    @JioCare So slow speed provided by jio while some time it's giving good speed but many days it's having so slow speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service till now no solutuon for my complaint against network . I have to think about it i don't know whats @TRAI is doing planning for 5 g and 4g service is not able to give . @_DigitalIndia

    @reliancejio One, we cannot go out of the house and this Jio's internet is so slow that a page is not opening. This is happening so much. Despite how many times it has been Complain, it has not been solved. Please request that the facility of running internet fast in my area soon

    The network coverage is the worst for all the operator's here (Jagmalwa village, Thawe). Tried all @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio. Can't even get 2G coverage while indoors. @TRAI Please look into it.

    @JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber customer service is pathetic! Tech visit has been rescheduled 3 times with no prior intimation and my internet is down for more than 24 hrs. On top of it your executives on the phone don't listen & behave weird. Customer 1st is gone for a toss!

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a low ind of service is Jio is now providing.....Have been chasing Managers of Jio Fiber in Gurgaon sec 82 since 3 weeks however they are least bothered.....This way you people will loose your business

    I have not yet received my refund of 1500 INR in to my bank account, I have contacted Jio care to check this issue and they advised me that the amount has been transferred on 05 Apr, however I have not received the refund, I have already shared by bank statement with @JioCare

    @JioCare What pathetic service from Jio. Internet connection got installed on Saturday afternoon 14th May and since 15th May Sunday morning it got disconnected. Trying for resolution but not happening never expected such service from such reputed company
