@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani There is no range to Jio mobile phones in Adaigaon near Newpanvel. More than 1000 connections are facing problem from last two days. If it continues then they will definitely port with other provider. Take a note of this and act immediately.

@JioCare That engineer only came and told he can't fix the issue nu, becoz of your mistake I got cheated, u won't give refund also if I disconnect, if you can't give service to an area y u give false promise and give connection and make customer suffer, be geninue

@reliancejio Pathetic service during presales, Don't know what will happen after sales. Booked jio fiber on 24th July with a promise of same day installation by sales team. No installation even after 3 days. No response from sales. Jio care also did fake promises SR000015YEU9
