    I urge people not to use @reliancejio @JioCare as they are failed to provide signals even in prime centre of the Smart Cities of India. They are not in a position to assure by when they can rectify the issue. And no compensation is provided for lost of Money because of recharge

    I actually went 2 buy battery 4 jiofi m2s but reliance digital guy suggested me 2 buy new device as battery is not available. To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Themoodyfellash @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio @Idea I tell u do not opt for Jio the internet speed is like damn slow wen u contact all the tell u is traffic is high and that would never b resolved cross connection no proper signal I would suggest u to try @Airtel_Presence its much much better

    @JioCare really pathetic customer support. Sales executive sold incorrect product providing wrong information which I reported to them but they didn't do anything. Just closed ticket without any action point.

    Just had 1 more horrible jiocare experience from an executive called Shruti. No resolution and keeps telling me I've provided resolution. Didn't escalate call to Team Leader, didn't send the call to tech resolution team, didn't allow access to floor manager or anyone else.

    @JioCare What pathetic service are you providing to your consumers. My jio fiber speed has been so slow that I can't even stream the YouTube video even at 240p. I am not able to contact jio fiber consumer care also. Please support

    @JioCare This issue is not just for my number. In general the Jio connectivity in this part of Pune is bare minimum. Many of my friends who were Jio users have now ported the number to other service providers. Being a loyal Jio user since past many years I wanted to call out the issue

    @JioCare Even with falling IPL viewership and Ads your Wifi unable to manage load? People are getting speed of 10% or less of their plan while IPL is going on?? Many moving to consumer court for breach of service and seeking penal action. @Swamy39 ++
