    @JioCare Can you staff enough English speaking folks? Even after selecting english language, people are routing me to Hindi speaking staff who are clueless about problem due to language barrier.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your team has scheduled the visit for my new non working router, but that service request has been rescheduled 2 times till now. In case, there is no service incharge, then why do you provide service numbers? Just to make people fool?
