@JioCare Sometimes my SIM stops responding. i.e. the phone is on and working, but when people try they hear that my phone is switched off. Also, during this period I don't receive any SMS or anything. I changed my handset and got my SIM replaced, the problem is still there.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?
