    Goodbye @ViCustomerCare , Congratulations on loosing your more than 10 year old customer. Switching to @JioCare now, Those guys atleast listen to my issues and they have far better plan than yours. Best thing they don't stop Incoming calls. When the number is not rechrgd.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, been waiting since 31 hours after my complaint for the wifi to start working. That's not a typo. Literally 31 hours. Your customer care number keeps giving a new time everytime they are contacted.

    @JioCare Do u have any sensible service oriented approach at all? Since 3 days I am sending many messages for my above SR #, still no action; it is highly deplorable &atrocious attitude and customers who are prepaid heavily don’t deserve such treatment. If jiofibre has any shame, act now

    @JioCare Without knowing the issue& needed action behind it, how guys sent official email & sms that it would be resolved by 21st 21:41 hrs.. today u r telling it would take some time;even thrice requested a demo,no action but issue got closed by u last month. Awfully bad backend.
