    Increasing use of bots by companies, eg @JioCare and @Flipkart has helped keep costs low of connecting with customers. But it has increased customer frustration of not being able to resolve simple issues. Given abundance of low cost labour, pity that more staff are not hired.

    @reliancejio your relocation service for jio fiber is so nice that I have been trying to relocate my fiber since 21 June 2021 within the same city but still unable to get the job done by company...Today your customer care agent named Subhrajit also disconnected the call (1/3)

    @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @JioCare it's been third day running, and you guys can't resolve the issue due to unavailability of engineer (complaint no. SR000015LXYQ). What a shame! you can't compete with airtel xtreme in Delhi...forget!
