    @JioCare You said there will be improvement in 10 days now it's 15 days nothing improved even early morning time also the speeds are trash are you sure jio using 5G network or it is just for a name sake

    @JioCare If this issue continues, I'll have no option but to disconnect my JioFiber connection and switch to another provider like @airtelindia . I can't keep paying for a service that gets disconnected almost every day. I expect a permanent resolution, not repeated excuses. @JioCare

Please stop sending template replies and confirm who will contact me, by when, and the exact JioAirFiber installation status. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare, did Sudhanshu just pass his keyboard to Habiba to hit Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V? Day 5 of an outage and instead of giving a real update or answering the question, your team just spams the exact same scripted reply with a different name at the end. #JioCare #CustomerServiceFail
