    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Honestly, try BSNL. I didn't believe it either until I actually used it, but their 4G network is far better than other operators right now.

    @JioCare “Rest assured” and “shortly” are meaningless after 10 days of waiting. I paid ₹1200 on 9 May for relocation and still no technician, no installation, no resolution. How much more patience do you expect from customers, @JioCare?

    @JioCare I need person to visit today and solve or else I will remove the box and keep aside. Will go with other network. Enough of fake promises due to which my work has suffered a lot. Not more, solve today or cancel the connection. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani why you have given jio fiber to manage 3rd party…. At Bilaspur chhattisgarh They took 6-7 days to solve the complain . customer service is a big blunder…. I am struggling to get support Worst ever service i have getting by any jio My id is 775235 8639

    @JioCare This is not handset problem plz be little serious issue in whole area very low network strength. SRN NO.SR00002YMC57 given by jio look status of this no. This issue is pending since January plz check status of this issue before replying this require action on site .
