Received. Asked me to contact my payment partner i.e ICICI Bank. Once I contacted ICICI Bank and share me confirmed payment receipt to Jio. But jio didn't acknowledge it. How do we get refund @reliancejio @ICICIBank ? Whom do I contact? Kindly help.

To many Data consumption by @JioCinema during matches...if u wanna watch full 90 mins then u should have 4 5 gb of data....n their data usage feature is not working......its all already Pre-planned......they forcing people to buy Jio fiber😤 @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio It's very frustrating that the customer service always say the same thing that it's happening due to increase in users. This is very normal and jio should be increasing their capacity instead of stopping their services. Very poor service indeed.
