    @anandparora @reliancejio even I had a very bad experience with jio fiber.. I shifted back to Mumbai after more than a year and jio fiber was recently installed to our building.. the sales person took my details and deposit before I could park the car.

    Dear incompetent cheats @reliancejio, when are you going to return my stolen money which you took in t name of a number portability #scam. @JioCare , hope u do some customer service instead of telling #lies . As of today it is 3 and 1/2 months since you stole my money.

    @Ra_Bies Same experience I have with @Airtel_Presence wherever airtel doesn’t have any competition customer is taken for granted so does @JioCare. Surprisingly in locality where both are present there is no service or speed issue.

    @JioCare 5G working ok but 4G getting disconnected sometimes from my all devices, also getting slow speed, pls look into this or assign someone to fix it
