    @JioCare Certainly Sagar. @reliancejio surprised me with the internet quality and professional service till now. Way way better than extremely poor service and network quality offered by @airtel

    @rachitpjain @JioCare I am also intermittently facing issue with 5G as well as 4G in my location and raised complaint many times but no resolution yet. I am only getting reply that team is working on it..

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani you are worst service provider on planet. Your customer sourcing process is the worst. You don't even know what customer centricity is? After taking a new number your executives keep chasing for the feedback. Are you insane?

    @JioCare @JioCare I received 2 calls today as well, despite telling you to stop calling me. First explain to me how will calling me help me in receiving my refund when I have already submitted my router and STB? You should order an investigation into the matter instead of harassing me.
