@reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

@JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Not able to make any call and not receiving incoming calls when 5G option is selected for Jio in my device. When i switch to 4G, i can receive incoming calls and am able to make outgoing calls also. Any issues are pre-existing for 5G wrt to voice calls?
