    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @Technicalchart1 Same thing happened with my Relative this week. Jio failed to activate his @JioCare international roaming, online it showed in Queue till he cancelled it after 48 hours by the time she reached US. If you have @reliancejio card, Never buy international roaming. Jio IR is doomed.

    Hey @JioCare You have the worst app and customer service. It’s been a week of no internet service and I have been unable to lodge a service request. Automated messages and automated calls, with no option to raise a complaint! Frustrating as hell!

    @JioCare 2/2 another slot!!! Why???? My complaint is OPEN and unattended. This is the lousiest response I have ever received. If you can't fix it, take your connection back. Enough of this BS that you dish out to customers. And if you have to call me, have someone speak to me in English!!

    @JioCare @JioCare When are you going to fix the issue? I was told you have escalated this issue and within 24 hours it will be fix. FYI, 24 hours are already over. And we are still surviving without internet from last 3 days and you are asking me to have patience SERIOUSLY? #SayNoToJio
