  @JioCare @reliancejio when the recharge of the mobile is expired we will get 100 calls from jio customer care , but when we need to complain regarding poor service , poor communication and internet their is no way to communicate , neither any action is taken regarding service.

  Last month, jio customer care reached out when I posted I am changing to Airtel because of worst ever coverage from jio, I am still there. No situation change. It's been 1.5 months, no change in network, worse now. Give my money back of recharge. I have been scammed @JioCare
