    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare @JioCare great, it scheduled today 2pm-3pm, I called the technician 3 times but no update. I requested multiple times but still no resolution. Do you guys even care about your customer? Now my assessment also gone, I don't want to use bad words but You guys are just bastards.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is a recurring issue, not a new complaint. I faced a similar #JioAirFiber issue in March as well. Current tests show 0.52–0.76 Mbps upload, repeated ping timeouts and latency spikes >3 seconds.Please escalate to your network team for RCA,not routine troubleshooting.

    @reliancejio I’m paying for 5G, but the internet speed I’m getting is nowhere near what I’m paying for. At times it feels worse than 3G. This is not acceptable service in Delhi, India’s capital.
