@JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

@JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I recharged my JiO fiber plan for 6 months where I was supposed to get one month free data subscription which I didn't got. Your customer care ask me 45 days time to resolve this issue but even After expiry of 45 days issue is still pending.

@reliancejio Why I am not allowed to relocate my existing paid jio fiber connection. Which I had recharged just 18 days back with Rs. 14,145.84 for next one year. Due to extreme urgency I have to shift my residence within Kharghar Sector 11. Kindly help me and allow relocation.

I basically want to relocate my jio fiber with in my block where i live but when i talked to your customer service executive he said me to wait till 15th but i am shifting on 9th of April and i have work from home so how would i cope up. Such a bad service @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have a query regarding return of Jio broadband modem. It was promised that 1500 of caution deposit will be returned anytime if i cancel my connection. But customer support executive is telling only 500 will be refunded if i cross free trial period of 30 days. Pls help.

@JioCare your international roaming rates are cheap. But your #service is more #cheaper. Calls are rarely working. And now connection barred even after making excess payment. Not able to activate #ESIM when out of country. Other provider does.shud I port out?
