I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare my jio fiber internet is down since last 2 hours almost.. U are such a big between but have the worst customer service. Waited for almost half an hour to talk to your cc executive, but call got disconnected in the mid of conversation. Won't recommend jio to anyone
