But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

They gave the number of the engineer allocated for service who is not picking up calls. Totally pathetic service from Jio.

Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.
