    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @reliancejio totally blank mobile network at my location. Jio mobile tower is 500 m away from here

It’s been almost 2 months since I have written to Mr. Ambani and sent one more reminder but never ever received a single call.. Jio just take money and don’t provide service

    @JioCare And your customer care agent threatened me that if device pick up is not completed by Aug 2nd then I won't get the full refund of the Rs. 1,500 I had paid for this new connection on 11 June'21. Please ensure that I get full refund. I should not get penalized for your negligence.

    @reliancejio In my current location last 8-9 months internet speed is very very slow. Only one signal show then i complain several times to customer service and they said that several times i registered your complain and take 72 hours to resolved but didn't resolve my problem

    @JioCare I am not able to use internet at my home for last 4 days due to no mobile network or due to slow speed,i have 3 jio postpaid numbers(including jiofi) &1 prepaid number, also I am not able to make any call in clear voice due to which I have to take leave from office @JioCare
