    @reliancejio won't suggest anyone to switch to JIOFIBER as there service is so bad can't even tell. Its been 2 days since i completed the registration and done payment for JIOFIBER yet no one from jio visited my home to install jio fiber yet.

    jio fiber after sale services are so worst as I am trying to get in touch with jio fiber people past 4 days but every time what they tell me is that, we have your concern with us and it will be resolved shortly Expecting a revert atleast here @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber

    @JioCare you don't have network in Greater Noida. The last time i raised the issue, it was said that it's a temporary issue and you are working on it. It's been 2 months, can't even make calls, forget about internet.

    @JioCare .from last 2 month I have given cancellation request with ID ES0000003BTE. .but Nobody Care for customer every month they are deducting my money from my account.. Pathetic Service..

    @reliancejio such pathetic customer support for the broadband service, for a small issue there is no resolution and pathetic bot options on jioapp, need to gear up on after service, issue remains unresolved, really sad and totally unhappy, jio broadband needs after sales support

    @ViBusinessIndia your network sucks and your customer service executives are sheer liars. If you are going to behave in the same way, I will have to move on to @reliancejio. At least they have a better network and great plans.

    @reliancejio very poor service from complaint lodged with joi fiber. When ur service technician Arun Mishra on checking that I was having frequent disruption in service he said that my present router needed 2 b changed & he said to call him near my end of current plan,@DoT_India
