@JioCare I have upgraded my Jiofiber connection to Rs. 999 plan on 12th Oct. But till date the promised free subscription of 14 OTT apps have not been enabled to my account. Though SR has been registered, no solution has been provided. Request ID: SR0000173J16 dated 14.10.2021.

@JioCare Clicking on "My device" in Jio Fiber on the mobile app or on PC always throws an error. Please short this issue asap! I haven't been able to change my password for this reason.

Every alternate day my Jio Fibre services are stopped for 3-4 hours. Reason given is temporary outage in your area.please think twice before installing Jio.the customer service guy conveniently saying to use mobile data for my son’s studies @reliancejio @JioCare fed up

@DipuTamuli @reliancejio @JioCare No actually I have faced similar problems few days ago. So they have asked me to ensure that data roaming is on & VoLTE /enhanced 4G LTE mode is switched ON. These are the common problems.
