Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. Avi (@Avicheque10) reported. @JioCare it's been 3 days with no internet. The 1st engineer visited but said he couldn't fix it &asked me to book another engineer. I did, but the 2nd engineer didn't even show up. Tmw is the FIFA final,&my Wi-Fi is still down. Please resolve this urgently.
