Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

Firstly your Wifi is down for atleast 10 days a month and Jio dont have shame or courtesy to refund amount for days where system down which is your problem.
