    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The JioFiber connection has been not working since the last 2 days Your technician fixed the issue temporarily yesterday and the issue came back after a few hours Raised a new ticket this morning at 7am, I didn't get any call yet from anyone.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been almost unusable for the last 15–20 days. Technician already visited, but the issue remains. The problem seems to be network capacity/tower infrastructure. Please escalate this to your network team and provide a permanent solution.

    @JioCare Issue is with all Devices. Issue is slow Upload/Download speed on all websites,I have tried uploading on Google drive/youtube. Plan is 150mbps forget 100 it's staying below 50 sometimes just 10-20mbps only, even youtube is buffering sometimes. Date & Time: all the time.

    What kind of absolute SCAM are you running, @reliancejio @JioCare ?! 🤬 My JioAirFiber service request (SR00003DD7YZ) was arbitrarily CANCELLED and falsely marked as "RESOLVED" , yet my router is STILL glowing dead red with zero connection! Are you watching this blatant fraud against common people, @TRAI ? The customer support is a joke and your ground-level workers are even worse. I am absolutely DONE with this scammer company!
