Customer care is telling engineer will be coming for last 2 days. Worst Fiber service and customer care. Its better not to use jio fiber at all

Pratham A S (@pratham__2314) reportedTweeted about how good JioFiber's AI support was a few days back. Then this happened. Got JioFiber installed last week. Should've been simple. Wasn't. Agent comes home, quotes ₹2500/month plan, does KYC, I paid ₹2222 proper invoice, all good. Right as he's leaving: "Sir, ₹279 more, it's actually a 2500 plan." Pulls out his personal QR code. "Invoice will come, pay now" I paid. Invoice came. For ₹2222. No sign of the ₹279 anywhere. Called him. New story: "Sir it's the 3+1 months free offer, that ₹279 is for that, invoice will come after 3 months as a voucher in your Jio app." Filed a complaint that evening. Next day, installation guy shows up, does the work. I call the agent again in front of him, same excuse, no invoice, no voucher, "wait 3 months." Asked him to meet near his office in an hour. He hangs up. Calls back 10 min later: "I'll pay you back now, you pay me when the voucher comes." Complaint kept moving. Next day his manager calls, demanding payment proof for the ₹279. Matter resolved. But it took 5-8 calls in a single day to get it sorted. If it's not on the invoice, it's not real. Always ask for the bill before you pay anything extra. @JioCare

Network equipment installed at the Jio tower in Arain is reportedly being shifted, and it has been more than 4 days, yet the network has not been restored. Please investigate this at the tower level and resolve it urgently.

Raahul (@ApexRaahulx15) reported@JioCare They said they are working, there is no assurance or timeline for it. I am paying too much just to keep my number active when you fail to provide basic network to call. I will ask my neighbours to do the same. And we will be forced to go to consumer forum for such practices.

The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.

SR00003EXKIX (initial) and SR00003F4I71 (escalation) still open. No engineer visit, no callback, no ETA — and I’m still being billed. When will this be fixed?
