    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare @reliancejio "In Badhpura village, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, most of the Wi-Fi connections in our village are Jio AirFiber, which have been out of order for the last 3 days, and no action is being taken even after making a complaint."

    @JioCare Team, can i have update on Pending order id NO0001F4SWSK / complaint SR00003E1PEP this req was raised on 11th for online sim, with no option to cancel order, no update, tracking stuck in same status from day one, payment upfront asked, this is pathetic service @TRAI @DoT_India

    If @reliancejio and @airtelindia cannot provide customers with reliable network service, they should fix the infrastructure instead of charging people for poor service. Consumers deserve better connectivity and value for their money.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare After 3 days of payment(9th Aug'26), the engineer done the e-KYC, installation is still pending since 6days, depending on the recovery of an antenna from another customer. Please confirm, is providing old antenna to a new customer (1/2)

    @jiocare, @reliancejio Escalation - Complain with regard to #jiofiber 01203684926. 3 days, 8 emails, 5 customer care voice calls and Zero resolution on refund. No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.

    I am using @reliancejio but from past few weeks using it feels like a hell . Some times even 2g is not working forget about 4g or 5g. While I am paying for 5g unlimited pack. Shame on you @JioCare for your this service. If it continues like this then I have to port my sim. @TRAI

    Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio. Promised JioAirFiber installation by 15 Aug. Technician came, completed only KYC & left. I was then promised installation between 3โ€“4 PM 16th August so I stayed home. I had already informed Jio that I wouldn't be available from 17/18 Aug. Then, without my consent/call/SMS, installation was apparently scheduled for 18 Aug. When I called the backend helpline, I was told it was actually scheduled for 16 Aug โ€” yet nobody contacted me or came. Which one is it โ€” 16th or 18th? I will not be available in 18th August. I have already paid โ‚น1,982.46 on 15 Aug for the AirFiber onboarding. Order: N00001F8FYHW This is far beyond a simple delay. Broken commitments + contradictory scheduling + zero communication is unacceptable from a company of Jio's scale. @JioCare Please escalate this to your senior team and resolve it immediately.
