    @JioCare hey jio i have 5g enabled device , 5g network area and also recharge plan of 239 . Still i didn't get 5g welcome offer . since 4 days I talked to the customer care two time . But still they didn't solve my problem .

    @JioCare i lost my phone and sim. Got it suspended by alternate number.. Went to jio centre,. They sent me to jio store, took the replacement sim. Waiting for activation. Customer care says they can't help. Who ******** can help them? 1/n

    @JioCare getting pre announcement for recharge before making calls is annoying. That is meaning less for me bcoz after completion of validity my call facility will automatically stop,and in that issues your care persons have no solution

    @JioCare from yesterday afternoon 5G seems down in UttarKrishnapur Part 1, Silchar,Assam. Not getting 5G in here. Neither outside or inside the house. Do have a look.
