    @reliancejio I am sorry to say sir but your online recharge sucks. Tried, phonepe, gpay, and custom upi, Fails. Tried Credit card & debit card, shows something went wrong. Went to phone pay and paytm broadband recharge section, Jiofiber doesn't exist there. I am in a sorry state.

    @JioCare @JioCare we have been following up since 4 days but without resolution . Yesterday late night one of the tickets was marked resolved without our consent or knowledge. Today one of your service personnel accused us that we closed our service tickets ourselves.This is your care!
