Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

Prateek Sharma (@_prateek_sh) reported@JioCare your customer care is not able to respond properly, I did Freedom recharge of Rs 10000 on my jio fiber but now I have 2 plans in active state 1 jio fiber postpaid and this, 1 agent said freedom plan will activate after current expiry but it activated automatically.
