@JioCare feeling worst experience with JIO since last 8 months.... Speed is too slow.. Even though tower standing with in 1KM. After multiple complaints there is no improvement at all... I am using 2 jio phone numbers and 1 Jiofi too... Please help

@JioCare shared details of my friend, she had data but unable to use it she recharged again her old data was lost and there was always network issues in her area kindly resolve issue she is missing her classes and she lost her data which she had upto 13th June.plz give back

@Airtel_Presence It almost 1 month passed, no one contacted yet, I don't know what kind of service u r providing. @reliancejio U could grave this opportunity to port Airtel number into JIO by improving ur network in our are. We are not happy with Airtel service..... Many people want to switch.

@JioCare @fiber_jio Jio fiber is down since one day. Ticket is logged but no one came till now to fix it. Just checked with customer care as per them ticket is still not assigned. Does it take 24 hours to assign ticket.

We should never take a Jio sim because it's network and signal strength is totally poor.when I complained about our problem to Jio support, nobody took it serious @reliancejio @JioCare
