But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. This happens across all apps like FB, Insta, YouTube, etc. Even when I use the Jio app, it fails to load data. I have tried multiple times. Let me know how much time may take to fix this issue
