I am very fed up with your customer care service. They are not able to resolve my issue. My decision of being Jio customer is worst experience. I have been facing same issue since four months but still I haven't received any solution from your side @JioCare @anmol_ambani

Hey @madebygoogle , I've been experiencing numerous call drops on the @reliancejio 4g network since the last month or so. This started happening after I ported my Vi primary SIM to Jio. Even my secondary Jio E-SIM which didn't face call drops, does now. @RelianceJioCare Help..

@reliancejio @JioCare visited a store - said they cannot handle esim issues. They redirected me to the helpline where you executive made me repeat the issue thrice and then said to call when the issue occurs or you guys won’t be able to solve the issue. Pathetic customer service
