    @reliancejio i number of issues which your people have never bothered to respond to. no escalation contact details also being provided. who is the ombudsman ? i will certainly escalate and make sure you people dont take customers for a ride

    @reliancejio jio fiber forget is most unstable. goes down multiple times every day since months. Jio care is not competent to even provide modem settings like dns. Jio care gives a fake complaint id which bo one follows up. unable to recieve and make calls on jio mobile.
