    @JioCare feeling worst experience with JIO since last 8 months.... Speed is too slow.. Even though tower standing with in 1KM. After multiple complaints there is no improvement at all... I am using 2 jio phone numbers and 1 Jiofi too... Please help

    @JioCare I have a jio wifi connection at home from the last 4-5 months which worked properly in the beginning then the issue of connection lost for 1 minute occurred every 20-30 minutes and now I am facing connection lost for 10-20 minutes in every 20-30 minutes. Do the needful

    @JioCare @reliancejio every time I face issue I get this sms this is so annoying Dear Customer, Your service request no SR0000351XOV has been put on hold due to technical reasons. We are eager to serve you and will get back with a revised appointment time soon. Not sure why ?

    @JioCare Your internet connection interrupts only on important days like election results day, world Cup day etc. very disgusting and pathetic service. JioFiber connection. Have some shame

    Now he is not getting new work order and my plan is showing activated without even installation. @JioCare Need immediate action on this otherwise give my refund. Very pathetic service and all. I will never again think of getting Jio's any thing.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint
