श्री (@SH45730878) reported@JioCare Your incident resolution process is worstest. If thr is outage , you stop customer to even connect to customer care to talk. There is no way for the customer to know reliable progress on the problem. There is only automated SMS with a time which keeps getting pushed.

They don’t have any details of that chap except mob no. They are continuously calling me unnecessarily and asking me to come to their office. I denied. So just ignore them.

The Dictator (@Al_Sudapi) reported@whoalamin @JioCare Open the MyJio app and update your DND settings to "fully blocked." If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.
