  This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Due to unresolved service issues, I have stopped using my Jio AirFiber service. Please disconnect the connection, arrange device pickup, and process my security deposit refund. I will not make any payment for bills generated after 17 June 2026.
