    My service request no. SR0000366TGZ. Please take action against the Vasai JioFiber team. They keep putting my request on hold and rescheduling it without calling or informing me. I have to contact them every time just to know the status. Very disappointing service. @JioCare

    @JioCare Even after paying for such expensive recharge plans, the internet has not been working properly for the last 3-4 hours. This same network issue keeps happening every 2 days. Full payment is taken from customers, but the service keeps failing repeatedly.

    @reliancejio @JioCare im.abu from dindigul TAMILNADU,here we don't have proper signals in street if we need use jio we have to come to main roads to use bcz of bad signal kindly ask ur tram to solve the signal issue

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani my whole family is jio family but in my market jio network is zero, i dont want to move from jio to airtel. I registerd So many complane but no solution.
