    Dear Sir,@MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Since last 15-20 day I'm facing weak network even my device having 5 network bars And the main thing is It's in BANGLORE (T.Dasarahalli). I've 13 times contacted with customer care executives. But. No_use!

    @JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare problem unresolved for 20 days now. Everyday a someone would call and ask to describe what is open. Do you folks even use a CRM or a complaint management system ? You can afford to waste your time. Do not try to waste mine

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @reliancejio I stay in central part of Bangalore and there is no network at my home. Very bad coverage.I hardly get one of two calls that too when i am standing near the window side in a perticular spot.Please help me resolve this.We have three numbers at home n have same problem

    My Worst decision of 2026 is Switch @JioCare to @airtelindia. Airtel provide worst network connection. Always call drops. I told them and also share my number. But No response.

    @VikrantTiwari23 @JioCare is this the price of loyalty? Despite paying ₹1,200 for relocation, he chose JioFiber over Airtel in Hyderabad. Pickup missed twice, installation missed, and he carried devices himself. Please install on priority and compensate with 6 months’ free service.

    @JioCare then been on a call with customer care executive and it's still going on and the guy on the other side is giving no response for last 20 minutes. One of my flatmates had to take his office calls in a public place apparently because of this inconvenience by Jio.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @CMODelhi Still status is same, JIO technicians & engineer are inefficient to resolve the issue. They are casually extending the time. Now it’s high time. Shame on Jio Service team !! Now I am firm that I will change the service operator.
