    @JioCare You are making us fool. For every recharge provide the internet benefit but all in 412205 pincode area people are facing the issue of internet. Internet are down. How your network team are supporting us? Worst internet ever among the other networks

    @JioCare Issue still not resolved technical engineer came & fixed few things but issue is still not resolved. It was supposed to be fixed 3 days back but things are getting delayed without any proper explanation we are following up everyday but no benefit.

    @JioCare It's 8 days since the first I complained on 23td Dec 20. Really losing my trust now. There is no follow up other than your replies on twitter. Ping is still 100+ on 100 Mbps plans. No solution, neither any calls from your side.

    Thanks to Jio @JioCare @reliancejio that in this Digital era I am not able to get Jio Network from last 7 days. I also made a complaint but of no use. I am not even getting OTP for banking transactions. My escalation id is: MR0000UUW3H1. I had DM also but in vain. @TRAI
