    @JioCare I had visited jio center nd jio store bunts hostel Mangalore 2 port my jio existing sim to postpaid and it was very bad experience I hd frm ur store and jio office.They not even allowed me in nd not even listen to my query they made security guard to ask with me.

    Finally made up my mind to port from @airtelindia to @reliancejio Goodbye Airtel. You can have the balance 200gb leftover in my account which i couldn't use because of the terrible network. #goodbyeairtel

    Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
