@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

What kind of service is this @reliancejio . I used to a place where your service is as poor that you can't even use WhatsApp. Thousands of complaints have been registered through the customer service. Nothing happened,same as before. This is ridiculous.#Shame

@reliancejio i have been facing internet speed issue and continuously wifi disconnection issue since last 15 days. Till now, raised 3 request for this issues : SR000017E4B1, SR000017B8D1, SR000017AGV2. These requests were closed without providing any resolution. No engineer visit
