    @JioCare @jio_fiber My issue is still not resolved. How long will it take to fix this problem? Should I expect to wait one year for a resolution? I have already reported the issue multiple times, but there has been no proper action taken. Please provide a clear update.

    @JioCare Please update me of your investigation result. I have been patient enough to wait for a month. Your customer care does not even have any communication with end customer and only makes us go into circles. I have got an appointment scheduled. Let me see if engineer visits

    @JioCare Hello Jio Support, I am facing an issue with my Jio AirFiber connection while working from home. My office website (a .NET domain) is not accessible when connected to Jio AirFiber. However, when I switch to a different internet provider's hotspot, the website opens.

    Absolute garbage service from @JioCare ! My #JioFiber has been down since 16-Jun. Complaint lodged the same day, yet zero resolution. This is a recurring nightmare. Being forced to pay for a connection that constantly fails is a scam. SR: SR000038JD71

    Day 11 and still no resolution. Don’t you have the guts to give customers an actual resolution date? Every response is the same copy-paste template with no ETA, no accountability, and no callback. How long are customers expected to wait?” @JioCare

    @reliancejio They come in defence when attacked from outside the national border but local consumer who genuinely suffer service issues are ignored and tickets gets closed without genuine resolution.

    @airtelindia what a **** show u guys r running!!! Wifi has been down for more than 24 hrs nd i can't even call customer support. You guys hv the worst service. @JioCare is much better when it comes to these things. Absolutely trash service
