    2/2 It’s a pity that senior citizens are getting troubled like this.They’re getting and have been paying bills regularly for sub par #internet and no #streaming platforms access for 2 months but no one has evn responded to even one complaint. Please look into this. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've been tweeting since last 5 years about how JIO's network is bad in my area, No improvement so far, Since my company provides JIO sim as corporate offer, I am stuck with it. Otherwise would switch to @airtelindia for sure.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare , my parents, who are both senior citizens, are having a horrid time with #jiofiber internet at home. They’ve been trying to contact #CustomerService thru the app, phone, WhatsApp and every other way but with no avail…1/2 #customerexperience

    @JioCare Your services has been down in our area-248001 since 24 hrs now Issues was supposed to be fixed by 4:38 am but still the issue exists Neither their is any update provided by customer support on the resolution time. Will you guys ever provide quality service ? #pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Height of bad service.While taking connection,sales and technical team agrees, but after paying advance and during installation refused and cancellation request (ES000000ISU5) ignored and bills keep coming without usage? #jiofiber #jiocares
