    @JioCare #JioFiber #jio its been 45 days since we cancelled service and device been picked up but we have not got the refund. You guys are fraud and see you in court soon...!!

    Is @JioCare service that bad that even after 15 days they are not able to fix a basic problem? Or expecting a good service from any service provider is fault of a customer.

    @reliancejio @Jiocare utterly disappointed with the service & customer care. Called twice, executive was unable to provide any solution. Customer care executives also do not care to call back when call gets disconnected.
