I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

The evil people at @reliancejio continue to mostly give me less than 5Mbps internat speed for more than 10 days now against a plan of 100Mbps. Not only do I want my money refunded, @TRAI should penalise @reliancejio and cancel their license. I have been following up endlessly.

@JioCare I have port VI post connection to Jio postpaid for better service. Its been 8 days and never have good internet. I have requested many time. But didn't get the solution. Event VI was far better than jio. If have any solution for prime customers please update.
