  This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

  @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare @JioCare my issue is not fixed connectivity is intermittent service technician comes and says there is no fault whereas for 2 minutes i'm able to browse and then net goes off, please send some qualified technician to fix the issue.

  Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare
