@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare is one of the worst service ever.I have been patience for almost one month for DND since I am getting lots of spam calls. After complaining nothing has change and I have call multiple times to solve the issue but sadly no resolve as of now @Airtel_Presence is must better

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service experience. The representative I spoke with not only failed to assist me, but also became rude and began sending numerous random OTPs after the call. As a customer, I expected better treatment.
