As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.
