  @JioCare I purchased the 100 Mbps plan and activated it successfully. I also received the confirmation message. However, my internet speed is still around 30 Mbps. I have already restarted the router, but there has been no improvement. Please check and resolve the issue.

  @JioCare There is no resolution in dm as well. My office time is going waste due to bad internet connection of jio fibre and the team is not working to resolve my issue. I just want that they terminate my connection and give my money back so that I can go with other company. @TRAI
