    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @JioCare What happened to my issue ? Should we surrender all our Jio Connection , there is always chance of error , it doesn’t mean that amount will be fortified. Check at your end and update .

    @JioCare <2> Support personnel was not ready to listen. I asked him to pass the call to any manager but he denied. I am not sure what kind of service do Jio. Customer service is worst. I was also told relocation is not allowed. Not sure whom to believe

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is worst then vodafone and airtel. you have 1991 for what to make people look stupid don't have option to talk to a representative.signal quality is worst and paln rate is going high for this bullshit service.shut your shop i request to you.

    Whats wrong with @reliancejio network is low everywhere and the internet speed don’t pass 100kbps at my village even after complaining to them several times.
