After so many calls in customercare , no response from them , and every time they saying , we are trying to quickly resolve your issue , they didn't gave any complaint request number , every time they says we are quickly resolve your issue, @reliancejio pls look into it

@JioCare I have disconnected my jio fibre, device pick up service request is SR00001EORCS, I want expedited pick up and refund of deposit, support will be appreciated. 5 days was promised after discconection which are alreaady passed (disconnection done on 13/10/22-CO0000Q4TCCF)
