    @JioCare feeling worst experience with JIO since last 8 months.... Speed is too slow.. Even though tower standing with in 1KM. After multiple complaints there is no improvement at all... I am using 2 jio phone numbers and 1 Jiofi too... Please help

    @JioCare the worst customer service for JioFiber. Since 2 days I am scheduling the engineer, one engineer called and said I am not coming and since then all my appointment are kept on hold due to wrong SR. No way to reach any person via call. My number is 9334178497

    @TRAI Data is too slow in our villages. We pay 5H and getting speed of 3H @reliancejio totally scam huge penalty should be imposed on them.

    @TRAI Forget about slow internet. Most of the times there is no network coverage and imagine a situation you will have to make an emergency call and service doesn't respond... And @reliancejio @JioCare ask for detailed location, time, scenarios, situations. But never service improved

    Again, I’m facing no internet issue. This is the 4th time this month! Why am I paying for 30 days when I’m barely getting 10 days of proper service? This is completely unacceptable. You’re charging customers for a service you can’t consistently provide.@JioCare @reliancejio
