Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). Kindly replace the faulty unit at the earliest.

It doesn’t power on unless the adapter pin is adjusted, removed, and reinserted several times. We swapped it with my working set-top box, and it works fine. +91-4431520453 Please replace this set-top box and assist the senior citizens.

I will suggest to all my colleagues or known ones not to take any JIO wifi/fibre/airfiber connection as the post-connection service of Jio is very poor & also not customer friendly.
