    @JioCare Dear team Above mentioned device is compatible with JIO5g network because it is supporting respective band and for it software upgrade was done already,kindly check for my respective no. Also my jio app showing same model in upgrade option.

    Dear team, Agra district kiraoli 50 no. site having nw issue since long but not close permanently. Temporarily basis resolve issue after 4-5days again issue . No voice and data initiated. Site is single town . Kindly take on priority this in festival time Regards @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sent you all details 15 hrs back, no revert yet, and still internet is not working. Absolutely unacceptable. Will disconnect jio and restart previous service provider.

    @shreehari619 @geekyranjit @JioCare It must be a 5g band issue. Probably your device doesn't support 5g bands which jio uses.

    @JioCare hi sir my name is venkat i am using your jio service. Your service is not working since last two days. Complaint has been made to your service center to your agent many times about this, so far no one is responding, please tell your agent and I think they can fix it.

    @JioCare Very poor jio services in our area. Months ago service Engineers came,they worked but improved network worked only for few days. why not we port our numbers in bulk towards other operator whose service is better in our area ??? #poorjioservices
