@reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

@JioCare am unable to access Amazon Prime even though I have a Rs.999 subscription? Have complained earlier and was assured of a solution within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 96+ hours and the problem remains unresolved??

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

@reliancejio I've been facing internet speed issue from last 10 days and nobody has helped from your team. Service request has been raised and resolved automatically. Promised 500 Mbps and provided 10 Mbps. Buying 4G spectrum doesn't make you win without providing quality service
