    @JioCare Hello are you even aware that there was outage in the given area for JIO network?????? Not sure why you need my details, you should be aware where your network is interrupted. Fix that issue ASAP, else ready to loose lakhs of customer as no one appreciate JIO at moment.

    @JioCare what’s the issue with Jio service? Mobile reception is very poor. One time it was the strongest. Jio fiber is frequently down. Regret switching to jio. Down the drain now. 1Gb free data is useless without connectivity. Call centre number takes ages to respond.

    @jiocare is there any server issues in West Bengal, pin 712404. There is very low internet speed . I am literally crying after facing your internet speed. Every time I called customer care they told me server issue throughout the state.

    @JioCare Without visiting and without resolving issue how your Engineer closing the SR ? Everyday I have to call your customer care and asking them to reopen the SR.

    @JioCare sir my outgoing and incoming calls are not working on my jio sim for the last 30 days. Jio services are becoming pathetic day by day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio understand Nivar caused disruption -why refuse to register a complaint because you don’t have engineers to be assigned ? Take the complaint and add it in the queue. After spending 1+ hour no progress - asked told to call again tomorrow
