  @JioCare The issue is still the same. Don’t you have even a little concern that the customer is suffering because of this? Every day, their validity is expiring, and yet the issue remains unresolved. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber i have upgraded my fibre plan to 300 Mbps, but I keep getting speed of 140 MBPS, there is no way I am able to raise the complaint on your app which is surprising. My fibre number is 91-2235047888. Please help with the issue.

  Recharged Jio for a full year, but the network service is extremely disappointing. Even in such a big city, connectivity is poor. Contacted customer support multiple times—same response: “We’re working on it for months.” But no improvement yet. @reliancejio
