    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare Another ticket now moved to resolved and again no action! Issue still persists. Can't believe even the appellate acts helpless.. it's like both teams are hand-in-glove! Looks like you are hell bent on driving customers away!

    @JioCare I am having issue with my jiofiber. It keeps disconnecting my company's secure VPN connection. I wonder why this happens. I escalated this issue earlier, and they just came and changed the router. But the issue still persists.

    @JioCare whoever is seeing this tweet never opt for #jiofiber they make us greedy by giving free things and when it comes to resolve the issue they just say have patience when our plan is expiring we will get calls please recharge and when problem comes nobody resolves it !!!

    @JioCare I have lost my phone and the JIO sim in it. I have been to 3 different JIO stores but I am unable to get a sim replacement because of the agent's app backend issue. I have tried customer care, email, bot chats but no help until now. Please help!
