But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Cancellation took 20 days, refund is still pending after 10+ more days. Every call: “Wait a few more days.” Pathetic.
