  @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.

  Worst customer support experience with @reliancejio JioFiber. Facing extremely slow internet for a week. I’ve raised a complaint, but no one comes to resolve it—they simply close the complaint without fixing the issue. This is really frustrating. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Partially, Technician visit today and check problem but technician told us it's not facing any problem but I am facing lagging and in between suddenly blink red light after 15 mins back green light so please initiate route replacement for free of cost to asap.

  @JioCare I don’t have any urn number. Jio representative denied my Jio air fiber request. He said not available at my location . But in my neighbour everyone has Jio air fiber .worst service by Jio. Jio don’t want to install then it’s ok. I will switch to airtel air fiber

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Are you even reading the screenshots I uploaded, or are you just pasting a script? My issue is NOT 5G availability. My phone is already connected to 5G and the issue is the extremely poor speed — around 1.2 Mbps.

  @JioCare 's network has been experiencing issues for the past 11 days, and the service is completely down. When the matter was reported to the concerned district official, the response was that the Jio team is not even present in Chhattisgarh— @reliancejio
