    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Yours in an worst service provider I have ever seen. I have raised the relocation request on Sunday i.e.6-nov, untill now they has been 10times reschedule of visit for installation from yesterday and there is no proper response from the customer support team

    @reliancejio I hv jio broadband connection at my shop n in 1 week my internet connection stopped 2 times. Last time I had to complain 3 times for the issue & then only my issue got solved, now again it stopped before 3 days, again I complained 3 times still it's not solved, WORST

    @JioCare @i_amanrathore SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare worst service in Chennai.Every 4 th day there is a cable cut and fifth day the technician comes rectifies and again after two days it goes off.
