@JioCare @reliancejio hey team jio 5g towers are installed in my city but still I don't get good networks in my area . I live in a well reputated residential area. Everytime I have to get to my balcony to get little network of 5g. That's not all even if I get 5g the speed sucks!

@reliancejio @reliancejio your sales folks are excellent at convincing people to convert but your after sales service is down in the drains. Disappointing, at the very least, after the amount of money you charge monthly.

@JioCare raised service request for my refund the only reply i get is - there is likely to be further delay..... Blah blah. Or inko india ka no.1 network banna hai. Customer service sahi karwao pehle🙏🏻.

@JioCare Why do you need weeks for replacing a lost sim. I have lost my sim can you help. Your outlet says 7-10 days. Complaint 198 doesn't accept complaint but just your payment details.

@JioCare @JioMart makes no sense to 1) call your customer, promise delivery of items & then change it to returned status & 2) the items that you do end up delivering to your customer are delivered close to expiry date. You expect me to hold onto expired items for resolution

pathetic experience with Airtel fibre came at my place installed wires and all but has not been able to activate the service because finance team is not giving any approval @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been 2 months, Airtel not worth it @JioCare please start your srvc here
