@reliancejio Hi my postpaid connection get turned off only after 2 days of my missed postpaid bill payment,which was never happen before.I port my number from VI to Jio for better services but I think VI is much better in terms of barring.

@JioCare In a village named Mappedu in Tiruvallur district, there is complete down of internet for past 1 week .. also not able to make calls...many started to change to other network s..kindly do the needful..orelse u will lose ur customers in a whole village @reliancejio

@JioCare Unable to hear from other side from many days. This problem is faced by many people in my hostel. Location- Intern hostel, Narayan Medical college and Hospital, Jamuhar,Rohtas(Bihar) It is very frustrating for us. Kindly look at this matter ASAP
