    @JioCare I am a Jio Fiber customer and I surrender my connection on 6th Jul and 12th or 13th Jul your market consultant picked up Set top box and other accessories but till date I hve not received my refund. Is this Reliance industries who don't know How to care our customer?

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio again the same issue by jio team "We regret to inform that installation of your JioFiber connection with Order No. NO0000IO7T2J is delayed due to Technical Reasons. Our team is working on the same, we will confirm once it is ready for installation".

    @reliancejio @JioCare providing fake offers like 420. I already asked for service disconnection, till now its not done, but the service request is closed twice without even contacting me. Totally fraud network
