    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing much more issue of internet even I have 1 GB data in my account what was going on I can't able understand even I complaint this issue many times. But still the same issue we are facing. @RelianceDigital

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. It's been over 3 days since I paid for a new WiFi & TV connection registration no8460893577, and no installation technician has shown up yet. If you cannot install it immediately, please initiate a full refund of my amt.

    @JioCare “First, please pay some attention to your service as well. 😐 The network hasn’t been working properly for the last 2–3 days. Before calling customers to recharge, please make sure that customers are actually getting proper network coverage and uninterrupted service.”

    @JioCare Really totally pathetic service last time this number +91 91218 03795 I have received call. He fixed something and again it is not working.

    @JioCare 's network has been experiencing issues for the past 11 days, and the service is completely down. When the matter was reported to the concerned district official, the response was that the Jio team is not even present in Chhattisgarh— @reliancejio

    @reliancejio very bad customer service. I applied for the SIM online on 8th Aug still it is not delivered. I ported to jio now i have nowhere to go. Pathetic service of Jio. Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015IT7NL.

    @JioCare @reliancejio when will you fixed my Internet connections, i have been almost 5 years customer of jio , but last 5 months having bad issues please fixed my Internet stable otherwise I’ll quit this sim , every time customer saying kl Sahi jayega lekin kabhi nhi hota hai

    15 days of extremely poor internet service from @reliancejio , despite having 5G and full network bars. A 30-second reel takes almost 6 minutes to load, and basic internet usage is practically impossible.
