    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare (2/2) your Engr. informed me there was a device shortage & my allocated device was given to other cust. Is this the real reason my order was cancelled? Company like Jio should not cancel prepaid orders without cust consent. I expect evidence, accountability & proper explanation.

    @JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm

    @JioCare Problem: when somebody booked your connection then why your representative lie. To get the money only. Your representative committed that connection will be done by last Saturday. You are not addressing the core issue at all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber at Ahmedabad office has had frequent downtime — several outages a week for weeks now. Multiple support calls, no resolution. As a paying business customer, this level of service is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Today 5 August 3 complans raise in apt..@Airtel- by Noon resolved. @ACT hyderabad - resolved in morning. Jio complain scheduled on 7 August..Wow ! This is your actual speed of resolving and looting money from public. Worst service care SR00002N6AWS
