Dear jio @reliancejio this is the superfast internet speed providing by you at a superb speed of 10/20 kbps only . I appreciate your effort even after complaining ... But there is no action 🙄 . Too much Poor internet service provided by you in patna.

@JioCare @DoT_India @drvsharma99 Now a days every customer numbers is not reachable by jio..... The service provider is telling there is fault in service they are providing a big round of applause for this acceptance. @JioCare Check out my profile i too had same complaint.

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare JIO has now become a third class network. The server stays down for 16 hours in 24 hours which is worse than 2G, no site including YouTube is open. Every day the countrymen are enduring this oppression of JIO, the value of 4G net speed has been tarnished.
