This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

@JioCare the Hub Box in my st. is not working. Raised a complaint last month. Temporary solution provided. But the Box was not changed. There is Jio pole available. But power supply is not there. This week also my connectivity is down and there is no permanent solution from Jio.

@JioCare I still have not recieved any concrete solution and the representatives keep sending me links to the Jio app. Am i supposed to relocate my wifi myself ? If yes, then atleast teach and pay me instead. Looking forward to a solution. #JioFiber #reliancejio #CustomerService

Done 3 refferals on @reliancejio app in jiofiber section where they have have written get upto 6 months free but only I am getting ott apps subscription in which many apps are of no use. @JioCare can you help.
