@reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare it's been more than 15 days since I cancelled my jio fiber connection but none of your busy engineers is free to do that 1/2 hr work. Is this the way of treating your customers n making your customer base. So i cay that my experience with jio fiber services is horrible.

@JioCare My jio number is 7002740313, and that place have no network from #jio .their above more then 10000 user of #jio convert their network to Airtel, so i think you should look out that place for great connectivity . We are waiting for #jio

@TRAI my daily mobile data is exhausting for no reason. My phone is in idle mode and yet i got message that 50% data has been exhausted and after 2-3 minutes 90% data completed....I am complaining the issue since last 4 days...but @JioCare ignoring my problem. Plz help @TRAI 🙏
