    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    I got my @reliancejio sim converted in esim in under 5 mins but the @airtelindia it's been 5 days and yet no resolution. That's after visiting their showroom multiple times. pathetic response by @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is very frustrating. Got Jio Fiber installed on 29 March 2026, and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant internet fluctuations. No stability at all.

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Will the installation happen anytime soon ? I think you should please cancel my Jio Fiber account & refund the money of the relocation and the advance rentals, and security deposit.

    Hi @Uppolice @lkopolice my service provider @JioCare is not able to provide services since 15 Feb & after several round of follow up still issue is not resolved. I have paid them advance payment, they are neither returning amount nor providing service since100 days. Please Help

    I insist @reliancejio @JioCare to please investigate this issue and bring out the bill details !. as an old Jiofiber user since 2018 i feel this is unfair to us.!
