@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare Whenever electricity gone in my area (pin code 425405) jio mobile network is also gone, even we are not able to make and receive call. This issue it happening since very long. For other mobile networks there is no such issue then why only with JIO network.

@reliancejio one of the worst service i ever have. I have used airtel for 15 years but i never faced this kind of problem. My wifi is not working from 2 days and you are not able to schedule engineer visit.pathetic customer care service.
