  @JioCare Hi Gladwin, none of this works, your assigned technician confirmed to me over call that they cannot take the risk to come to my area for installation. Only kyc can be done from their end. They don’t want to disturb the monopoly of this area. Very mindful! Guess u lost 1 customer

  Over a month and still no refund of my #JioFiber security deposit. Shared my bank details as instructed by the escalation team, yet nothing has been processed. Customer care has been completely useless. Endless follow-ups, zero resolution. Refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare This response is disappointing. I've been a loyal Jio customer since 2018 and have reported this issue multiple times without any permanent resolution. Your tower is only about 500 meters from my location, yet the network remains extremely poor.
