  @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

  @JioCare This issue has reappeared. After my previous complaint, your team partially resolved it—I was able to call the other Jio number, but after a few days the problem returned. Now neither of us can call each other again. Both numbers work perfectly with all other numbers.

  @JioCare Pathetic service! The least you could do is tell me when I can expect the installation. Neither the person who completed my KYC informed me about the timeline, nor is your support team able to provide any update. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
