    Day-10 of no service. Kept on saying engineer visit is scheduled today, but eventually by end of the day no service person visits. I don't think the engineer will ever visit my premises! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I will keep posting the count everyday from now on.

    @JioCare This is not justified Just bcoz of you have charged me for the hole billing period only not for the actual date of activation although it can be accepted if considered the actual cost of this plan as a post paid customer we have charged what we have used for only

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am out of india rn I have an active plan I recharge periodically so that I can use the sms feature But still I face a problem in sending messages everytime Please sort this out
