    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    Something wrong with @reliancejio network lately. My call got dropped like 5 times today. 4G has dropped like 10 times in speed 🤨

    So far my order isn't cancelled, customer care reps don't care, I've had several calls disconnected on face, some just lied to me saying they are raising escalation req all the while they didn't. So @JioCare IG the thing is you guys are only responsible until you take the money.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber, whenever I call customer care, I only get an automated message saying “temporary issue in your area” and the call disconnects. I am not even allowed to raise a service request. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio from 5days the Wi-Fi is not working and a request is submitted in app but engineer is assigned to me but they are worthless unskilled they don’t know how to do Customer care are just remind me my billing date from 14th it is said. What service are you giving

    @reliancejio service Request No. SR000035YOBP. Wifi is dead since 4 days and nobody came to rectify. I get a message every evening that the appointment has been rescheduled as per MY REQUEST. never made any such request. Customer care isn't sharing local engineer number. Now?
