  @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

  @reliancejio The kind of service given by jio is highly substandard. You guys only have to acquire the market. Customer retention and service quality hardly matters. There is no network since morning. And your @JioCare service is like an add-on to problems.
