    @JioCare Please ask your backend team to properly. It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

    My jiofibre was connected to a mobile no which got deactivated. Not able to login to myjio app and update settings of fibre. No solution from service centres. Resolve it. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply. If the technician has visited and checked the issue then how long will it take to rectify under the name of technical issue. How about sharing the time period required to restore. Its been more than a week.
