    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, I have opted 129 Rs plan with 2 GB data. I have not used data from yesterday and it showing 0kb. I made a 21rs reacharge for twice yesterday. Still it is showing as 0kb. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio Internet speeds in Ghaziabad, 201001 has gone down so so badly. Please do something otherwise need to port out of Jio.

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed by your services, it's been 8 days since I paid for a Jio Fiber connection and still haven't gotten my connection yet.Everyday I received a message that the service engineer will visit me on that day but only God knows when that will happen.

    @JioCare Hi Sir. How is the progress of repair. It’s very difficult to understand that a problem can’t be solved since months. Reliance is such a big company and can’t resolve just a simple issue. The whole area is getting affected and we don’t have other ways to get Internet and mob net

    @JioCare I'm using jio dongle.. But it's not working now in my home. It shows "connected..but no internet".. But if we move around 100 meters away from home.. It is working properly.. Can you please help on this? My Jio number is 8610877925
