  @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

  @JioCare I Shirisha, As mentioned to you, this is not the kind of service I expect. If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.

  @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

  June 27, 2026: I booked & prepaid for a premium "Jet Service" for my LG AC. July 22: After 3+ weeks of silence, a technician finally arrives. He didn’t bring ANY jet washing equipment. He borrowed tools from MY home to do a "dry clean" and left. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 3. A permanent resolution - not another scripted “wait 24 hours”. 4. Fair credit for the period during which the service was unusable. I will have no hesitation in escalating the matter through the appropriate forum for deficiency in service and seeking appropriate compensation

  @JioCare Network connectivity issues, mostly my group friend complaint me we are unable to contact. Further internet very poor in Taluka place also. We cannot gpay easily. Also in my area when electricity down tower not working so coverage stop.
