    got a standard DM saying signal is weak near my residence,when visited d #JioCenter,corrupted SIM was replaced, network is back to Normal.@JioCare if you stick only 2 standard statement and don't check the real issue, handling social media turns out to be comedy forum.@DoT_India

    @reliancejio @JioCare making potholes for installing #JioGigafiber and they are not resetting it back to original form, people of this areas are facing issues #MukeshAmbani being such a great businessman making such a cheap way of installing without instructions doesn't hold good

    But there is no network coverage nearby 1km range no outgoing call, or incoming calls by this @JioCare If you are a new subscriber to #jio only 6 months proper service after that waste of your money. Tomorrow am leaving to Tamil nadu where i'll be there for 15 days let me seee

    @reliancejio @JioCare The quality of video on the JioTV app is not very clear even after setting the quality to high. No issue with network but the picture quality is not good even for HD channels. It's all pixelated. Please fix it. All HD channels problem.

    @JioCare I tried but your service is not available in my area 😔 so going with local till yor service available and also going to file case in consumer court against @Airtel_Presence as they are not provideing any solution nor willing to disconnected the connection refund amount

    @reliancejio If a person want to pay its Postpaid bill..and the connection is terminated..then for paying dues only the customer have to get OTP . But from where ? Cz the connection is already terminated.. And as far as I searched..there is no other medium to pay postpaid bill

    @JioCare And what about one more payment that was charged on May 4 ? Who will adjust that ? So typically you have charged 2 extra months. Thats the problem that no one is yet aware of issue and are discussing it on twitter. Was not aware twitter is Jio’s official customer care centre.

    @JioCare I received call from +919327663704 He just offensive me as if why I made complaint...when I confront him he disconnect the call...I can provide call sound bite if needed
