    @JioCare Hello, Just to inform i have responded back to you in DM. And One thing I have known for sure is that jio customer care team is not there to help or support. From last 20 days your customer care reprensentative are fighting like I have done some crime.

    .@JioCare It's been around 42 days since the time I've applied for installing wifi by giving the amt, then you guys refused to install, & cancel our request. But I am yet to receive the refund. With each complaint you're asking to wait for 7 business days and now it's 42 days.

    From last 7-8 days my jio Airfiber internet speed is very low despite 100mbps plan ,and I already call 3 times but still issue not resolved very disappointing service @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio

    The WORDT CUSTOMER SUPPORT is from @JioCare I have been chasing for 2 days, escalated to the next level but everyone seems to be sleeping. Looks like there is so much INCOMPETENCY at @JioCare that no one can actually help, everyone just copy paste bot replies and DO NOTHING.
