    @JioCare It's almost 15 days how much time you want to proceed. And your customer support team said that your request was cancel on 13 April and you guys send me on 18April that you you device will picked within 48 hours. I want my full refund on my 10 April request.

    @JioCare Apparently you do not have jio fiber in all the location. In absence of jio fiber in my area,had to use other internet service, which is pathetic by the way.

    @jio_fiber is cheating customers by taking the installation amount and never providing you broadband connection and then their team asks customer to opt for cancellation which leaves customer to chase for cancellation & refund for months, which never happens @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Still same issues. Connection breaks down everyday. Seems my house is a visiting hot spot for all technicians. How you get away with this ****** service is beyond me. #WorstInternetEver
