@reliancejio Now a days "net" conncetion is equal to power connection. Can you wait 1 day for restroration? Shame to the organization for scheduling the service on the next day.

Bill is not sent but email is sent only to pay the bill. How is that? Your customer care service is very poor. Is it okay for you to keep it for years if you file a complaint about Bill? @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

JioFiber has the worst customer service in Kolkata/Howrah. My internet is down since 3rd November and noone came to fix that. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio If any service, they attend on the next day only. Just check with your local providers or have a spare connection as stand by. The connection gets disconnected by seconds count on validity. For 24hrs no service and no penatly for them. Worse than govt organization.

@reliancejio Going in BSNL way. My connection disconnected by technician while giving connection to others(inadvertently). Not restored even after 20 hrs. BSNL is better. Our local net boys attend the service within mts. Think twice before going for new conncetion. Worst service.

@JioCare Jio fibre has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It has been close to 45 days since I’ve installed the new connection and my service has been shut for 10-12 days due to problems from the service providers side and they are still not providing me with a permanent

@reliancejio Improve your fiber service or be ready to face the fate of BSNL. You can not take 24 hrs to restore fiber connection. Your employees are like public sector employess. Your IVR tells the lies. Standard answer is: "your plan has expired". Shameful thing.
