    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare The network connection in my area is very weak. I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

    WTF is wrong with @reliancejio . 4g works like 2g after I cross 50% mark evn bfor it smtimes.This has been going on for months!In Delhi as well as in Patna (Im here since march). So don't give that bullshit excuse that it must be my area!cuz its happening in 2 diff states!

    @reliancejio I have recharged my jiofi twice but data not reflected on my account. It says my plan expires on 12 June. Then plans will be auto- activated post current plan expiry. I want it immediately. There is no solution on 18008969999, 18008893333, 18008893999, my jio app(1)

    @JioCare @JioCare How long does it take to activate one connection—1 month, 1 year, or a century? Check the full trail: only repeated scripted replies, no resolution. Despite payment, I’m still struggling. This is unacceptable and the worst service experience. @reliancejio

    @JioCare May I know the service request details? One of your executives said that it's been raised on 16th April and one more said it's raised on 29th after multiple follow-ups. It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request was raised. When can I expect a full refund?

    @JioCare Jio’s modus operandi - call customer care, they take 30 mins to do whatever troubleshot & then try transfertech team who are mostly busy. If tech team is busy, the cust care can’t even raise SR. Even if you get SR raised after much of brain drain, it’s closed without resolution
