Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

Very bad customer service @reliancejio @JioCare . They claim to call you to resolve rhe query but don't call and send you the same standard message again and again. Store people and toll free number also not helpful.

@JioCare Ur customer care is not being helpful in suspending the sim. They've been given the Aadhaar details, the last recharge amount, etc. but apparently those don't match ur records. And ur customer care exec is being really rude to my friend who is being seriously patient with her.
