    @jio_fiber @JioCare it's been 2 hrs my jio fiber isn't working, tried to raise a complaint through the app/phone, still didn't get any solution, earlier it used to have an option to get an engineer at home now that option isn't anywhere.

    @JioCare @JioCare due to the problem in recharge I have connected to Jio Customer Care both on phone and visited physically but they are unknowledgeable and are unable to resolve problems and even they don't have proper knowledge of their on plans. Wasted more than a hour on care centre.

    @JioCare Why the executive still not answering the calls. When you have equipment shortage why do you promise to deliver service? 1 day delay is understandable but it’s been 3 days and you are telling me that I will get update after 3 more days.

    @JioCare This is already escalated multiple times. Provide exact resolution time today and confirm engineer visit. No more delays. If not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed with TRAI and Consumer Court.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I have issue with my jio fibre that it is getting disconnected for 1 hours or more they scheduled a technician visit and then he marked this as resolved without any visit and reason being my internet is working properly

    @JioCare the smart executive at jio took a complaint for a connection which was closed 5 years ago! The rep who called now to check if the issue is resolved told me he is not goi to be able to help in this matter at all and repeat the entire process again! Just for these reasons,
