    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Nobody come till yet, same situation arise, Wi-Fi not working. Your service is very, very bad ever faced. I used Airtel fibre, same situation arise there resolve same day. I listen. Jio Fiber is very good so I moved to Jio Fiber but now this is very very bad experience in my life

    @JioCare , the problem still has not been resolved. Planning to move to a more reliable @airtelindia . Right now it's complete outage & ur super qualified engineers r telling us that this is usual. Let the router be shut for 1 hour. And then restart & issue will fix automatically

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is absolutely zero, nothing is working, when the recharge gets over then it calls again and again and asks to recharge First improve the network brother, for this reason I had not recharged for 6 months it is a very poor network.

    @JioCare 8+ days without internet from JioFiber and still no resolution. Multiple false assurances daily no engineer visit and tickets closed without fixing anything. Escalating this to consumer authorities now. Enough delay @JioCare
