  This is ridiculous from the @JioCare . This is not been the first time I was facing this issue. The network is horrible, there is no net signals here in the city of #visakhapatnam also. Whenever I spoke with the CC, they told that there is a lot of users in your area since 2019.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Writing this with deep anguish about your jio air fiber service. There is literally no way to reach your customer care. Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI resolved and closed. The network quality is extremely poor. Although my phone shows a 5G+ signal, the internet speed is very slow, calls frequently drop or have poor voice quality, and the service does not perform as expected. I request that this issue be properly investigated

  @JioCare Pawan, this response is not acceptable. A generic statement that the team is working on it doesn't address the prolonged delay. Please provide a clear explanation for the delay, the actions taken so far and a firm resolution timeline. I expect an immediate update and resolution.

  @JioCare Tanya thanks for the update. My assumptions is backend team is support team, with so many SR in my case from 2+ months it isn't rocket science for them to take a time plus it's straight forward situation of 1 connection. Just the way I am asking u pls ask than tell me
