Internet was shut down in my city for 7 days by the order of local police and still we had to pay for those 7 days which none of the people of my city used. Is this fair to the customer? Shouldn't service providers increase the validity for the next 7 days? @reliancejio

@JioCare Can someone make engineers visit more friendly and easy then wasting 48 hrs telling backend team will resolve issues. Such an atrocious system.....extremely difficult to get issues fixed with jio Making feel opting jio was indeed a mistake

@reliancejio @JioCare raised new prepaid sim request on 7th April,got the sim and it's been 34 hours still sim not activated. Customer care 198 or 199 doesn't connect from my other jio no. What kind of pathetic service is this.take money & no one to resolve the issue.worst jio
