    @JioCare I bought the ₹949 Jio 2GB 84-day plan on 16th May 2026,which includes jiohotstar subscription as well,but JioHotstar is asking me to subscribe again,It’s already included in my recharge plan but subscription shows unsubscribed. Resolve this issue on priority

    @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

    Dear @JioCare @jio_fiber , it has only been a week since my Jio Fiber connection was installed, and the internet has already not been working for the last 3–4 days. Despite taking payment for 6 months in advance, the service quality has been extremely disappointing. (1/n)

    @JioCare Hi Team, The issue was never about slots. I received regular calls but the technicians refused to come. This is primarily because the person who came to book the connection has filled the address section wrongly, as such there is mismatch in your system
