    @JioCare after countless complaints and troubleshooting, random high ping issue didn't solve. Even the tech support have no idea and they don't care. Ping goes from 80-500 all of a sudden for no reason. Please atleast diagnose it and confirm it won't be solved. I'll go to airtel

    @JioCare Hi, I am not able to use webex meetings via jio fiber. All other websites are working fine. Also I am able to access webex when I am connected to a different network only jio fiber is giving me issues. Please help.

    my sim jio which network is not working i have complained about it to customer care but no one heard hearing i am getting pressurized to take classes in should be fixed as soon as possible @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

    @JioCare just a normal question, if your customer having issue with your jio fiber services after 5pm or 7pm. Then is there any law or terms in your rule book that he/she cant have any sort of service on the same day.he/she has to wait for next day. reply @reliancejio
