I'm using @reliancejio from begnning bt now I'm getting irritate with @reliancejio worst network whenever I call on customer service, I get the response like "sorry for inconvenience, this is a temporary problem and we are working for it" Always, For how long we will hear that .

@JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

@MrPhoneTech @yabhishekhd @reliancejio But Jio phones case is different. I have both JioPhone and JioPhone 2. Both were updated automatically. JioPhone (Rs 500 only) is working fine, no issues. JioPhone2 (Rs 3000) has issues.

@JioCare I recharged my friend Jio's which got recharged to the wrong number. Please return my money I have earned that hard work (1) no support from Jio's customer care number. (2)I will not encourage any customer to get Jio's SIM. . . I hope that whatever you do, you will do right.
