    @JioCare Sir,in our region, the network of Jio is very poor, how many people complained, but no solution came out.I request you to get freedom from the problems of the network, otherwise you should get a new tower constructed for better network,land will be provided for the tower

    @JioCare It's been 2 months since my last request (total of 4 months of time) for jio fibre connection. You guys are still not able to provide a connection in primary location of my town where jio service is already available. #Jio care= slow pace government service.

    @JioCare yaha jio ka network bahut kharab h speed 2G se bhi kharab ,pahale bhi twits kar chuke h....No one care about my twits.... Ab iske liye bhi Namo app par complaint karna parega... 4G ke naam par customer ko cheating kiya ja raha h... Plzzzzz care about it ,in my location.

    @JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.

    @reliancejio yesterday i purchased new jio prepaid simcard through My Jio app and made the payment of rs 299, still not received my simcard but one person called me from jio and asking me to pay rs 199 activation charges. I am really disappointed and given complaint to jio care .
