@JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

The network coverage is the worst for all the operator's here (Jagmalwa village, Thawe). Tried all @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio. Can't even get 2G coverage while indoors. @TRAI Please look into it.

Got jio fiber 6 months postpaid plan and within 10 days the internet stopped working.Called customer care and service engineer refused. Cancelled jio fiber connection within 30 days trial period and was supposed to receive full refund but got partial money.@JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Hi Jio, I have a suggestion. How about offering us Dual SIM packs. One Customer, 2 jio SIM in same phone, single recharge for data/sms/call from either SIM. Or, unlimited data/call/sms on 1 sim and limited on other.
