    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    I've a pending service request with Jio AirFiber, I directly contacted through the helpline number, but couldn't connect, there is no network issue in our location, but the call automatically gets disconnected saying that network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare, I paid ₹299 online for a new Jio SIM, but the delivery agent is demanding an extra ₹99 and refusing to deliver without it. No such charge was mentioned during booking. Please look into this issue urgently. #Jio #CustomerSupport @reliancejio @JioCare
