All day long @reliancejio Providing a slow internet facility while we recharge it for full time high speed 4G. It is getting worst day by day. Fix this problem as soon as possible before I will go to port it. @JioCare

I have an @airtelindia number and my wife has a @reliancejio one. When she calls me it says my number is busy & when I call her it says the number is out of coverage area! This happens when both the handsets are in the same house and show full network strength!

@JioCare Seriously @JioCare this how your network works that too in a big cricket ground. I'm currently in a huge ground, still I'm unable to browse also :3 shame on your service. Never received any help from your side. I'm so sick of this network. Poor me :(

@reliancejio @JioCare Can you please check the signal strength in Matrusri Nagar , Miyapur, Hyderabad area as it is too weak to connect to the call please upgrade the network coverage , we couldn’t use our mobile with JIO due to network strength please look into it

@reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

@JioCare Speaking from Sualkuchi, Assam. PIN - 781103. We have a jio network tower about 150m from our house but its been more than 2 years that we don't get a constant network connection. The network gets disconnected more than 50 times a day and we have to recharge my 2nd sim.

@JioCare I bought your jio phone with 2 years of plan and it is not working. Most of the time phone is slow to respond. People are complaining that nobody's picking the phone, while i am having the phone in my hand all the time. It doesn't ring. I am stuck with it

@reliancejio please stop your alert msg before calls. If i am calling someone for help in covid and i get alert tune that my plan is going to expire.... before call gets connected this irritates me and makes me hate your service. I know my plan is expiring.

@JioCare why is ping on jiofiber so bad? there are so many ping spikes in a day i cant even count them. you provide such good internet speeds but the ping is really unstable and high
