    @JioCare your team came to collect the router as I have suspended due to multiple connection and your team denied stating they cannot collect without set up box otherwise I have to bear the charges my question is why should I pay the bill for the stp which I never received. My question.

    Dear @JioCare, I've been facing extremely slow internet speeds for the last 5–6 months. I've already registered 3–4 complaints, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm paying for the service, yet even basic browsing and video streaming are difficult.

    Its been 3 days and this jio fiber still blinking red barely got 2 to 3 hours of internet in this 3 days , when u fixing it bruh , you dont realize a person who is working WFH needs a connection anytime and you will take payments on time but no good service expected L @JioCare

    Customer care seems to have misguided me, they said if I recharge international roaming plan ,I don't need to recharge domestic plan. But now jio app says "Please recharge before number gets disconnected??? @reliancejio

    @JioCare 7 days and no action. Only assurance but no action at all. Nothing has been done to fix this. a week has gone by and one is working to fix this.
