    @JioCare Did you mail the details? Only some “bill before barre” is not sufficient. As per my records it was a six months prepaid bill and due to lack of service it was disconnected within 3 months and rest amount was to refund from @reliancejio @reliancegroup. The refund was pending.

    @JioCare Its totally fake promise. I received 7 reschedule messages from 20th April but till date I have not received any response and the installation has not been done. I will file a case against PG portal and also in consumer court, this is absolutely bad service, total harassment.

    @JioCare resolving the problem. Stop delaying with copy-paste responses and take real action. If this is not fixed immediately, I will be forced to consider switching services. I am paying for uninterrupted service, not excuses.

    @JioCare @reliancejio@ Facing serious issue with Jio AirFiber from last 6 months. Most apps are not working at all. I have raised multiple complaints on toll-free but no resolution yet. Request immediate support and permanent fix. Very disappointed with service.

    Shockingly poor experience with @JioCare @reliancejio Requested SIM home delivery 2 weeks ago, but your assigned manager refused delivery, asked me to collect it personally, and behaved rudely. Why advertise home delivery if customers are misled and inconvenienced?

    @JioCare is one of the most incompetent customer service out there. I raised a service request a month back, which was supposed to be completed by April 6. And @JioCare is still asking me to wait more.

    @JioCare just wanted to align the issue is plan is not being active even after recharge. what engineer. do he will ask to connect support. you are sure this will help. check thoroughly please. dont waste time.
