@JioCare Had told this in the first tweet/DM itself as to how I can go during lockdown n customer area is congested in service center. All other features of Google asst are working, except calling. It's not a device problem. Some issue in software/update. Call me to understand the problem

@JioCare Everytime I have to ask about the status of my complaints and request, no one bothers to serve the customer @jiocare you make your policy to help customers or help yourself and to cover your ****. Do you want a customer to wait in vacated place untill your executive comes?

Had an issue with my @reliancejio connection. Logged a complaint last night and today by 11am, the issue was fixed. The support engineers were knowledgeable and very meticulous. Very well done and credit where it is due.

@reliancejio I mean, consider both not one. Program your systems to allow users to suspend & reactivate, & people will willing pay in advance for the whole year as they get to stop/start service to prevent days from getting wasted, plus also get 30 days free.
