@JioCare Currently undergoing a pathetic experience with JioFiberCare. I have requested for my jio fiber connection on last month and raised a service request SR000016FW47 but unfortunately jio backend team closed the service request without resolving the issue.@reliancejio

@JioCare 20 days uninstallation of jio fiber and 14 working days done but my return amount not credit jio show fake advertisements of 30 days free trial policy return money process so long after 14 working days jio fiber . Very poor service #poor_service

@JioCare I have spoken to customer care for poor network connection they are saying it will take 6-8 months to improve network is this how ur system works.
