    @JioCare And within 2 days of the issue resolution, the issue has surfaced again. I hope I don't have to wait for another 5 days to get this resolved. @JioCare Kindly look into this.

    @reliancejio why do you keep sending messages to customer that your plan will expire soon ,even after knowing that there is a paid renewal plan in queue to be executed after expiry of previous one . Your systems needs to become matured ..you are here since many years now

    @JioCare Really worst experience and getting torture from jio ! I don’t understand what kind of people you have who are always having different versions of the same issue explained 1000 times to diff people on call center and every one has diff versions pls ask one person to own

    @JioCare What is happening with your network now a days I am facing a lot of call drops, Everytime I am on call with anyone call cuts after 10 or 15 mints and then i am trying to call again without ringing call cuts, this is unacceptable 😬, I have to port my jio number to other.

    @JioCare Your customer care is fake. I got recharged, the amount deducted but no services are getting.
