    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I am not able to connect with SBB Mobile App on Jio network (mobile and Fiber, Both). However I am able to access the SBB App on a non-Jio network. Contacted Jio but no help. Please look into this.

    @reliancejio I did not even get a moment to install this connection. The person who came for installation switched off his phone. From that day onwards he is neither picking up the phone nor providing any solution. There is no responsibility whether the connection is correct or not.

    @TRAI I take connection of fibre from Reliance Jio (@reliancejio) in this regard I make a complaint on 19.04.2026 vide srn no SR00002KLUF0. Till today on 22.4.26 it's not solved and no response provide by them. Plz take a look on it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for the connection on 05/04/2026 and paid Rs 4444/- on the same day but today my services are stopped mentioning that I have not paid the dues. Why this happened?? Moreover trying from past 2 hours to the call connected with customer care executive but not getting connected. Please resolve the issue immediately. I was informed that there is offer to get 4 months service with Netflix, amazon prime and other OTTs along with 100MBPS internet speed and 1000 TV channels by paying Rs 4444/-.

    Jio has become a scam now. First, they charged ₹1200 for relocation, which they aren't refunding. Now ₹3000 security deposit is also stuck. Due to their own mistake, account is not working. If your system is so unreliable, why are you taking money from customers? @JioCare
