  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your so-called 5G service. The network is pathetic—frequent signal drops, poor speed and unreliable connectivity. We are paying for 5G but getting a service worse than 4G. Stop making big claims and fix the network issue immediately.#jio5G

  @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection. Please process the refund and confirm the refund timeline. Also, please address the contradictory information provided by your teams

  @JioCare you guys are pathetic and so unprofessional. Your team is saying they are resolving the issue from last 3 days. Engineer yesterday said it's had been solved in 3to4 hr. Now it's been more than 24 hour still the issue remains.

  @JioCare yiur technician came today for my jio airfiber service and he is saying to just change the airfiber and choose another company's airfiber... I don't know what to do?? Did i choose jio for this??

  @Airtel_Services your services are down. Everytine you raise a service request the automated response is that you all are aware and give us 5-6 hours. It's been more than 6 hours since I raised the last request. Terrible experience when things fail @reliancejio is the savior
