I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare despite many reminders and given all the desired details there is no call and no follow-up of the complainant raised. This was inline and expected as this complainant is from existing customer not from new or aspiring customer else you would have put all possible options
