    @JioCare 4.Restarted STB 3-4 times 5.Tried with different HDMI cable & different TV port Issue still not resolved. TV shows 'No Signal'. Request you to please escalate this to technical team and arrange technician visit in Chennai ASAP. WiFi is working fine, only STB HDMI issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - attaching the screenshot. The engineer supposed to visit by 2pm. Till now nobody contacted. And what about refund of amount due to unable to provide service ? 4-6 days no service in a month. @TRAI consumer should be returned with money for these days.

    @JioCare The refund request has been in process since June 3 See your msg below. Customer, Refund has been initiated for your JioFiber Order no NO0001DMW7E4 and will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days. Why does it take so long to make refund?

    @JioCare Jio stb is defective send new stb to my home show only 480p input and plz contact over phone iu will understand issue on phone not on message I am frustrated to sending messages to jio but my issue not resolve

    @JioCare Only available time 9 AM to 10 AM 3rd July, solve the issue with said time or face in consumer court @TRAI send engineer within said time.

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have purchased Jio thing 4 g pro tracker device from Amazon in March 26. It is not powering on and the device malfunctioned within two months of purchase.I complained to Jio things email team many times also provided them invoice, IMEI, but problem not resolved.
