    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @PMOIndia @reliancejio , this happened during Government audit itseems, so good photo in a ID proof would avoid these situations, this is a serious issue which needs instant action.

    Finally made up my mind to port from @airtelindia to @reliancejio Goodbye Airtel. You can have the balance 200gb leftover in my account which i couldn't use because of the terrible network. #goodbyeairtel

    @reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

    My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

    @JioCare After -35- days, order no NO0000NVAHB7 has not been activated and resolved by Jio Team. Such a poor customer service by Jio. Jio Agent has taken 239/- for activation on 11.12.22. Now he is not picking my mobile.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad service experience from your sales executive. During taken paln he was given wrong commitment and after installation he is not picking up my phone call. If your sales person are giving this kind of service, jio will loose customers on renewal time.

    I have been using @reliancejio #5G in #Mumbai for over a month now on an @apple #iPhone13 and can only wonder why it was launched in such haste. For one, I have had serious network reliability issues even while being immobile. I haven’t faced as many 1/3
