I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.
