Of the city.I hav complained without resolution,changed my SIM(for which u shamelessly charged me ₹25) n I still have the same problem.If it weren’t for the mandatory blackout period post porting,I wld’ve gone back to @JioCare @reliancejio.This is ridiculous levels of service!

@JioCare 7 days to resolve a complaint..internet service down from AUG 31st..check from Aug 31 complaint raised. Only assurance but no resolution. Pathetic
