    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare My internet has been not working for the last 3 days (Request ID: SR0000331505). No call or visit from the assigned engineer, Jitendra Kumar Saini, and he is also not answering calls. if this is not resolved by today i will go with Airtel.

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, I’ll wait for my refund and will promise that we will not going to bother you guys again, and slowly move away from the JIO ecosystem, will transfer our mobile numbers(my family) to some other service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since 1 week there is no internet..after repeated calling still there is no one who has come to repair..the service staff tells I am super busy can't visit..you close your connection take another network..no manners on how to talk

    Such a stupid act by @reliancejio Yesterday I recvd call from jio to recharge the no. before 9 pm for uninterrupted communication. I recharged the no. with amount 349 in next 15 minutes after receiving the call. Now, today a girl called me n again saying the same thing.
