This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

@JioCare @reliancejio Have applied for the disconnection of my jio fiber connection. The engineer visit gets rescheduled on its own and has happened 4 times by now. Tried contacting helpline number but of no use, gets rescheduled, engineer never comes.

Been facing network issue with @JioCare since past one week. Cannot have single smooth conversation over a call without it dropping or constant voice breaking. Its very disappointing. Wish Jio took it seriously and took action to help its customers receive smooth services.
