I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

@JioCare Dear afrin, Dear Afreen, I am also answering 0.2kbps speed. It is not about any particular website or link. Everything is very slow. For 2 videos on WhatsApp it is 21 MB and it will take 15 minutes to download.

@JioCare My JIO fiber # is +91-4435630907 & the same is not working for more than 48hrs. My SR # is SR00001D3APX and ur Engr. visited today morning. He told there is an issue in nearby post and he re-directed my issue to other team. I'm still waiting to hear from JIO.

@JioCare I Need to raise a complaint regarding the voucher which your sales person promised during the plan briefing.I was told that if i will get 3 months plan, then i will be getting 1 month free.Till now i have not received the voucher for 1 month.Pls look into this matter on priority.
