@JioCare The installation team seems very casual in its approach.Despite speaking to him and assuring him all the cooperation and support from the Builder, no one has so far visited us. Seems like Anil, Mukesh is also going down the hill.

@JioCare @reliancejio , I have changed my number from Postpaid to Prepaid, I have done all necessary recharge, Yet i am not able to use Internet service on my number. Talked to your customer care 5 times , Did all the Internet settings, Still no internet. Kindly act and help !!
