    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    @JioCare @JioCare is the worst company with poor customer care support . I have been begging them to relocate my jio fiber connection form 1.5 months . Already sent so many mails and called so many times . No response. Had there been a new connection they would come running . Shame!

    @JioCare it been one year since i submitted application for installation of JIO tower in my farm,never got any response ; one or two time i contacted with "customer care exucutives" but they said may be some kind of procedure is going on n they r from different department;

    It's been 30 days from the pick up of set top box .still refund amount not credited .is this how customer service being provided.Provide the contact detail and progress .if we don't recharge our connection are suspended immediately than why so late in refund @JioCare @Jio_Ambani

    now day jio totally disgusting service provide everywhere i thik jio need action & review there network📡 then solve this problem not to be i switch on airtel @reliancejio @JioCare

    if you dont resolve my issue tomorrow i will be porting to @reliancejio @JioCare next month i am complaining since 18th august and all you people do is call me everyday say it will take 5 days to resolve issue…is this how you people loot?
