    @kayezad India is going cashless for middleclass! Every e-commerce delivery person says no change! Wehave no option but to pay via bank! The problem arises when u shop for 1hr, put things in ur cart at spencer retail offline! The counter says only epay! But no @reliancejio network

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please Check Service request of 3rd May 2026-- SR000034YTGB. Tried filing in a service request from 2nd May 2026 onwards and finally registered by Jiocare on 3rd May after 6 calls to jio customer care. Check your call logs or I can furnish same.

    @JioCare @JioCare nobody comes on scheduled time. Nobody calls. When I try to call customer support, it just disconnects saying your complaint is already registered

    @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber has been down since Friday. Your app shows 'We will inform you asap' nothing more than that. I pay in advance to get smooth internet connectivity. Now I need a refund or an extra 4 days of internet in my JioFiber. JioFixedID: +91-2758359823

    @JioCare @TRAI Situation here is, we have to come in X to report such things and expect resolution then what kind of mechanism is the TRAI DND app ?

    @JioCare I want to surrender my jio fiber. Can I get a call to know the process,as you have made it impossible for customer to reach the CC executive with automated response.

    @himanshutalrej3 It was an absolutely terrible network experience. I used it for a year and barely got any signal. Later, I switched to Reliance @JioCare and the difference has been huge with much better connectivity. You can try once
