  @ACTFibernet havn lots of prob wit d connection, speed has dropped, evry few days connection is down. If u cant provide service tell us will shift to sm othr ntwrk. Minimum 7 days netwrk is down in a month which is ridiculous 😠 waiting for @reliancejio fiber

  I strongly recommend others to not join #jio network in future. Forgot about speed there is no presence of network at least in the city like #Bengaluru.. Time to say bye bye @reliancejio @JioCare

  @jagograhakjago I had surrendered my connection in Mar21 till date @JioCare has not paid back deposit amount and they don't revert to queries or address service request.Myjio app & is so heavily AI/IVR based that you can't talk to customer care representative.
