    @reliancejio I am already a jio fibre customer and I am trying to relocate the connection to a new house,but unfortunately inspite of the availability of Jio fibre there, the society is not allowing any jio engineers inside due to some payment issue from Jio. Kindly help.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani Looks like you have lots of important things to do other than your customer issues . Crap service and equally crap call center. All teams hiding behind process instead of finding solutions.

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare I wanted to port from Airtel and generated UPC code... Booked jio sim online and delivery boy did not turn up today again a new delivery boy called and saying postpaid has issues and they are not doing when i booked online and they are pushing to buy pre-paid. 1/1

    @reliancejio your internet services have really gone bad. So many technical glitches and no permanent solutions. How difficult is it to solve an issue completely and not just temporarily for a day? So many websites doesn't work on your wifi but works on other network wifi.
