I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare fed up of new jio FIBER connection. Faulty router has been installed which disconnects frequently. 4 calls and 2 engineer visits haven’t been able to solve the problem. Pls take the router back and refund my security deposit.

@JioCare Apparently today an engineer visited my premises with the STB, scanned the QR, asked me for an OTP and then his device threw some 'Item not found' error. So how many days do I have to waste till I get the service? Really frustrating. This wasn't expected of Jio. Get this resolved
