@FindingNewWays @JioCare I have been chasing @JioCare since morning but their team fails to provide any committed timelines to resolve network outage. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP More than 24hrs no resolution.

@reliancejio Ghomti Ghosh supervisor of customer care executive told me to we are unable to solve your problem due to network problem, kindly move on other network with same number. This type of behaviour happened with me. I request jio team to look this matter on urgent basis.

@JioCare No use. My view stands. This hanging Junction box can’t be resolved without physical visit. Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..

In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company
