    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber

    Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Can’t load WhatsApp on 4G or 5G anymore. What kind of service is this? The network connection is getting worse by the day. Please look into this asap!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

    @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?
