At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Your own team admitted the antenna needs relocation, yet nothing has been done. Raised complaints on 31 July (SR00003D31QJ & SR00003CSFV5), assured resolution in 24 hours. On 3 August, both were marked "CLOSED" without any actual fix — feels like a straight-up scam. Legal notice already sent.
