    @reliancejio Very poor & disappointing service at your Jio Store in Durgapuri, Shahdara. Your employee Ashish took payment but did not provide the SIM. I was made to wait outside the shop for almost 1 hr & kind of rude & unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable

    @reliancejio the signal performs poorly for about half hour and then comes back. This repeats several times a day. If there is consistent congestion in network then please urgently add capacity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @deepank_ds @JioCare They are here just to make money from you. have not refunded me deposit since 1 yr after taking back device. They will auto cancel all the request, never bother to reply mails, helpline works on bot. You are left alone to help yourself. They do not have stores like @airtelindia

    No internet connectivity on jio fiber and when called your team, they told to wat for 30 mins. Never seen such a pathetic response and service. Can you please cancel my subscription and refund my fees. No need to do anything @JioCare
