@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@reliancejio I have visited jio care at fatehpur shekhawati , Sikar Rajasthan 332301 for reissuing damaged sim. They demand me for rs225 insist of rs25. And I'm not finding proper way of complaint. They are looting rural people on the name of jio. @JioCare

@JioCare Your Order Number NO0000HUM7X6 for Jio connection has been cancelled as per your request. Very bad even if I have not generated any request for cancellation. You were not able to make connection in a month, you should pay penalty and interest and apologize to the public

@JioCare Can u please help me i am getting to browse Internet continuously on mobile data but when i put my sim on jiofi it works for 10min and then again the Internet gets disconnected....reset multiple times still it persists.....

@JioCare really very disappointed with the response I am getting on my issues of refund. Only getting fancy msg when I am asking for the update. If such a big org(Jio) doing this mistake it's not good for them they should think about their support process. @reliancejio
