    @JioCare Paid in advance, completed KYC, and still no installation or defined TAT. Your team has no answers—only excuses. This is how you treat prospective customers after taking their money? If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be approaching the Consumer Court. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days. Technician visit has been rescheduled 7 times, yet no technician has visited or even called. I've been a Jio AirFiber customer for 2 years. This is the worst service I've experienced.#Jio

    Mr. Gaurav Anand, Jio has pretty bad customer service. Keep getting messages someone will come but no one shows up. Lokesh in Chennai 9080965331 keeps hanging up. 4 days no service. Students unable to study. Request number SR00003D0F4X @JioCare #reliance #aakashambani

    @JioCare It's been 5 days since my connection is down and I have received no help from jio. The jio engineer put the request on hold without resolving it, the customer care then promised to assign different engineer and today the request is assigned to same engineer as before. Tired

    @JioCare Yes this is what exactly and clearly I’ve mentioned above that it’s a fake remark no one came to visit and issue is still the same..fisrt of all kindly arrange my call with any senior authority or concern person now. Coz now it’s unbearable. I’ve tolerated enough.

    @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.

    @JioCare Your service team is very rude they’re not understand problem only says our team is working on it but actually no one working on it without resolution they closed my service request too this us how you treat customers i need my money back i don’t want jio fiber anymore 😡
