the internet service. I tried calling customer care but the person was not able to understand the problem. I asked how to get the refund for the durations I am not able to use the services, but she hung up the call.

  @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.
