@reliancejio 22 rs the payment has been failed but i said her that in payment section of jio app its showed that your payment off 22 rs is successful done but she said its not done then i again call the customer care your another executive say that you pay 22 rs as a postpaid

Why @reliancejio network very slow in my area all the time. Now, they don't provide any quality service to their customers in rural and urban areas. Used jio network from the beginning, but if this continues, Time to switch back @airtelindia . No big difference in recharge plans

@reliancejio Is deleting tweet make your service the best or the resolve the customer issue is making the best I have recharged ₹2599 in Jan 2021 but my disney hotstar has expired in five months. I have complained since 05/07/2021 but still my problem has not resolved.

@Rakesh12682706 @JioCare @airtelindia Jio sucks de do not give a **** about their customer and even if you threaten them with court case they do not give a **** and they do not give a reply. My complaint is now six months old and they have not responded all they say is we will get back to you as soon as possible
