This could significantly improve the customer experience.

Satheesh Karamala (@SatishKaramala) reported@JioCare st 30 days is not justified when your own system clearly shows otherwise. I also request Jio to investigate why this recurring outage is happening every month and provide a permanent solution, rather than asking customers to repeatedly bear with the disruption.
