    @JioCare Apart from the msg before call, general call and msg are coming coming 3-4 times a day. Just to confirm are you going to stop this or I have to file complaint on Jio.

    @JioCare This is from Siliguri I have purchased Jio Fibre on 27th of Aug 2021 but this date no connections have been made Your employee or Management in Siliguri is not receiving my phone call or replying to my message This is worst kind of service experienced  Please look in

    @JioCare I can understand each an every problem regarding the situation , circumstances or any other issue but needs to communicate for that.......not receiving or replying back is not the solution

    @reliancejio From last 9th AUG no one from jio help me to change my post paid number to prepaid to use recharge amount 599 wrongly credited to post paid sim. Please help me to pay post paid bill before 5 SEP & use recharge amount in post paid Sim. HELP.

    @JioCare No internet in jio fibre since yesterday, Scheduled service request for 9 AM - 10 AM but no one has visited till now. Is this what you called customer support? Support representatives even stopped picking calls.. no help from customer care.. disappointed
