@jiocare provides the worst service for its customers . I'll request to everyone never trust on their services . you will not be able to enjoy the services. Their associates always lie to everyone and they don't have any option to transfer the call to the seniors.

This is worst. We have 4 sim at home and same issue. I was told that I'll get resolution within 3 days. Now more than a week. I'll be taking out 4 sim along with 10 of our relatives to @reliancejio as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is not bothered to listen. #patheticAirtel

@sunkadam @JioCare They never visit our home. They simply lodge complaints or will take service requests for visiting technician to our hone. I waited more than 1 year for technician. Trust me one of the worst worst services by jio
