At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.

Note it's dripping from inside the wire at the connection point to the wifi router adapter! Have raised complaint a month ago in app they sent a accepted msg and no one came !

Now I applied for new connection and paid 5300rs. For that also no response. So I cancelled both and for refund 21 days.
