    @JioCare Therefore, please check the local Jio tower/network coverage, signal strength and capacity in our area. This appears to be a local network issue rather than a handset setting issue.

    Useless customer service, talen prime membership via jio app and the can't even assist inspite of activation the subconscious functionality. Kindly refund the amount because customer care doesn't even know the process @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I mistakenly recharged ₹2,000 on my Jio number 7985303239 at 3:54 PM on 26 Aug 2026 via JioPOS Lite for a 365-day plan with 365 GB data, unaware it had no voice/talktime benefits. Please cancel the recharge and refund the amount.

    @JioCare @reliancejio WORST DECISION EVER to install Jio AirFiber!Installed on 24th Aug, A/C: 101480123340 - DEAD since Day 1. Not a single minute of internet App is useless, NO option to raise complaint. Customer care number is a JOKE, no email reply, no chat support.

    I’ve also requested Jio to communicate the resolution via email, but I continue to receive the same generic responses without any actual update on my SIM delivery. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Please look into this and provide a clear resolution.

    @JioCare @TRAI No internet since midnight & still no resolution despite repeated complaints I’m on the Freedom Plan yet facing prolonged downtime in the very first month It’s Request to take appropriate action and direct jio to resolve the issue immediately and compensate for the downtime

    Mr Mittal & Mr Shashwat, Airtel has gone to dogs. Even after more than 96 hours, even a service request is not being raised. I am so exhausted now that i will be porting my number to @reliancejio after using @Airtel_Presence for almost 20 years now.
