    @reliancejio My Jio Fiber speed is running very slow and connection is disconnec sometimes but after so many complaints till now we have not any resolution

    @JioCare I have logged a complaint for pickup my jio fibre device and the service request number is 299861178420 but till date, no one has come to pick it up. I have even called ur service person he was rude in talking and denied to come. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ..it’s been more than 4 days now. I was told the sim will activate automatically in 30 mins. It’s not activated yet even after contacting the customer care and ur agent from where i brought the sim. Disappointing. I will go to the consumer court
