@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare @fiber_jio How can you consider the issue resolved without checking back with the customer. I have raised the same issue twice and in both the cases it closed after two days without even solving the issue. No intimation no call. What kinda nonsense service is that.
