  @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

  @JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.

  Have Jio AirFiber connection but it's not working for days; they're forcing no complaints. Emailed them; calls hit IVR saying "working on it", no soln. 4 days ongoing, no tech complaint registration possible so no ticket. Price of duopoly: Jio can do this & no pay during outage.   @Airtel_Presence I am at your Wakad Store and I had a very poor experience. The executive did not help at all and just mentioned that server is down. I really don't appreciate these kind of customer behaviour. Worth checking with @reliancejio on how good they are.
