@JioCare Useless customer service. Never had an useful solution from them. They don't respond to any tweet or any DM.They just install and there's no after service. I'm facing problems since long with my WiFi connection in laptop.

@reliancejio We are 5000 peoples in sherpur village using jio network. We cant even send a single whatsapp messege. That bad is your network please solve the issue asap or we are going to mass port into @airtelindia

Very pathetic customer service provided by the @reliancejio @JioCare I will never ever suggest or recommend any one to use the jio service. I'm continuously trying to communicate to jio care as well as visited their Noida sector 18 office to clear my outstanding due.@TRAI

@JioCare service request SR00001DWLL6, SR00001DMU96,*1DJN91,*1DJ80E. Requested for cancellation and refund exactly after 10days of installation - cancellation initiated in 3rd Sep. Device still connected to my television. Several emails in vain. What nonsense service is this?😡
