@JioCare am unable to access Amazon Prime even though I have a Rs.999 subscription? Have complained earlier and was assured of a solution within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 96+ hours and the problem remains unresolved??

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

@JioCare I had visited jio center nd jio store bunts hostel Mangalore 2 port my jio existing sim to postpaid and it was very bad experience I hd frm ur store and jio office.They not even allowed me in nd not even listen to my query they made security guard to ask with me.

@reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

@JioCare increase data prices, keep setting example of worst service provider. Jio has failed India. Worst internet speed. Airtel is charging hefty amount but at least they are giving services up to the expectations.

Seems lyk @reliancejio has takn oath 2 disgruntle their customers. An entire locality of Chandain Pajan has been deprived of basic mobile calling facility let alone internet access. Despite repeated requests 2 mend the service jio won't hear.
