    @JioCare @reliancejio We are waiting for your service guys to take the jio box and return our money back. They have scheduled visit but not coming to collect box and also returning money..while for installation it is very quick. ..very poor response of service..please help and return our money

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am getting worst ever 4G speed on Jio Postpaid. When tried to complain, IVRS doesn't give option to talk with customer care or to register complain. If tried to register complain via MyJio app, app checks for data issues and itself says that data strength

    @JioCare Most worst experience ever I had with most trusted brand JIO as would suggest if they want to use service life long then okay but if any problem persist & would ask for refund then had to pass at least 1 year or more then that or else had to forget your amount of refund
