    @reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.

    @JioCare You guys are simply irresponsible Why are you repeating the statement that a visit has been rescheduled What guarantee are you giving that he will come on the alloted slot He refused to come today and the same guy has been assigned for tomorrow WILL HE COME AND FIX THE ISSUE

    @JioHotstar @JioCare The Jio-Hotstar benefit included in the '84-day unlimited recharge' plan has been discontinued, and I am now being asked to purchase a subscription. Why has the Jio-Hotstar service been stopped when there are still 45 days remaining on my 84-day plan?

    @reliancejio Hi I paid Rs. 2000 in my Jio account, now requesting to adjust the same in my plan. I called the customer care 7 times and emailed three times, but no action is being taken for 91-4035808448
