I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a Samsung A52 5G (A526B) which supports all the required band needed by Jio 5G. But in MyJio App it says my phone is not a 5G phone. Can anyone in Jio help me out with this? It's so annoying not to use 5G when I have the facility in my area.
