    Dear @JioCare, every time it rains, your network completely collapses. If you canโ€™t manage the network or provide a stable data speed, stop selling the service. We pay full price, and we get terrible performance. Why should we even recharge if this is the result?

    @JioCare your customer care is so bad at service. They made me wait for 15mins and then cut the phone and yet no solution has been made. Very Frustrating.
