@JioCare As we are not able to use internet for more than 2 days which is issue at jio end. The validity of current plan should be increased for atleast 2 days.

@reliancejio since 2 days having the issue with the service. I'm having full network in my mobile, but still unable to call & if anyone try to call my number it says that the number is switched off, where as my number is active & having full network. What's wrong with this.
