    @JioCare The jio fibre service response at Bengaluru is at its worst. Raised an Service Request on 12th July and still it's not resolved.

    @JioCare Wait, i did some trouble shooting on my own, turns out I still had Airtel manual gateway on my custom ip But i still have one more question, I have 300mbps plan, am I suppose to only get 200 Mbps upload speed?

    Dear @JioCare it's been 3 months when I opted out from the jio fiber services, but the refund is still pending on your behalf. Scores of mails have been exchanged but nothing fruitful came out. writing it here for the one last time. Jiofiber service id -300585024203 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio reliance is one company which strongly believes in not giving service , i have complained several times but never got and solution of satisfying reply, you only send your fixed recorded replies not solutions, by far the worst experience we are facing, not what Dhirubhai likes

    @reliancejio Placed a request online for broadband connection in JP Nagar, Bangalore. No one called to enquire. The request was closed without any answer. Very surprised at your poor customer service.
