@JioCare What’s the point of slot booking for relocation of fiber, executives didn’t came and it’s been 2 days, I have also called customer care they said it will be solved in 24 Hours and it it’s been +30 hours. Executive called me but he’s not even interested in my case.

@vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare The pathetic attitude of your team at Raipur office (Maruti Business park) will drive customer away from jio! Unfortunately had to visit the office for re-issue of a old sim & the attitude of the office staff has forced me to now port that number
