    I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

    @reliancejio Jio fibre not working. Nobody attending the call in customer care. Trying for last 10 minutes. Number going no reply once you are directed to the executive. Are you having so many complaints that calls are not being attended. What kind of show you are running !!!!!!

    @reliancejio thanks for the trail pack of 5g but it is totally not working speed is less than 4g speed. Sometimes It automatically converts to 4g at the same place same location.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I am in Bangalore, using 5G compatible mobile, have a valid recharge plan and request for 5G service long back. Still can’t use jio 5G but @airtelindia users can use 5G without any hassle. Lots of delay and improper response from customer care.

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare Frequent disconnection in newly installed fibre connection and no response from customer care after multiple followups and email as well. Worst internet provider.
