@JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

@JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

@reliancejio My biggest mistake was that I got the port done in Jio. As soon as 3 months of my sim will be completed, I will get it changed to some other network provider. I have not seen such nonsense custamer support anywhere.on 13 feb my sim was activated but still not work.

@JioCare I am absolutely fed up of you all. I disconnected my Jio fibre service a long time ago. Since then I receive 2-3 calls daily asking me for a time to pick up the device. I tell them after 6 PM. Same story again. I am fed up of your calls and approach. Absolutely fed up.

@JioCare Your customer care services has Come down to the lowest standards. Absolutely Ridiculous and worst ever. Disgusting. You aren't bothering for Your Customers at all. A Jio number New one 6354 382428 is not working Since couple of days. No calls no messages nothing.

Its been more than a day now, my airtel broadband isn't working and @Airtel_Presence hasn't bothered to even reach out for the resolution of the ticket. I miss @reliancejio

@JioCare 2/2 you are giving looks like you are not concern about the client issues and you provide any store near to Delhi, Kamla Nagar and ask your personal whether they are wiling to provide the duplicate sim of other states as some of your store are asking to buy phone than they will.
