    @kavithamurali @JioCare Not only JIO, issue is with every telecom companies. Unless we receive a confirmation of disconnection the billing won’t be stopped. I did paid for unused connection…Hope this gets resolved for you.

    Hii @JioCare 🤛 Your network is running very poorly😡😡😡. My network is not working very well. If you can't fix the network problem, then you refund my recharge plan money and I will replace my jio sim card to another network sim card like @airtelindia #poornetworkserviceofjio

    @JioCare I am waiting for a refund from 1.5 years. I have email correspondence with the team as the case was escalated and apparently regular associates cannot find the issue / ticket and only people above a specific grade can find the issue. Please help me get the refund.

    @JioCare we live in pristine greens,moshi,Pune and since 4 days the jio service is pathetic. Constant call drop and not even customer care reachable
