    @JioCare @reliancejio Never use JioFiber. the worst customer service experience. My complaint has already been registered, yet no technician has visited and no one answers the calls. Every day, customer care simply sends another "reschedule" link instead of resolving. 8650607734

    @JioCare @JioCare Every member of my family uses Jio, and all of us are suffering. Work, studies, banking, UPI, calls, and even basic internet access have come to a halt. Is this the "best network" you keep advertising? 2/4

    @JioCare @JioCare If this isn't fixed immediately, my entire family will port every Jio number to another operator. Customers pay premium prices but receive excuses instead of service. Enough is enough. #Jio #JioDown 4/4

    @JioCare I have already escalated this matter to the Jio Appellate Authority with complete evidence. If this continues, I will pursue the matter before the appropriate consumer grievance and regulatory authorities, seeking compensation for the repeated service failures and missed service.

    @JioCare Paid for a new SIM 72 hours ago. Order ID: NO00015H5V0N Complaint raised both by mail and telephone. Delivery executive is not responding to multiple calls. No response till now. No delivery, no help from Jio Care. Solve this immediately or refund my money.
