This is a really really disappointing service from @reliancejio and which I never have thought of. I want a strict and stringent action to be taken ASAP and get back my airpods soon or else I would be forced to take legal action against @reliancejio .

Impossible! If u try to complain about it to the support team,they don't understand as they aren't qualified! Also if u complain about playing games they give you a list of things to do and reply with the results which I did but still they don't understand! @reliancejio @JioCare
