the @reliancejio services has gotten worst recently. internet is not working at all indoors, even call quality is very poor nowadays. sometimes not able to understand other person over phone. why the hell I have been paying for such bad services I really don't know. @JioCare

@unesssentialist @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

Hey @JioCare I loved all of your services but Jiofiber made me change my mind. I placed an order on 28th March and there was no sign of installation till yesterday( 18th April). Now I cancelled the order because it was rescheduling everyday... I don't know why. Pathetic service!
