At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Jio acknowledged my email but sent a generic technical-support response. No formal complaint/docket number, no substantive investigation, no resolution.
