    Tweet 1/3 Very disappointed with @JioCare service. My Samsung phone had a software issue, so the Samsung service centre flashed new firmware. This wiped my phone and removed my Jio eSIM profile. Now I have NO access to my primary number linked with office/work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Could you please take some accountability for Request ID SR000036K8FH. It was raised on 23 May, 2026 02:59 PM, still no engineer is assigned and no one contacted me to resolve the issue. Please look into it and resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare I have booked Jio air fibre and made a payment as well on May 19th. No one came for installation yet despite I am calling and following up. This is the order id NO0001DJG26I. Is this normal that you don’t care for the customers? This shows how much importance you give to customers. Before installation only your response is poor, I am thinking how will be your response if any issue in future.

    @reliancejio @JioCare our wifi services are down since last 3 days. We are getting messages that services will resume shortly. There are people working from home and it is causing lots of inconveniences. Very bad service

    @JioCare Where's the update? You have been checking this for the past 2.5 months. How much more time is needed to resolve such simple issue? @realnitaambani with such efficiency how long Jio will remain Jio or this is all part of the bigger plan to fool the poor people of this country.

    @JioCare today being the 5th day no response or respite for jio Wi fiber. This is how the service provider is in Kanpur. The head office plays automated your problem being looked into. Please 🙏🙏🙏 dont go for their marketing gimmick. I will discontinue soon.
