    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare Hello Team.. I would like to inform you that we are not getting any jio network since last 1 week.. I am based in Bangur Nagar Goregaon west.. All Jio users in our area are planning to move our services. It has caused a lot of inconvenience during this festive season.

    @JioCare Atleast you give the contact details as requested. I am very much disappointed with ur robotic reply for last 3 days. Not even a step we have taken to fix this issue. Your management should know what kind of feedback at ground level u r company is receiving. Pl share.

    @JioCare Worst experience among all the operators .. Not able to recharge, No able to disconnect .. customer care dropping the calls .. wrong commitments by your sales team.. complain still not resolved under the given time ..? What are the company's plan ??
