    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3 days no support and no engineer visit, is this the best you can do in Prime City - Delhi, Dwarka. I hope you still have to wait for IPO, improve you're support first, so unreliable If it doesn't get resolved by today I'm switching to @airtelindia Fiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I paid โ‚น1,200 for JioAirFiber, and today the plan amount was also collected, but there's still no installation or proper update. Customer care keeps asking me to visit the store instead of resolving the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2โ€“3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently
