    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor experience at Jio Store, Kavandapadi (Erode). A senior citizen visited the store for a lost SIM replacement and even after 3 days the issue is still not resolved. Staff behaviour was rude and the process was not explained properly.

    @JioCare I will say it again -> YOU DO PROVIDE SATIC IP SOLUTION FOR ENTERPRISES. however this is not related to static IP, but related to the public IP that you provide to retail users. That public IP lost it's credibillity and hence you need to change that but to save money you are not!

    @JioCare If you can't give proper service pls disconnect the service. From morning today ...no fiber connection to my account +91-1179607012. Now says expected to be ok by tomorrow....! People depend on wifi n PM says work from home and you need one day. Payment already taken..!
