    And it’s the same. Just count the days 10:00 AM and wifi and mobile internet is out for entire day. Will get technical issue reply on this. How can someone be so brainless that u do all your maintenance in peak time. Shameful act. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Official complaint lodged with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). Registration No: DOTEL/E/2026/0032066. Tired of your local team manipulating metrics and ghosting repairs mid-job. Get a competent team to Durg with the right ODU tomorrow.

    @JioCare Even after paying for such expensive recharge plans, the internet has not been working properly for the last 3-4 hours. This same network issue keeps happening every 2 days. Full payment is taken from customers, but the service keeps failing repeatedly.

    @JioCare JioFiber has not been working since yesterday. Your team keeps changing the resolution time — yesterday alone it was changed twice, and still the issue is not resolved. Pathetic service. I’ve been a very old customer, but now I think it’s better to shift to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare STB box not working since Monday and no engineer has come. Multiple calls to customer care yielding no results and today I was informed that my complaint shows resolved, wondering why and how. Always a problem with technicians
