After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

Karnesh (@iamkverma) reported@JioCare what a bad service. Internet not working since last night, registered a complaint in the morning and got a time slot for tomorrow 11:11AM. The service guy said they are extremely understaffed herein Patiala and are only two people. Not to mention that he was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Abysmal service. How are we supposed to do our office work if Internet services are disrupted for more than 36 hours at the least.

He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you
