Dear @JioCare I request you to kindly extend my plan validity as my service issue is still unresolved Complaint number SR000034YDNX was closed without proper resolution and the problem still persists Due to this I have lost nearly 1 month of my active plan without being able to use the service It is unfair for a customer to bear the loss when the fault lies in unresolved service and improper handling I request you to Extend my plan validity for the number of days the service remained unusable Ensure proper resolution of the issue without forcing complaint closure Hoping for a quick and fair resolution

Hello @JioCare, I requested for STB installation on 16th May, still no engineer visited to install it. I connected to customer care and Mr. Aakash Roy saying it’s your negative makes delay. Is jio Fiber detect it. I think he directly hires from Vantara staff. @reliancejio

@JioCare How to track this? And jio is providing one link in that status is showing accepted and tecnician will visit soon. There no cancellation option is there. U guys don't have customer support number. All are ivr response which is no use. Need a proof of my complent status.

Hi @JioCare, I have an active 5G recharge and my phone supports 5G, but my daily data gets exhausted very quickly even while using the 5G network. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.
