    @JioCare everyday all the time there is outage in my area (Pathankot, Punjab) - I don't see any compensation in your bills when the outage lasts for days. This is absurd and frankly extremely frustrating. If you can't handle any of it, do i need to switch to airtel?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised complaint for my OTT premium services issue with ticket no. MR0001RSS207 on 27th June 2026, however today it's 1st July 2026 this issue not yet solved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare idiots don't frustrate me, call me and solve my problem. Idiots I uninstall and install many times, jiohome app 1) Unable to login jiohome app 2) Google offers not received 3) Promised 4 months validity for 2222rs but received only 3 month validity

    Jio's calling service is terrible right now; the voice isn't coming through at all, and the internet isn't working either. What am I supposed to do? If you can't fix it, just admit that it's beyond your capability—why are you harassing customers? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have recharged 500 for 28 days pack with 14 ott platform facilities but now I am not availed these ott app I have spoken 3 times customer care advisor but not getting solution yet
