    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    Hey @airtelindia here in our area no signal of your network, No towers near by. We tried to get tower from @reliancejio but they wasted 2 months and still no tower they checked in our area and accepted that here network is 0. So @airtelindia can you help to install AIRTEL tower ?

    @JioCare It's poor than 3g.. don't give a name as "True 5g". Understand the meaning of the name. True 5g means the speed should cross 1GBPS

    I purchased a new commercial connection with jio fiber with static IP on friday (24march23). This is a 1Gbps plan. Total 60 mails i sent since connection taken and 25 calls to customer support but still the problem is not resolved. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I countinously following up regarding my deduction but worst reply from customer service support..they will message &ask regarding DM but everytime message failed to send

    @JioCare It is really a terrible time to watch IPL in Jio Cinema. Frequently it is freezing. If the quality is not improved we may have to have to go to other service provider. Very pathetic,
