Even after 4 days, my service remains down, while the only update is “our engineers are working on it.” Truly impressive levels of inefficiency for a premium service.

You have scheduled an appointment for today (03-Jun-2026) between 16:30 - 17:30. Please note: If your engineer cannot completely fix this issue during today's visit, please consider this my official request to disconnect the connection permanently and send someone to collect your device.
