@JioCare Raise the concerns to board managing director of Relejio. I'm a user of Jio Number here there is a lot of network issues that is we are unable to talk and there is no data coming and very pathetic signals still you're unable to fix the problem #Anantapur AP 9985511186

@JioCare Our WIFI connection is not active since 1 pm yesterday (10th Feb). The Service Request Number is SR000018S1JR for JioFiber connection (JioFixedVoice Number +918079684311). I haven't received any notification from your concerned department. It has been 30 hours!!!!

@reliancejio ported my two sim in monday to your network. Once I put in sim after porting one of the sim is not working. There is no PoC to get my sim working. Jio person at @RelianceDigital, Gaur city mall informed me to get new sim by paying INR25. 1/2

@JioCare from last two days my jio fiber net is not working and your customer care people are so rude and dumb they have zero idea they are like automated machine what ever you ask they give the same reply .!! My complaint no. Is SR000018SCHK extremely bad service

@JioCare The internet is back and I couldn't be happier :) Almost worth losing it even. The problem was because of faulty wires, but the service engineers Vishnu and Srikanth promptly replaced them with new ones. Thank you!

@amitrai01 @ViCustomerCare If thinking to port then I suggest @JioCare they have a better network coverage which eventually leads to better internet speed
