I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@reliancejio i took jio fiber connection one month ago, but service is VERY BAD . Wifi disconnects automatically from.the PC. landline phone stops working and starts automatically. VERY BAD SERVICE. i am going to dispose of the connection and modem. Useless service.

@JioCare @jio_fiber JIO Fiber internet is very bad , landline phone disconnects automatically. Wi fi modem is low quality modem. Local engineers do not have enough technical knowledge to handle the situation. VERY BAD SERVICE OF JIO FIBER. Airtel is far better than JIO

@JioCare @reliancejio our Jio Fiber connection at office having service ID as 361-3515612 is down since last evening. When calling the toll free number 18008899444, it transfers d call to d service engineer, but the engineer doesn't respond. Pathetic Customer service!! 😡
