  Do you guys even have a user friendly UI ? Every single complaint/Service request is tedious. The same response regarding bill payment doesn't seem to be there for Connectivity issues. @reliancejio is probably the worst service provider on this planet. SHAME !!

  @JioCare I am facing internet discontinuing issue from last four days. Even they scheduled engineer visit and after every three hours they change the name. Hence no one visit till now. It's pathetic that Jio provide this type of service which pressure me to shift with Airtel.

  @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15+ days since I booked Jio AirFiber and I’m still getting only excuses. Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber
