    @JioCare Sorry. It was pure harassment from your customer care and the local team. I switched over to Airtel who installed the connection within 24 hours. Already raised JioFiber cancellation request.

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR082052985. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had physically submitted all required documents at Jio Store Ladnun for ownership transfer of mobile number 7665668953. The store is around 50 km away from my location, but till now no update or response has been received.Kindly check and resolve issue

    Pathetic service form your distributor. @JioCare @reliancejio I have ordered for a JioAirFibre connection few days back , and still no response form your side. A have already paid the money, but after accepting the order there is no response anymore.

    @JioCare You didn't understand my concern. It's been more than three days since I've raised the complaint. I think your engineers are coming from South pole that's why they are taking so much time .
