  @JioCare feeling worst experience with JIO since last 8 months.... Speed is too slow.. Even though tower standing with in 1KM. After multiple complaints there is no improvement at all... I am using 2 jio phone numbers and 1 Jiofi too... Please help

  🚨 @reliancejio — Is this how you treat customers? A cancellation request was raised and an SR was duly acknowledged by Jio. Yet, the customer is now being told that the connection will only be cancelled if they answer an “Escalation Team” call—otherwise, billing continues! This is unacceptable. No forced service, no forced billing. Please disconnect the connection immediately and confirm closure. #Jio #CustomerRights

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged my mobile plan on 17th Aug. The expiry due date was 19th Aug. Now the plan is expired but the recharge doesn't show in MyJio App & its saying You don't have any current plan. How to resolve the issue ?
