@reliancejio kindly request you to improve internet speed there are so many issue facing for using internet of jio. There are many users of jio which is not satisfy with your interest issue. Hope you take some action about it.

@JioCare hey jio i have 5g enabled device , 5g network area and also recharge plan of 239 . Still i didn't get 5g welcome offer . since 4 days I talked to the customer care two time . But still they didn't solve my problem .

@reliancejio @JioCare we pay the full price for the service and you rob us by giving less than half the speed promised. I have been complaining for months and no one gives a damn just bcoz it's only one person complaining from a tiny village that no one knows. 🖕

@JioCare No hope. You can open the DM and see the different people I am conversing with. Same scripted responses, nobody takes ownership to understand the problem or what I am saying. There’s no value to saying, ‘we understand your concern’. You don’t!
