    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    Thank you @reliancejio it’s done. Thank you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4 -not improving call experience despite of sharing multiple feedbacks regularly -motivating me to switch to other networks. Your CRM tried reaching me out multiple times but failed due to poor signals

    @reliancejio I am facing internet issues since three days. Pathetic customer care services. jio fiber representative has no solution for it,they just ask to wait for 24 hrs, they can't connect to senior personal. Local internet providers are better than @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been following up with @JioCare for 3 weeks now, with no resolution. If this was @Airtel_Presence they would have followed up with me to check if my concern was addressed
