    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @RailTel In a month atleast 10-15 days of mine goes in trying to connect customer care or LC but no positive response. Even @airtelindia & @JioCare doesn't provide it's fiber connection nearby just says coming soon but never close by.Or why would i depend on this useless service.

    @reliancejio Very low network signal is appearing. Complained so many times but no any solution provided by jio team. Address: Village - Mairupur Post - Baghauna Dist - Sultanpur PIN - 227814. Approx 2 years completed for complaining no response. Team says higher users strength which is wrong

    @JioCare Being an user customer has some responsibility to recharge in time. Only thing generating Auto reminder on every outgoing call is irritating. Once in a day is ok. As Service provider u r looking only for safeguarding business. Seems u hv little concern on customers irritation

    @PMOIndia one Service Provider said internet speed wud be 40mbps but it just 10.56 mbps,just now (Ookla speed test). They are not bothered. @reliancejio told me 100 mbps but not agreeing to gv reduction if speed is less.This is customer service in India. @TRAI does nothing.
