    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @JioCare extreamly wahiyad service... Your technician called and refused to visit after 6 PM. Then why offer appointment slots if technicians won't honor them? Customers are not sitting idle waiting indefinitely. This service has become a complete joke.

    I am simply asking Jio to provide the service for which payment was accepted and to communicate honestly about the actual status of the installation. I hope this matter receives the attention it deserves. @reliancejio @JioCare must answer and be held accountable.

    Does anyone ever say, "Our team is unaware & not working to restore services"? The point is, your team only knows what’s on the MyJio app! Such useless staff should be fired. They don't even have the basic decency to address customers as 'Sir' or with respect! @JioCare
