    @JioCare your team came to collect the router as I have suspended due to multiple connection and your team denied stating they cannot collect without set up box otherwise I have to bear the charges my question is why should I pay the bill for the stp which I never received. My question.

    @JioCare network in my office area is very bad . Knowledge city & Gowra Palladium building area PIN 500089. Can’t make calls and No Internet. It’s been same issue for months !!

    The engineer has already confirmed the issue is on your network side, not at my home. Please stop extending the timeline and provide a permanent resolution along with the actual expected restoration time. @JioCare

    @JioCare You charge extra for 5G, yet the coverage is only 4G; on top of paying premium charges, the network quality is terrible.

    Why should our village suffer for something happening somewhere else? Bhutahi, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843317 is a rural area, yet 5G has been slowed to the point it's barely usable. @JioCare Fix the network. If this is how you treat your customers, don't expect them to stay forever.

    If we call the customer care number it just shows some menu instead of directly contacting the support agent and there’s no way I can contact agent. Neither anyone is replying here. Jio is the worst company I’ve seen for customer care. @reliancejio @JioCare
