    @reliancejio bad experience towards jio true 5g.... I have purchased new 5g phone one week ago .. but in jio sim there is no 5g internet running... Customer care says you haven't jio 5g offer... But I think that's not my fault

    Has anyone been facing unusually poor network on @reliancejio ? When they launched the service was pretty unparalleled but I’m strongly considering moving back to Vodafone. Constant call drops and absolutely shoddy internet service. #MobileNetwork #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare How the hell am I supposed to register a complaint I am facing frequent call drops with the customer executive too? Since a month now. Pathetic totally. Changed SIM, converted to an e-SIM. I have a postpaid service. I guess it's time for @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia I didn't recharged my Jio number only because of this. Support said how should we work on inactive number? I recharged my number for 1 month. Support wasted 1 month only saying we are working on it. Now for update, support asking again to recharge 1st then we will think.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio advertise about great connectivity and market leadership in jio fiber but can't provide service within 30km area near jio head office.very #Disappointing.
