    @reliancejio Pathetic customer support! My jio fiber connection is down since 6 days now and still no one has been assigned (SR000014C1MM). Your representatives make it even worse by promising everyday that they will send someone and the next day they don't even recognise you!

    It is almost 2weeks i am not properly getting any internet speed ....whenever i am approaching them they are not solving the issue asking me same question and delaying the task ..it’s only the motive of @reliancejio @JioCare to differ the issue as long as possible (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer service. Customer care executives taking calls and putting on hold for more than half hour and not responding to even a small query. Core team Have to look how their exec. are making fool by putting calls only on hold & not providing service.

    @reliancejio My Jio fiber is not working since last 5 days, ,As I recharged it stopped working, and your Staff is also telling that he cant help, Jio customet care number is not connecting since last 5 days. Where shall I go , ,Consumer court ??

    @reliancejio Hey Jio, My father recharged wrong jio number by mistake. The recharged plan was for a year and the amount was Rs 2399. Could you please help us in this regards? The said person is refusing to repay us and is agreeing that the recharge was by mistake & he'd coop.

    @JioCare i want to take new jio fibre connections .i live in patna . I tried multiple time to customer care executive to get connection in my house but there is no any reply. I also tried from online Book page but not reply yet .

    Jio fiber down since 4 days now .. Jiocare doesn't care .. they have the prepaid money and how does it matter now .. happens every month .. multiple calls / requests raised and it is still down .. can I get my money back Mukesh / Akash? @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @Akash_Ambani
