    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

    @JioCare frustrated With jio data service. now only wayout is to go to some other service provider, who can provide data services at least in big cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata etc.

    @JioCare @reliancejio While Jio Fiber promises quick and hassle free installation, my experience is very bad. Services are not prompt and not upto the mark, installation not done as promised, team isn't responsive and calls are also not answered !!!
