@reliancejio @JioCare Hello, My postpaid number 99XXXXX321 has issues with incoming sms or text messages. Pls note I have no issues with outgoing calls/sms and have issues only with receiving incoming sms. Tried explaining to your CC people, no proper feedback received. Pls help
