    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    @JioCare NO0000OHPWNT kindly cancel my order and refund my money.. I don't need jio fiber Already 24 hours completed still Installation guy didn't came .. Wurst service by #jiofiber ..and share manager number of the store..

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @reliancejio Hi Jio True5G Claimer, I am in Bengaluru , Balladur Area and haven't ever seen 5G signal at my phone till the time writing this. Can you please let us know, what are the places in Bengaluru , where 5G signal is available.

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the ******* customer care team. I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
