    @JioCare I want your kind attention towards this issue as I was supposed to get a refund for my jio fiber connection however I haven't got that even after the stipulated time. I talked to the customer service as well but they are not able to resolve the issue

    @JioCare you never fail to disappoint me, 2 days and again the problem started, i have raised that with the appellate team, will apply for disconnection this month end, thanks to your pathetic service team who wanted me to switch to some other sert provider , I'll be doing that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number is SR000015XN9Q. This is my service request number which was scheduled at 2 PM and now 20 mins prior to it Jio representative is calling me and saying it will take 2 hours more to come What the hell
