    @reliancejio registered complaints for both the matter but service providers are giving no response.  I kindly request you to take immidiate action and do the needful at the earliest. Due to such pathetic service and misinformation i am unable to use jiofiber for now almost more

    @JioCare after my International travel jio mobile number is Not working It says not an valid mobile number After my return they saying your number is not in the jio database, you have to buy it again if it is available 🙄 When they tried it was not available to buy

    @JioCare @reliancejio regret to be a jio customer. slow internet and call drop has become a common phenomenon in the locality. It has been more than 2 months we are just suffering. No one is there to support us from jio team. Are we paying for this type of service??

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request for new connection for JIO Fiber has been cancelled in Whitefield Bangalore due to service unavailable ,As per technical team it's only permissible for multistorey building or Society having multiple flats,I did not face this in Kolkata.
