    @JioCare What’s the use of sending the same DM every time when there’s still no resolution? It’s been over a month since I requested the cancellation, and the issue remains unresolved. Please stop sending template responses and provide an actual resolution.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I face this regardless of which phone I am using. I have tried on Poco, Samsung and Motorola. Same issue with network so cannot be device fault

    @reliancejio the signal performs poorly for about half hour and then comes back. This repeats several times a day. If there is consistent congestion in network then please urgently add capacity.
