@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare Just now spoke to khansa from your support desk regarding my SR. She is saying there is no ETA for service engineer assignment, their visit and service restoration. But you will send 100s of reminder through all channels for recharge. What a customer service.
