@JioCare sir i am from (bairiya) patna bihar, in my locality jio network was to slow from past 1 year, i complaint lot of time they always says that this was temporary problem due to multiple users uses in same time.This was just an excuse please resolve this problem.

@JioCare Our Apartment has about 100 connections and we were promised in a whatsapp group that he will come and attend the problem today..no one turned up.. check my disconnection details in June and let me know if it was reconnected in time... Your service commitment is crap @AskAnshul

@JioCare how many times we have complained and send DM but as usual no response,a accepting showing as if you are really concerned but not once did we get true and genuine service or response as money is prepaid we have no choice
