@JioCare Service: SR00001DTLMW It has been 4 days since we have no internet. I raised complaints. Spoke 20 min everyday to your customer care number on phone, etc Nobody is coming to fix the internet. This is really very unprofessional. also need a voucher for the downtime

@JioCare Soon is uncertain. It can mean few minutes to few years. Hope jio is an organised private sector industry and it has SLA for every issue. Please confirm SLA by which my issue will be satisfactorily resolved and 100% refund that is Rs.2500/- credited into my account.

@JioCare worst service ever . I had ordered for internet and dth connection on 9 of September still nobody is here for installation. The service in bangalore is very very cheap . After the payment no one is picking up the call. Everyday the connection is getting scheduled .

Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio . My jio fiber is not working from past 4 days and have called numerous times on customer support and despite getting daily texts regarding appointments for engineer visit, nobody has visited my house to resolve the issue.

Getting very poor network coverage at Lavale Pune for @reliancejio @JioCare but surprisingly good coverage for @vodafone. I took #jio for its better network than #vodafoneidea.
