    Hello @JioCare, I am in Pune city. Having 5g enabled Moto G62 5G phone with updated software. I have changed the setting also to 5g . Still not getting 5g network. Can u help me out on this? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio 5G rolled out in Ahmedabad. I am not getting 5G network. Pls solve my network problem. Other persons Jio sim inserted in my phone also showing 5G network. Only my sim is showing 4G network only. Pls solve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio in every 30 minutes internet is getting down and recovers in next 5 minutes. It's annoying. Very pathetic service. Location - Nadwa College near Lucknow University, 226007
