    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @JioCare @reliancejio after 3 attempts i was finally able to get a ticket raised for my JioFiber Speed and packet drop issue. Attempt 1. CALL Attempt 2. Watsapp Attempt 3. Live chat Hoping to get this issue fixed now.

    @reliancejio Hi Jio, Today I walked into a Jio Showroom to take a new SIM. To my shock, Aadhar card physical copy was requested. In today's scenario, I fail to understand why Aadhar digital copy show through mAadhar app or Digilocker is not being accepted.

    Had an issue with my @reliancejio connection. Logged a complaint last night and today by 11am, the issue was fixed. The support engineers were knowledgeable and very meticulous. Very well done and credit where it is due.

    @JioCare I have sent several emails stating I am relocating and unable to raise request on the portal. No one has called me to sort the issue. I received email stating by 3rd it will be sorted but no one has called and the portal shows some error. What's happening??

    @reliancejio @JioCare This whole process was very bad and I wasted my half day for same. JioStore person and customer care are not aligned. JioStore/Customer care persons are denying colored aadhaar prinout. JioStore person is denying votorID card for eKYC.
