It has been more than 2 years and @reliancejio has not improved their data speed in our area. It was so well few years back but now it is becoming worse day by day. Every time i complain about this issue, i get the same reply that my data speed is slow because of more Jio users.

Getting 60-120kbps. Is this the speed of 4G network which Jio provides? Atleast provide good speed if you guys hiking the price of plans. I can't even attend my online job interview properly because of so dumb speed internet. I am salty because it's enough now. @reliancejio

@JioCare In view of NON resolution of my complaint since a week, I am planning to switch to other broadband service. I tried everything. Spoke to customer support so many times, mailed several times, even tweet also is not budging you people.
