  @airtelindia i have been trying to get my wifi issue resolved. Firstly wrong assignmment of technician, then trchnocuan denial, then change in technician, then new technician unreachable and a new timeline. Service request no. 11038570315. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio

  Further Update!! @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is very consistent. They ensure that I get about 1 hour of internet per day. So yesterday the 2nd complaint got resolved. at approx. 03.30pm. and the internet was gone in half an hour. Again the same cycle. I call up the customer care - they just say one thing "we have noticed a service disruption, and raising a service request. You will get an SMS". NO chance of talking to a human Customer rep. Today morning, that is the 5th day of the primary complaint and after resolving the issue 2 times, the app shows that the technician is visiting between 10am to 11am. Then by 1 o'clock this time got shifted to 6pm to 7pm.. and now the status is "ON HOLD". I have no idea what this means. Is anyone at Jio listening?? is there a physical place where I can go and complaint??? just to refresh the memory of Social Medial team... Tuesday - first disruption - first complaint Wednesday - waiting game, plenty of calls, a post on twitter, email. Thursday - the problem got resolved for few hours and then again new SR was generated. Friday - the second SR was resolved for approx. 30 minutes. Hence I generated third SR. and again the waiting game bagan. Saturday (today) - I am still waiting for any semblance of permanent resolution.
