    @JioCare Very poor network in my area plz examine and hence improve the connectivity of jio network. Area pincode 272125 sant kabir nagar (khalilabad). Plz improve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Called jio fiber customer care and they came and told me to upgrade to new server which I did. They got me a new connection and shifted me to the postpaid plan and said that now you won't face any problem. But I am still facing the same problem. Cheated

    @JioCare I able to normal mobile numbers and I am unable to sent message to 53937 ...due to this I am unable to do my office work..any smsc issue or other issues i don't know I am unable to change message center number

    @JioCare Vaishali, no point sending bot replies. I have registered this complaint with you 15 days back, and till date you are asking me to wait. Clear case of cheating customers is what @reliancejio fiber team is doing. Just to increase your subscriber base, fooling people. #cheap
