@JioCare @DoT_India @drvsharma99 Now a days every customer numbers is not reachable by jio..... The service provider is telling there is fault in service they are providing a big round of applause for this acceptance. @JioCare Check out my profile i too had same complaint.

In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

NICE SCAM!!! @reliancejio @JioCare While taking a postpaid connection you giys take the Rs500 in cash. And then while converting from Postpaid to Prepaid you guys make the customer call a thousand times and every executive gives a different answer. Basically U ATE THE MONEY. WOW!

Hey @JioCare , your customer service is very poor. I live in rented apartment and even after uploading correct documents in Jio app, I am not able to relocate my Jio connection. Customer service advisors are not able to understand my issue and received no callback ever.
