Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

So maybe your service is poor overall or it's my fault to live in 2 areas u can't provide good service to!

Their "system" doesn't have a field to put that detail, also got a visit form someone Jio 4 Business, he offered GST invoice plans. But offering for same plan even after GST was Rs 200 extra per month. (1400 instead of 1190) so that's not wise.
