    Hi @JioCare /@reliancejio Don't what's wrong with Jio supporting team. I am facing worst network issue in my area. I have complained so many times while using 4G service but no use. Already @Airtel_Presence started Jio 5G services in my area, why jio no jio 5g service at my loc*

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @JioCare JioFiber down for 3+ days. Standard customer care keeps falsely rescheduling my technician visits. I have been forced to file an official government complaint. NCH Docket Number: 9551766. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
