@JioCare u people no give 5G access for me but Airtel give 5G access.u people not give 5G access till now not getting 5G even no invitation I am premier user of jio but jio from 2months not responding for my problem.very bad. Now give 5G invitation otherwise good bye

@krvisves @JioCare Jio doesn’t care to expect good service from them is asking for moon. Those who couldn’t provide 3G4G they will provide you hassle free 5G not remotely possible no executive is available like TaTa Sky who can solve your problems one has to click this and that but no solution

@reliancejio since more than one month passed out no one came for device pickup for jio fibre i escalated the issue but no response and refund is yet not initiated, worst services with no speed once again from jio.. my service request no is SR00001ECBOJ

@JioCare your internet services never work after 11 pm. Daile after 11 pm my internet stops working! If you really want to diliver good services to your customers try and solve this prob first.

@JioCare Complaint registered on 24th october, 11:00 am. Engineer is continuously rescheduling his visit. Just now i received a mail that now again the visit has been scheduled on 28th october 15:00. I.e. on the 5th day of the complain... This is ridiculous and worst service.
