    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    They ask DM your registered number since last 3 days I DM them number after that no response again next day same question DM your number.. Sales person also not reschedule call @JioCare not willing to solve customer issue. Just showing they are trying to solve but actually no any

    Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

    @JioCare All the checks are done and many friends who stay in the same building have gotten it but not me. It's not the checks but the stupid process of jio is the problem. It's so random that I feel like porting out. What is the process to port out when you have vouchers lined up?

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio @JioCare I guess it has to do with samsung phones. I am also trying to get it on my Fold 4 but to no avail. I have tried raising this issue multiple times but all I get is same robotic response. I am in the 5g area since the beginning and still not getting it.
