I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare My original request is SR0001C3EIP on 9th July, resolution time was 10 JULY,8:56 AM Engineer didn't visit , so customer care raised new request SR00001C4DHF on 10 July, resolution time is 11 JULY, 12:40 PM Right now it is 12:12 PM. Where is the engineer?

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Your all jio store employees/managers are corrupted . My sim was not working properly so i visited to my nearby jio store and asked for sim replacement they asked me to pay 180 Inr . While i checked on Jio Website It is showing only 25 Inr .
