@JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

@gischethans @airtelindia @reliancejio If it weren't for Jio i wouldn't be able to work from home. It only make sense for me to port now since airtel never bothered to fix the network issue.

@reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

@JioCare Your local team know the poor network issue in very well . Fyi I am using the latest handset of S 22+ and apart from this I have another 4 jio number which has same problem. pls do the physical rectification instead of pass the time by asking questions repeatedly.

@JioCare There are instances in last month that there is no internet. For this complaint I have been given time of tomorrow that is after 2 days. It means that you don’t have enough resources to cater the customer complaint or you have lot many complaints to attend.
