    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your team has scheduled the visit for my new non working router, but that service request has been rescheduled 2 times till now. In case, there is no service incharge, then why do you provide service numbers? Just to make people fool?

    @JioCare No another problem with router. Only data is not added. I made frst time payment, no service is update. I made second time payment today, then service updates. Lose my money energy and time Please explain way of working to your customer care service team.

    @JioCare Really disappointed with constant rescheduling and no proper response. If ur not interested in new customers, at least be clr about it. This is turning into one of the worst customer service experiences. Might have to switch to instead.#Jio #RelianceJio #JioFiber
