    @VodafoneIN Related to network & data issue complaint registered on 30/04/2019 and reference no 230358488. Till now No action has been taken.Better to switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

    My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

    @gischethans @airtelindia @reliancejio If it weren't for Jio i wouldn't be able to work from home. It only make sense for me to port now since airtel never bothered to fix the network issue.

    @JioCare Are you guys still investigating? I think you all have been lying & not giving true picture which is a matter of big SHAME. Your department initiated refund unilaterally without explanation & JioCare telling me all this time that matter escalated to high level, assuring solution.

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

    @JioCare The MyJio app is not showing any scheduled date or time for engineer visit, and no technician has arrived yet. This is very disappointing. Please confirm if my issue will be resolved today, otherwise disconnect my connection immediately.

    @JioCare It's only to my number because i have other phone having jio sim and i have no problem on that. Neither 4g nor 5g is connecting smmothly .It stucks everytime i am on vc and then i have to disconnect. It's irritating. Please solve this otherwise i have to port to other operator.

    @JioCare Your team collected payment after assuring same-day installation. After 48 hours, and no one has responded to my calls. This reflects poorly on your customer service, and how future issues would be handled. I therefore request you to kindly cancel the installation and refund.
