@JioCare Because of poor response & service , Jio will loose customers. They have put it in hold & given a false communication that I have requested to put hold. How your service team interpreting the things. Jio from Reliance which stands for Trust but your service people are Liar

@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio I've complaint several times regarding my jio fiber is not working but you people seem to not taking it seriously at all and the irony is you call yourself customer care. I've mailed, had a chat with the AI, texted on whatsapp, still no solution.
