  @Jiocare#reliancejio we booked setup box dated 21/5/2026 but still today no one come and installation it. TC00000CUKCW we already more than 10+time called customer care. And given desant answer like a story and next day nothing happened. If possible do installation .

  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio AirFiber is having one of the worst customer services. Even after sending mails, there is no acknowledgment from your team. Call center is fully automated and every time the call gets auto disconnected saying “we are facing issues in your area”

  Switched to jio air fiber which is really slow vis-a-vis the previous jio connection. Additionally the agent and the kyc rep didnt communicate to me that there is a limit of 1000 gb / month ..which was unlimited with the previous jio connection @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare If service was not feasible then why are you asking me to initiate a request for new connection. You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.
