Ram Lanka (@iramlanka) reported@JioCare The only fix is to do a complete reset of the router. They raised multiple complaint tickets, visited the local Jio center and were told a technician will visit but no one comes. The customer care only wants to close tickets and doesn't care about the problem itself.
