    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio sim since lunch the year 2016. My number is 7978938154, Despite many network issue I am continuously using it. Now also I recharged 2025 scheme which is 225 days of 2.5 GB ପେର day of 5G. But I am getting 3G and sometime network not coming too.

    @JioCare I booked a SIM delivery on 12 Aug 2026, but due to the delay I obtained the SIM myself. I have repeatedly asked the delivery rider to cancel the order and process my refund, but he keeps rescheduling the appointment instead. Please cancel my order and initiate the refund

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your "AI" chat & IVR have smartly blocked manual ticket raising for technician visits by pushing a fake "area outage" script. Verified with neighbours—their JioFiber works perfectly. The issue is isolated to my house @jagograhakjago kindly help

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am looking for a internet service in my area and I also consulted your Jio store located at Wagholi Pune Maharashtra 412207. But they are not providing the connection and the reason they are mentioning is. Local vendor in my area will not allow them.

    @JioCare , I expect the service validity to be extended by the full number of days for which I had no service, from the original outage date until the actual restoration date. I should not lose the validity period for a service I paid for but could not use.

    Still facing the same problem unable to watch jio tv through jio fiber I am fed up of doing complain every month if today your engineer will not come i will throw out jio set up and jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare don't have so much time to do complaint every month

    Airfiber..... worst things provided by @airtelindia and @reliancejio i have tried both they both creates problem... if there is problem with network ot doesnt get solved for weeks. eng. comes, repairs and go it gets ok for few hours and again same problems
