@JioCare I been using jio call app over my jio fibre connection for calling, but from last few days app is not working properly. Call drops within 5-6 sec, also there is no voice or ring heard over the call. I've tried uninstalling/installing the app. Can you help?!

@JioCare My jio fiber is on trial pack, i have already registered a complaint that my wire has been shattered, its been a week almost no service no repair, i am ready to withdraw my connection and get my refund asap. SR000013LNAL this is my service request number.
