@JioCare In my location no network at all(posting using idea net.)..from 3,4 days no network... Only its showing "emergency calls only"..it's problem of all staying in the locality.. I've faced lots of loss in current days just because of being jio user... Other operators network is fine

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

@JioCare when your service stops within seconds of plan expiry, why don't you restore service within mts of disruption of service? 24 hrs to attend disrupted jiofiber service? My connection is disrupted by your incomepetenet technicians. 2nd time in 3 days. Shameful.

@LiveFromALounge @JioCare My experience is opposite. Service appointment after 24hrs. while giving connection to others, technicians disconnect already existing customers. Poor technical training, sub standard staff training. Jiofiber service is one of the worst. BSNL service may be better.
