Vijaykumar Chavan (@Vijaykumar5459) reported@JioCare Hey, I’m moving my SIM from a JioPhone to a smartphone. My current JioPhone recharge isn’t allowing outgoing calls on the new phone. Do I need to "convert" the SIM, or will just topping up with a standard smartphone plan fix this? Please advise.

Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.

Vamsee Sunku (@SunkuVamsee) reported@reliancejio v r using Jio Air Fiber in Hyd. WiFi data completes in just 1-2 weeks itself in every month. Took top up plan for 3 months and it is not visible suddenly. Original and top up plan both no use. Office work is impacted.Pathetic customer service.
