    @JioCare today is my first day for jio fiber connection, but whole day I am waiting for technician to visit and install modem. From customer care to local vendor what I just get is misguided information. Now local vendor Mr. BALRAM disconnect my call and switched it off.

    @JioCare I need a timeline please. Requests keep getting forwarded and I keep getting delayed messages every single day. The sales person who had come for connection registration does not pick my call. After doing payment it is my right to get the service and not be in a limbo.

    @JioCare 2... I asked for compensation as well, she directly told there is no compensation for this. This is really a pathetic service from Jio.

    @reliancejio Why I have to raise a complaint for slow internet speed then the TSD person says that the modem have a pending firmware update. I have to pay as well as remind your team to update my modem firmware.

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Most useless customer team. Been 3 weeks since payment and jio internet fiber connection has not been installed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This person name sukhwinder singh is making a fool out of me from past 6 months. I have raised 15 requests for jio fiber , he never calls me , rejecting installation requests even when area is feasable. His mobile no is 6239500789 , Kindly take an action .

    @JioCare some newbie Girl called thinking a girl can retain. I give rats as to the girl executive for cheap tricks of retaining. The time line to fix the issue is 120 to 180 days. You want us to waste money or save. What kinda trick of helping save money.
