A representative called in the morning & said he would visit within 2 hrs, but even after 8 hrs there has been no visit & no response to calls/messages.Hope to receive better service and support

And this problem is not new, this happens almost every month - the wire on the main road breaks every month or so, and still no permanenent fix is there from Jio's side.
