  @JioCare Every experience with @jiocare has been terrible. Raise a complaint anywhere and you get the same copy-paste reply: “We’ll get back to you at the earliest.” That “earliest” never comes. My advice: think twice before choosing Jio. Tower hi fuka pda ho area ka usko plz theek krwao

  @JioCare I have been complaining about this Jio AirFiber outage for the last 15 days straight, and your absolute negligence is beyond frustrating. Is this the kind of pathetic "priority" customer service Jio is known for?

  And I thought @reliancejio was a reliable service provider, but that is DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE!! Today marks the 3rd outage since I got my new @reliancejio AirFibre connection, & I guess it was a bloody mistake. Complaint raised.. @TRAI

  @JioCare I really appreciate your response, but give me atleast a tentative timeline for resolution of this issue, what's the next step of it doesn't resolve by the committed timeline. Pls don't promise it will be done, i have been hearing that from your customer care for a long time now

  @JioCare @TRAI please look into it ,@JioCare taking charges from the customer but doesn't provide a stable network and still they are again increment the recharge plan why ?,i need a network tower in my area that's all ,do it bcz I'm unable to use my 5g phone or else I'm doing port.
