    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s 3days remaining to expire my jio plan nd started facing low internet speed as always. A customer deserves what they paid for! Should I need to port the sim because every time I face the same issue?

    @JioCare People coming from outside have a lot of problem, there is no network of creatures in Shishgarh town of Bareilly district, while there is network in the whole country.

    @JioCare Hi Jio as you know M with you jio for 5 years now and online Web it's shows my oprator is Vodafone ! Today I call Vodafone customer care and my call was connected to agent and say's it is prepaid number of Vodafone. Again tried calling it's not connecting now. Please investigate

    @JioCare my number has been disconnected without any prior notice. Upon raising concerns neither the store nor the customer care is raising complain or helping. I have used this number for 14 years,had ported to jio in 2018/2019 with all valid documents. Please do the needful.
