@reliancejio @JioCare I canceled my jio fiber connection on 13-Sept and now it's been almost 17 days and still, the device is laying at my home. No engineer has contacted me regarding device pick-up and no help has been provided by the service center when I called them.

Jio should just shut down the services here, internet is like worst than 2g and they have been fixing it from last 6 months cux they every time reply with are fixing it and it goes from bad to worse. @JioCare @reliancejio
