    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    Jio Network is biggest problem in our area ( Jitwarpur , 841219) problems are going on . If airtel doesn't improve our network then 2k customer will be shifted in Airtel @reliancejio @JioCare

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @JioCare It does not matter how many users are using Internet at the same time. You should have some sense what you are talking. It has been months, now its worst not able to work from home for my company. Please send an Engineer ASAP to investigate the matter

    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I just got a call from jio +912235071645 which I applied for new sim . Got a call from that number date 27 March and time 1.50 pm . Your customer executive was very rudely talking and his response is very bad , talking in the local kannada language.
