    We are watching @IPL, & as usual @JioHotstar has started buffering. I have a high speed connection of 300mbps. So don't give me an excuse. I have noticed this from the last 7-8 matches. I don't get why this issue occurs? Other than that app runs brilliantly. @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, my JioFiber was installed & active on April 10, 2026. I picked the 3333 plan, but I'm still not seeing the Google Gemini Pro banner in MyJio to claim as promised. 😟 Can you help?

    I am using jio phone since 2020 & I don't know how to use. Within 15 days, JioBharat V4 battery swelled up, charging port damaged since purchased (not visible from naked eyes) & after repair button problem arised. Warranty void by @JioCare due to these defects. Ref No. 8080231337

    @JioCare my internet is not working from 5thApril2026 after complaint also engineer visit also issue not resolved. Got message issue resolved what type of service is this for sales they come immediately but for service dont even pick up the phone hopeless

    🚨 Customer Issue: I made a UPI payment via @GooglePayIndia over 2 weeks ago, and it is still unresolved. @JioCare says they never received the recharge request, despite the payment being successful. If not resolved soon, I will proceed with legal escalation. #GooglePay #Jio
