@JioCare u people no give 5G access for me but Airtel give 5G access.u people not give 5G access till now not getting 5G even no invitation I am premier user of jio but jio from 2months not responding for my problem.very bad. Now give 5G invitation otherwise good bye

@bndparida Actually you are right this people are not going to solve our problems. Even I had complained about the same but no solution I got. So I removed a solution by porting my & my family sims into Jio. and plus thing is @JioCare will get you a solution. Don't waste time on this fools

Re: Complaint no SR0000157DBL dt. 4.6.21 Jio fibre cable was broken due to thunderstorms. Complaint lodged on 4th. Jio has closed ticket twice without any resolution. 4 days without internet. No resolution and no compensation provided yet. @JioCare @fiber_jio @TRAI

@reliancejio Stay home with 2g/3g speed with poor qos, push other competetor also a low quality service providers, this cheap company did the minimum recharge for sim card retaining atleast 125_inr, sometime it gives the 4g speed on that time we can use the web incase 5g🥵

@reliancejio I am a Jio user expecting a prompt service from my service provider. Was out in the morning to buy a new connection and to my surprise even though written opening time 7.30. The shops were closed. Fantastic.

@reliancejio Jio Fiber connection is functional on the first floor. It has to travel a distance of less than 15 metres. If you are so indifferent & inefficient in selling a new connection Then what would happen when you have installed it & collected money- there is problem.

@JioCare kindly help me out with my request of cancelling my previous connection due to address change. Your sales team is only willing to help with new connections, to achieve targets. No one is responding to complains either. How are you all the 5th best service provider?
