    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @reliancejio Never upgrade to 5g, you will never be able to go back to 4g and 5g is still in testing phase. Only option us to port other network for 4g The customer support at jio is at it peak worst. @Airtel_Presence help me port to airtel 4g from jio 5g @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is to inform you that before launch the 5G , there is no fiber terminal box to get jio fiber service , while ,the fiber wire has been pulled here,all the nearest people are having problem in getting Jio Fiber connection here.

    @reliancejio extremely poor service with Jio Fiber at Jamshedpur. Installed a new connection. Worked for few hours and is down since then. Its already 3 days and no sign of rectification. Kindly help.
