    Facing major network issues with @reliancejio mobile network in P Block South Ex - II, New Delhi 110049. Most of the time network remains absent, somehow if it works quality is extremely horrible. Looks like @JioCare wants people to port out of their network. @DoT_India

    @JioCare You should have clearly informed me upfront how many days the installation would take, or whether it was even possible. Instead, your sales representative misled me, collected ₹807, and then stopped answering calls or providing any updates. This has been a terrible experience.

    @JioCare what a pathetic and no service at all, raised relocation request for wifi almost 2 weeks ago, called multiple times, still not an inch progress, only text book response. I need to leave that place, your device will be on your own if no visit scheduled in next 24 hrs.

    @JioCare I have already followed all these steps but no use. The internet is getting frequently disconnected and also the internet speed I am getting is very slow. As requested please arrange an engineer visit to my place.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber My entire Sunday has been wasted because of this. To make matters worse, Jio mobile network coverage in my area (Vijayawada) is also very poor. This is unacceptable for a service we're paying for. Please resolve this immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare Yashoda, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 I was to get update on saturday. To work on many SR with no refund for 2+ months after return of equipment=no desire of serious intent 2 resolve & on the record show off work, prove me wrong, by issue of refund today can u?

    Dear @reliancejio, you promised 5G across India, but many areas are still waiting. I'm a student, and poor network affects my online classes. I contacted customer support in Feb and was told 5G would arrive within 6 months, but nothing has changed. L Please fulfill your promise.
