    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @JioCare in my area internet is not working and jio service at 198 is not working. It's totally AI. The service agent in morning told me, issue will be resolved but it has not. They are also not allowing me to port my Jio postpaid and every time I get error @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Could you answer why NCH complaint was resolved without refund ? Stick to the point , now don’t say you are fixing the issue, my post is regarding why was it marked resolved? @reliancegroup does not respect law ? Don’t have fear or law? Just coz of BJP?

    @JioCare @JioCare Its so disappointing. I just told the JIOCARE customercare ends in 5 minutes WITHOUT RESOLUTION. Sametime I have received this SMS from Jiocar. "Your Service request number SR00003FE8VD has been addressed." DISAPPOINTING. So far, PATHETIC experiencd with @JioCare.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio JioFiber has been facing frequent disconnections recently, and this is becoming extremely frustrating. Today, the connection is down again. Initially, the restoration time was 4:44 PM, but it has now been pushed to 12:44 AM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s beyond frustrating jio network in my area is shut from last 1.5 days and we are unable to accees internet or call. And ya I live in Mumbai btw Surprisingly, kuddos to #Airtel cause there is no issue for Airtel users in my home. Shl I swtch?

    @JioCare @JioCare Yes the issue is still at the same location and remains unresolved. I had reported this earlier as well but there has been no noticeable improvement. I’m still getting 3G–4G speeds instead of a proper 5G. Please escalate to network team and provide a real resolution.

    @JioCare Please share the Jiocare official network strength report with the internet speed, with datetime, you have taken in my location, when you say "Optimal".
