    @JioCare I am facing issue in every website whether it is google, jio, toi or speedtest showing a message that you are not connecting to internet where I can see a single bar and recorded a video of it and send it to you but you guys never check it.

    Dear @JioCare, whenever there is a power cut in my area (PIN 756123, Andarai–Sabarang, Bhadrak, Odisha), the Jio mobile network goes completely down. This causes major inconvenience during outages. Please investigate and ensure proper backup power at the nearby tower. #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Are you really going to improve internet and network in Shivganga Nagar Jule Solapur #Maharashtra ? Or we should switch to another network? Its been 7 to 8 years network is not there.

    Dear @JioCare, my internet service has been down since yesterday. I raised SR SR00003CI8AV on 28 Jul, but the issue is still unresolved. app only shows “Home visit scheduled” and “We regret the delay” without any resolution. This is causing serious inconvenience. Plz prioritize

    @JioCare I have restart and checked LAN properly but router is not starting even no light singal is showing over there. What the issue is we don't know but our work is stucked due to no internet.
