  @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

  @JioCare such a worst service I never seen. My recharge validity was going to complete on next 2days and from last 2days continue calls and messages for every hour. Is that necessary to remind such service and for every outgoing call it will 20sec of reminder msg. Worst service

  @reliancejio Jio Fiber's service is absolutely terrible. Whenever there is a fault, no engineer shows up despite repeated calls; the customer service staff are also useless—they just disconnect the call when you try to speak to them. This has happened to me multiple times over the past year;

  @reliancejio @JioCare Your service is the worst! It’s has been 3rd day since i am not able to connect to WiFi because none of your service staff show up at appointed time! The appointments gets rescheduled without my approval! Then what is the point of setting an appointment.

  @JioCare #jio #jiofiber it's over 24 hours but there is no resolution of my fiber now the engineer which assign yesterday is telling me that he doesn't have any complain. Can you plz tell me who will be provided me compantaion for this as I am not able to work from home last 24 hrs

  @JioCare It's a issue which happens every other week, still jiofiber is not answering why they cannot replace the wire or provide a new connection box as a permanent solution. For the last 3 weeks, every week issue is happening but seems JioFiber team is not interested in resolving it.

  @JioCare Utterly disappointed with ur Service. Trail mail of 21 days and evry time new executive responds with same auto responses. With chatbots and IVRs Its almost impossible to speak to ur team and make dem understand the issue. Can someone call and resolve #customerharrasment
