@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

Hey @JioCare, a quick reminder When we pay for a plan, you work for us. Right now, I’m paying for 5G but living in a 2G reality. No network, no speed, and zero human support—just bots giving scripted answers. It’s time to stop the automation and start actually fixing the towers!
