    @JioCare Your service request number is SR00001C76RU. I am doing wfh and having no internet since yesterday. Please assign some one to look into issue.. I have 899 plan in @JioFiberVoice but basic plan is working fine with having troubles like us.

    @JioCare I am yet to get the response from you. If I pay for 30 days and unable to access it for 10 days due to issue at your end, why don't you extend the validity?

    @jiocare they sent a technician. They did not resolve the issue and asked us to upgrade to 150mbps plan. Even nw the speed is same, no change. Our work is getting affctd and spending more time on system due to pathectic speed. I see Jio is using same antenna from our building and
