    @JioCare My JioAirFiber order (NO0001EERJHE) was cancelled due to signal unavailability, but my refund is still pending. Multiple emails and follow-ups have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable. Please process my refund immediately, or I will escalate the matter to @TRAI

    @JioCare Hello Shshank, please be aware, that the first 2 days, you did not allow me create a ticket saying that it is an area wise problem, once we created a ticket yesterday, you have been pushing my slot to different hours; poor customer service.

    @JioCare I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps you suggested, but the issue still persists. My laptop is still not connecting to the WiFi, and it’s not just my laptop—even my sister’s laptop is also unable to connect. This clearly isn’t a device-specific issue. (1/4)
