    @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Zero Jio network in [Ghatladki/Amravati/Maharashtra] as soon as the power goes out. No calls, no data. As an annual plan user, this is unacceptable in emergencies. 99% of users here are suffering. Fix the tower battery backup immediately! #TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for 100 Mbps JioFiber but getting 0.12-0.88 Mbps since installation. 10+ complaints, repeated calls, multiple tickets closed without resolution, and a CPGRAMS complaint already filed. My work is affected. Need a permanent fix, not ticket closures.

    Raised an internet connectivity issue on MyJio on 31 May,but no engineer has contacted me yet.Even around 15 calls to customer support, I keep hearing the same “priority issue” response. Very disappointed with Jio service. @JioCare Should I still expect a resolution?#BadService

    I regret switching to @JioCare Postpaid because the customer service is terrible and keeps disconnecting calls.

    @JioCare The service request resolution time is 11th June. I should wait for a week to get the connection? Meanwhile i called the local jiofiber technician but everytime he says he will visit in 15 mins. I called him 5 times today.
