I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare I am looking to switch my connection from prepaid to postpaid. But your customer case is saying that I cannot make ISD calls from postpaid without the 501 ISD pack which will be valid for just 28 days. How pathetic is this. If this is true, I will switch to @airtelindia

It has been more than 2 months I am struggling with Jio and my family to as we all have taken Jio Numbers net is just disastrous and @JioCare Can't do anything. It's time to shift to some other network @JioCare They don't value customers!
