  @JioCare The wire which comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve the issue.

  @JioCare This is the same generic response I receive every time, but the issue keeps recurring. An engineer visited yesterday and marked the issue as resolved. Today, the internet is down again. This clearly shows the root cause has not been fixed.
