  @JioCare Check my usage of data in past two years for my mobile number. All recharges packs not used atleast by 10%. This is extremely annoying and awful. Forget about data usage even voice calls has no clarity. No improvement on your connectivity.???

  @JioCare Why they many time rescheduled connection installation. Yesterday they rescheduled and today again reschedule. If you can't provide me service then tell me and refund my money.

  @JioCare I'm using your services since 5yrs. I have ported my primary mobile number to Jio. Initially speed is awesome. But since 2.5 yrs when I shifted my residence to another town. Your network is horrible in indoor and Pathetic in outdoor too

  @reliancejio @JioCare Experienced worst service from such a huge brand. It has been 4 days since my Jio fiber Wi-Fi is not working and no support has been provided till now. Customer care are clueless about everything. Support engineers and their senior r not even picking calls.
