    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare in this pandemic situation we are supposed to work from home and I was happy that jio is the best network to work with really sad from past 3 days for such a poor Network and I am facing much issues in this and even now I am tweeting this with help of @airtelindia

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber internet speed is zero Raised a complaint 3 days ago, but the engineer either skips or reschedules the appointment. The only thing I get is a fake promise every time. Is this the service we expect? #JioFiber #JioDown #Jio

    @JioCare I am waiting for my refund more than one month. You move me to private massage and keep sending me same automated massage. I need my refund. This is insane customer service. Very poor

    @JioCare Details have been shared via DM as requested. The outage remains unresolved despite repeated follow-up, and there has been no concrete update. This prolonged service disruption is unacceptable. Kindly resolve on priority and confirm restoration ETA immediately

    @JioCare Complaint regarding excess charges for the Amazon Lite Plan on my Jio connection 1135599831. I have already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, yet additional charges are still being applied. Kindly remove these excess charges immediately, otherwise surrender my connection

    @JioCare @JioCare No, your engineer did not visit my location. I don’t understand what your engineers are trying to fix from the last 4 days. If anything takes more than 1 day to fix the issue, why don’t you give a clear date to fix the issue and complete reasons for service down to users

    @JioCare @reliancejio This response seems to be provided merely to close the ticket and mark it as resolved. Please note that my SIM was already replaced a few weeks ago, and the issue still persists. Kindly review the case properly instead of sharing inaccurate information.
