@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

@JioCare My Jiofiber connection was disconnected on 26 aug2021 and the device was picked on 02 sept2021 and still did not get my refund.I called customer care so many times bt they said just wait for 3-4days.Very frustrated that a big firm @JioCare provides this type of service
