    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    I raised a JioFiber relocation request on 8th June and have been following up ever since, yet there has been no resolution. Ironically, when I submitted an inquiry for a new connection, I received a call from Jio within minutes to help me proceed. @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has been closed again without resolution. The service disruption persists,and the original service request SR00002LP1IY is still open. Closing escalations without restoring service is not a resolution. I am proceeding with a DoT grievance.

    Shocking way to treat customers, @JioCare! I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is dedicated FIFA World Cup TV on Home page on Jio Fiber which is accessible to many users but I can’t get access to it. Why’s is this happening? I have a plan of 899 and still this issue is there. Let me know when will this thing going to fix.

    @JioCare A technician fixed my JioFiber issue but routed the fiber cable incorrectly, causing our kitchen door not to close properly. I've raised multiple complaints over the last 5-6 days and keep getting promised a visit, but no one comes. Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber
