    @reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

    @JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

    My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

    @JioCare it's really very embarrassing you know after 15 days of waiting that my connection will not be installed and my money will be refunded back within 21 days into the source account. I did not paid to be refunded, I paid to be a Reliance customer to have a good internet speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic in one word. I have jio fiber and I do a recharge of 1200 . It has been a week and my remote is not working. All calls to jio customer service is futile. Worst experience and worst support . Seems their policy is get customers and forget them .
