@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing much more issue of internet even I have 1 GB data in my account what was going on I can't able understand even I complaint this issue many times. But still the same issue we are facing. @RelianceDigital

6 days without resolution ! 7th day ongoing. 2 ways that @JioCare use to con their internal process 1. Give a miss call to customer to claim 100% adherence to process 2. Create new tickets for same issue & extend timelines

@JioCare very worst service for jio Fiber. Agent call & say we will give connection at your home then next day jio one person say power is low in JB other person say no approval from govt for laying(after cable laying done). Pls improve service or no one will take jio. @JioCare

. @Airtel_Presence Dear @JioCare , you are far far better than Airtel. I used Jio Fiber for a year. never faced any tech issue. But here is airtel, 2 days of no internet one whole day of complaint pending. they have changed 2, service engineers.yet no resolution. Worst service
