    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have tried calling several times to toll free number . My Service Request number SR000038IU7H. They have schedule for 19th June. Is this some kind of joke? The area I am staying has no jio tower so we can’t even use mobile data. Give me solution asap.

    @JioCare READ the PROBLEM, if your technicians don't want to work, and resolve this by tomorrow I will be visiting the office to cancel my subscription and demand my refund ! we have other service providers & I'll buy their services !! It's the 9th day today, Pathetic service !

    There’s not even actual person as customer support in @JioCare u guys are bots using fake names to reply on chat. No one asked you to put the amount in the voucher or anything, if the order is cancelled then why didn’t u refunded teg amount in my source account? This is bullshit

    @JioCare Worst it has been one week they took money but installation was not done. If you can't even do installation why take money before even process starts. Technician promised on Friday got an appointment message on Saturday that it will be done but no one came.

    @JioCare If it takes you more than 48 hours to assign an engineer and then another 24 hours for the engineer to arrive then either you seriously need to relook at your complaint resolution TAT policy or I should look at moving away from Jio.
