    @JioCare Totally disappointed from jio still it's not working and received below msg from jio whatsup "Dear customer, JioFiber services in your area have been restored. If you are still unable to use the internet services for your JioFiber Service ID *1203105xxx*," fix the issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia it has been 8 months now since i asked for a fiber internet connection and they have not yet been able to provide me with a internet line. Is airtel that incompetent to provide internet service to consumers? And compared to that @reliancejio got us a line in 15days.

    Very disappointing service by @reliancejio. Not able recharge and add data add-on plan to my account. There will be no plans available for child account to add the data plan. Facing issue to work as the data is exhausted. Contacted support but no solution. Please look @JioCare

    @JioCare 4G SPEED 20MBPS TO 150MBPS and you give speed in kb like that 7,20,50 kb less around 20 time less and that connectivity unstable. And if you work improve to it so connection is not get 4G type.consumer pay you for 4G and you give 2G like services
