@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare I gave all the details that was asked for. After one day they called when I was busy. When I called back many time, no response. I don’t think you are taking any complaints seriously. Treating very casually by simply sending interim replies. Really pathetic service.

@reliancejio Hi Haider, we understand your concern. Please note that a service request SR00001F18MM was raised for the issue you are facing. The pathetic service here new ashok nagar delhi 110006 facing for the last 15 days, the issue is with in 500 metres. Talked to Jio care on
