The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

Vishal Kumar Varun (@Vishalvarun1208) reported@JioCare @gaikprashant @JioCare Myntra refunds are much faster. Airtel customer service is also far better. JioFiber keeps delaying refunds and making customers wait without clear answers. Very disappointing experience.

shishir upadhyay (@shishirupadhyay) reported@JioCare Day 14 of complete JioFiber outage. At this stage, the issue is no longer the technical fault but JioCare's astonishing lack of accountability. Two weeks without service, despite advance payment, reflects a complete disregard for customers.

maggs (@maggstwts) reported@JioCare facing issues with jioairfiber since the installation day. Nothing fixed after multiple visits over a month as well. Now when I'm trying to cancel my connection why aren't you giving me a refund when the problem is from your end??
