    @JioCare Hello Team, When ever power cut in my area. I depends upon mobile Internet. But mobile internet for jio sim is not working. I contacted your customers care several times but as usual answer got due to high number of users ur facing this issue. Could you please help 2 fix

    Anyone tired of setting video quality on @YouTube Android app again and again to 480p? It's not just about best quality based on network speed or too low quality to save data. Data plans has reached pre @reliancejio times.

    @JioCare I really doubt u are seriously concerned 4 my issues.a customer has been facing issues since 2 months nd still you are saying that your team is working on it.r u running a national organization or a local shop.even d local shop doesn't take so much time to resolve issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network reliability in Nagpur is ultra hyper pathetic! It goes off and on multiple times throughout the day. Moreover, sometimes only the data connection works whereas calls are cut off. I am strongly considering switching over to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Have been persuing some issue for last 3/4 days. Some Mr Aneesh has responded vaguely, instead of listening & solving problems advising to install jio app. Request see tweets & arrange prompt solution. Cc- @UfterYou They are not able to provide solutions.

    @duttsaab @JioCare Please help to fix my issue. Yesterday night I lost my internet and since morning i have chatted with 10s of people in app. Havent received even one call from anyone. Incident handling is very slow also no point of contact

    @JioCare jio mobile Customers can use which apps for RCS? And will RCS work between different service providers or only between Jio Customers?
