    @JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

    @reliancejio Wow Jio. Your customer service don't have a clue as to what Ping is or what Ping related issues are. Very nice service. Keep it up. Can't play online with 380ms of ping. #jiogigafibre

    @JioCare am unable to access Amazon Prime even though I have a Rs.999 subscription? Have complained earlier and was assured of a solution within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 96+ hours and the problem remains unresolved??

    @JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

    @reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

    @PMOIndia @reliancejio , this happened during Government audit itseems, so good photo in a ID proof would avoid these situations, this is a serious issue which needs instant action.

    @JioCare it's been over 24 hours. I've been reporting this issue for days. The ticket shows "Resolved," but network is even worse now— WhatsApp msgs won't even send. I've been using Jio for 2–3 years and nvr faced this. If it's a temporary issue, why isn't it being fixed faster?

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since the night of 14 June. A service request was raised on 15 June at 7 AM, but after 48+ hours, no engineer has contacted or visited. Despite multiple calls to cust care, there's been no proper response #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare I am asking for the refund since the order was cancelled. The sales representative is not picking up my phone call. Is this how you treat the customer once the order is booked? You tell me how I get the refund and process the refund to the original source of payment.

    @JioCare Day 9. 216+ hours without reliable WiFi and mobile network. Still the same scripted replies. Still no clear timeline. Still no compensation. Consumer Grievance No. 9506181. How long does Jio expect customers to suffer for a service they paying for but not receiving

    @JioCare If Jio cannot resolve a network issue even after a week, then stop sending these meaningless template replies. Either provide a clear timeline for restoration or disconnect the service and take your equipment back. Customers deserve solutions, not endless excuses.

    @JioCare For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.
