@reliancejio @JioCare haven't seen such a pathetic network all my life than jio. Signal is full but I can't make a call. It says call ended even after trying 10 times. First fix the calls then launch 5g

@JioCare Fiber is blinking with red light & internet got disconnected. Tried calling customer care, but no response from them. If we raise issue in MyJio app, service person not available today. Before getting connection they were very friendly but after they won't respond.

Facing a problem with Jio. My phone was lost and I was using Jio eSIM and not able to swap sim because my aadhaar biometrics are locked. Aadhaar is also linked to that number so not receiving OTP. I called so many times to Jio Care but resolution provided.@reliancejio @JioCare

Highly disappointed with the service which we are getting from @jiofiber. Since last 10 days we are often seeing service interruption in the area @reliancejio request you to look into it and resolve the issue to enjoy your services.

@reliancejio You have no any right to open store in your uncovered/poor network signal area, this is clear CV hearting to customer. You as re offer in ng 5G this is one more prank, if you are anable to give 4G services!!, How do you expect cust. to believe faith in your business
