    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI This has been happening repeatedly, and it is seriously affecting basic communication and internet usage. Please resolve this network issue immediately and provide a permanent solution. If the problem is not resolved soon, we will have no choice but to switch to another network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the audacity to ask for details to share over dm and then ghosting your customer is really commendable 🙌🏻 31st Aug is the last date I will be using the worst service provider’s WiFi connection, post that switching to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio I no longer want to continue with JioFiber. I’m planning to get an Airtel Fiber connection instead. Please tell me the process to disconnect/terminate my JioFiber connection and let me know what I need to do from my side.
