    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare based on my complaint the time really not taking to attend internet connectivity there is no use in continuing JIO network. For last two days. No one has contacted back to us. Please do something to restore internet.

    @amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare Amazing. My calls are crystal clear—I can perfectly explain to people how your internet refuses to even load a single song. Consistency matters. Tried every possible fix, reset everything except my expectations… which, clearly, was my mistake. Anyway, thanks for the memories.

    @JioCare Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do. @_MukeshAmbani

    Dear @JioCare, every time it rains, your network completely collapses. If you can’t manage the network or provide a stable data speed, stop selling the service. We pay full price, and we get terrible performance. Why should we even recharge if this is the result?

    @reliancejio I raised a complaint SR000034PX7V. An engineer visit was scheduled around 16:00-17:00 IST, 30th April. No response, nothing. Then I called customer care and my ticket is on hold without providing confirmation code. So, no "neeyat" of providing fix. @JioCare
