Can't believe I trusted @JioCare It's been a full week since my Jiofibre went down and the ticket keeps getting rescheduled without any update To top it off, the engineer who finally came demanded money, and even after paying, the issue remains unresolved. Absolutely infuriating!

Why is your Network connection so weak nowadays in Jammu's Janipur Area and other areas as well. Calls getting disconnected automatically, Internet speed is too slow, phone switching to emergency mode automatically @myjio__ @JioCare @reliancejio

@vikascoolkarnir @JioCare Local service providers are much better. They might charge more but they are always on your beck and call. I’ve even called up my guy at 1am and he’s gladly fixed my net remotely.

@JioCare When will be the issue solved? Already been waiting since more than 10 days. No resolution is provided till date. So don't fool me. No solution on ground level only virtual solution you are providing by sending me emails and SMS. Just wasting my time. Fed up by doing following up
