    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing much more issue of internet even I have 1 GB data in my account what was going on I can't able understand even I complaint this issue many times. But still the same issue we are facing. @RelianceDigital

    I am using jio phone since 2020 & I don't know how to use. Within 15 days, JioBharat V4 battery swelled up, charging port damaged since purchased (not visible from naked eyes) & after repair button problem arised. Warranty void by @JioCare due to these defects. Ref No. 8080231337

    @JioCare This is not power adaptor issue at my end, it is the power backup issue or infrastructure issue from Jio side. Because as power cut in my area , i get notifications from Jio for network connectivity issue & when power supply resumes then I get notification for services resume.

    Hey @JioCare, it's been over 5 days since I booked my JioAirFiber MAX connection and completed KYC. Payment is also done but The order is stuck at the installation stage and the local team keeps asking me to wait. This is a poor start to a premium service. Order ID: NO0001CQRNNG

    @JioCare Please let us know, if you can't able to provide proper customer service. We'll get that from another service provider. Don't behave like you're the one. I'm facing the same issue from so many days I didn't get the proper resolution. Arrange a callback. It's an emergency.

    @JioCare DM me proof that my concern is forwarded to the relevant team because from 1+ month u people are just using same bogus word earlier,soon etc. Otherwise provide me date limit honestly to resolve the issue @reliancejio @trai

    I purchased that for less than 750 and the service center asked for 790 for repair. I purchased the handset from Zepto, they told me to reach out to Jio. Jio denied to repair charging port and now button down key. Is this a new revenue generation model by @reliancejio @JioCare.
