@ronakmht @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare So my ticket was marked as resolved at 4.33AM, btw it's second time that it's been closed. There is still no resolution, no engineer visit and this is their service in bangalore, 8 times it's been rescheduled and 2 times marked as resolved. If pathetic service had a name it's jio
