Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

@JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

The network coverage is the worst for all the operator's here (Jagmalwa village, Thawe). Tried all @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio. Can't even get 2G coverage while indoors. @TRAI Please look into it.

@JioCare @reliancejio i just do surfing for 10 to 15 miniute and Jio msg came that you have used 50 % of your data. How it is possible in just 10 to 15 miniute surfing and whatsApp use and against that data used 650 MB ? Jio is cheating to Customer @TRAI
