@JioCare This kind of irresponsible act will lead your company towards the worst failure,ln a market base company customer is supreme, customer has power to raise or dump any company it doesn't matter whether it is of Ambani or anyone else,I bet other fibre company will eat you in few yrs

@JioCare I was your using your fibre till 1 yr but yesterday i have cancelled your connection , i have waited for more than a month for problem resolution ,but no one visited us , even most of the service engineer and tech supporting team is busy in putting fake visit and procrastination.

@JioCare @amazonIN I did a reacharge on July 13 from my jio app using Amazon pay. I received wow coupon from jio and cashback from Amazon for that. Money is deducted from bank but recharge is not reflecting. Contacted both the customer cares ,but no use. Kindly resolve my issue.

@JioCare I tweeted 15 days ago about the network problem but no problem was solved and I knew it wouldn't be.If the network is not working, tell us, then we will disable the SIM. Only false promises do not work.
