@JioCare I have recharged twice with ₹50 and ₹20 for emergency purposes but when I am trying to call it says I have no valid recharge plan. Look into it ASAP or credit the ₹70 in my phonePe wallet.

@JioCare Its already a month sir. Your customer care also said that with in 4 working days your refund will be credited but it been a week i guess but haven’t received my complete refund yet. I expect a quick resolution from @JioCare @reliancejio thank you

@reliancejio Please AVOID JIOFIBRE. I don't know about their other services. It's been 2 weeks+ that I have major service issues even after multiple complaints. Their twitter account only promises service but no delivery. Asking for my refund now. Still no luck. AVOID #JIOFIBRE #JIO

@JioCare i have network issue in my location from last 2 months. I have 5 jio numbers all are facing same issue. When i chat yo customer care he has not register a complaint. He has put a NOTE only. And still no solution of network issue. May i port my all numbers?
