    @JioCare I cancelled jio fiber 6 months back & Jio Agent told that my connection was cancelled. I didn't receive any security deposit. So, I checked in myjio app if connection was cancelled but it was not. What kind of scam is this? Tried calling customer care but no use.

    @JioCare I had booked jiofiber vide order NO0000MTHLZZ on 7th SEP.22 but even after 8 days, the installation has not yet been completed. Such a poor service was not expected from Jio!

    @JioCare Jio Engg told due to pending approval for fat box approval to be installed in our building from jio HO, connection will be delayed.. @airtelindia fat box is already available in the building. Jio if cant provide service faster, kindly refund the amount. Will look into other.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My brother is outside india.He made an international recharge of Rs.1102 on 20 August before leaving India.Initially, it worked,but he has not gotten any call or message for a few days. Very unreliable service. Could you please look into it on high priority?

    Hi Team, Is it mandatory to First recharge of 249 rs only after porting sim from another network?? Can i FRC recharge more than 249 or not ?? @JioCare @reliancejio . Today i wanted to port sim in Jio but received a call saying that 249 frc mandatory after porting in jio.
