    @JioCare I have given a complaint regarding my jio fiber router. I am not getting internet for past 4 days. REQUEST ID: SR00001B0FE0. Engineer is visiting my place on 21st at 11o'clock. Can you please make it any faster. My work is getting delayed due to no internet.

    @JioCare I wanted to port from Airtel and generated UPC code... Booked jio sim online and delivery boy did not turn up today again a new delivery boy called and saying postpaid has issues and they are not doing when i booked online and they are pushing to buy pre-paid. 1/1

    @JioCare thank you, finally my problem has been resolved. however, it has taken 10 days, but now things are working. I request jio team to improve ground service and waiting time.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare The below service request had been raised 2 days before and didn't get any resolution still . Totally disappointed being a valuable member of jio. At least please give a resolution fast or update something to your customer as it's blocker for me .

    @JioCare I think jio fiber have to revamp their team & fire the main culprits who r bringing a bad name to such enthusiastic company who is doing such good for this country. For your reference i am sharing their name & contacts vide dm so you can take appropriate actions.

    @JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

    @JioCare Okay @JioCare could you please suggest me tentative fixed date please since outgoing services of one of child member is not working from last 4 days after plan change from 999 to 799. I totally understand it will take some time but some tentative date would help more.

    @JioCare I don't know from technical point of view , whether it should take 10 days to resolve . There is no point to use family plan then if one single service request will take more than 1 week to get clarification only but still not having any idea. #disappointed #jio

    @JioCare Everyday an engineer is being allocated but again in the d evening v r receiving an email stating a new date & time have been allocated. U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service

    @JioCare Yeah I got it . I am just requesting any tentative date like will it take 1 week , 10 days. Please understand , I have to temporarily take any other sim if it will be blocked for long time . As I am unable to use from last 1 week. Please assure by when I can expect resolution .

    @JioCare complaint no SR00001B03OK It's been 2days, Internet service outage issue has not resolved yet in spite of multiple calls. Only thing is happening i.e. TAT extension and hope. Such a pathetic service. #JioFiber

    Hi @JioCare It has been more than 3 hrs since my jio fibre worked. Despite giving assurance that the problem will be fixed in 2 hrs it is still not fixed and your customer care is asking for another 2 hrs . Please help

    @reliancejio I was approached by a jio fibre sales guy for jio fibre 30day trial. The trial was not great experience and I asked for the disconnection before the 30 day period. Today even after 20 days and two service requests closed from backend, I have not got the refund

    I never faced such issue with @airtelindia. One should just be wary of @reliancejio. Their service levels have gone down drastically.

    Dear @JioCare , It's impossible to raise a complaint for Jio Fiber connection not working. Whatsapp, Phone call does not let you choose the option for 'Fiber connection not working', neither does it let u speak to anyone.

    @JioCare So i must wait till April to just be able to use wifi and resume working from home? As strategised by Jio, i was forced to get a new connection. After a stressful registration, i was waiting for the promised setup today. The service guy has given me all kinds of reasons.
