    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @reliancejio from past 3 days I'm facing lot of network issue..!! 🤬🤬🤬No calls....No internet totally slow network coverage this is too bad for Jio..😡😡 Customer care not supporting 5G is where...??? I want to move from Jio to Airtel and also I'll recommend to move Airtel

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare I once again request you to send a team to the given location so that they can see how the coverage can be boosted. Airtel and Vodafone have installed boosters which is why we get full network from them If your network team is unable to act soon, then we will hv to port en masse.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am doing WFH, So Internet is necessary for Me. I did not disconnect my @airtelindia connection during the Jio trial, or else I couldn't complete my office work. I can't continue my Jio service. I request to close this fiber connection and return money(Rs. 1500).

    Utter disappointment with Jio customer service since the day I took the broadband connection in Noida.complaint takes days to be attended and every engineer tries to make some money.its despite talking to Jio partners of my are.I think it’s time for to chg the conn @JioCare
