But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.
