    @reliancejio Whenever I come to my hometown. Reliance Jio Internet and calls services are very bad. I always move here and there for proper network. My Home Town is Village Pandey Mathauli, Post Shankhe Khas, District: Gopalganj Bihar. I urge you to look into issue.

    @JioCare From last 15 days very bad network in my area between 6-10pm.. When u charge a certain amount of fee for your service then why you don't provide us the service continuosly.. Do something about this otherwise i shall stop using jio.

    @JioCare Last week I have raised the request but it seems everyone one is sleeping and just they are sending the bill on time to customer. One of the big mistake by selecting this network provider for the current location.

    @JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , I am facing severe network issues in my specific area. Calls are not connecting, data is barely working, and the signal keeps dropping frequently. This problem seems to be happening ONLY in my locality. Please look into this and fix it ASAP!

    @JioCare And again after 3 days the internet services are disrupted. Again the engineer visit is just scheduled without the engineer visiting. Such a stupid customer service and I am fed up.

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare

    48+ hours of complete service failure. No internet, weak network, no ETA, no accountability. Stop sending automated responses and start addressing customer losses. Compensation is not a favor—it’s your responsibility. @JioCare @reliancejio
