    @reliancejio your fiber connection is not working in my area since last 20hours! this is totally ridiculous. On top of that there is no way to talk to customer support! Just a recorded message is played over call!

    @JioCare JioFiber connection has been down for 3 days due to a broken fiber line in our area. 4rth time I’ve faced this issue.I’ve contacted support, WhatsApp support, local technician, n the local Jio team, but nobody is responding or scheduling a visit.

    You people seem determined not to provide the service, no matter how many requests I make. Since May, I have been calling every day, and each time I was told that the STB would be collected within 24 hours, but that never happened. (1/2) @reliancejio @JioCare @consumer
