    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @reliancejio @JioCare there is new jio tower in my area. (Singhara dulhin bazar Patna 801102.) But we are not getting proper network in the range of 400 Miter redius. Plz fix it.

    @JioCare there was an outage in the morning in our area, although I got a message that it was all sorted but later on Jio setup box and router aren't working, there are no blinking LEDs on them.

    @TeamYouTube Yes I have ensured the email is correct used for sign in to @JioCare Jio' Set top Box. However, on mobile and desktop I haven't seen any ads, its only on Jio's Set Top Box I am seeing ads. Not sure why. @TeamYouTube
