    After getting bugged with the horrible connectivity of @airtelindia I finally made the move to @reliancejio. The process was swift, got sim door delivered, activated, verification done in the comforts of my home. My data is working like magic. Why I wasted 5 years with Airtel?

    @JioCare No one came to visit or set right the problem . I keep getting calls to lose the ticket . If the problem is not resolved why should I close the ticket

    @reliancejio I stay in central part of Bangalore and there is no network at my home. Very bad coverage.I hardly get one of two calls that too when i am standing near the window side in a perticular spot.Please help me resolve this.We have three numbers at home n have same problem

    @reliancejio Right now ur not building any new signal towers even in many parts of Bangalore there’s no point in keeping faith in ur network ur customer themselves @JioCare admitted there’s no tower nearby in central Bangalore city and jio will go down soon for its slow network speeds

    @JioCare its been months and the gaming circle is having a pretty terrible experience on Jio Fiber lately. on singapore servers mostly. I Play Escape From Tarkov & i am getting Over 300 ping on Singapore & Over 100 on Hong Kong. please Fix the Issue & Contact if u need more info.

    @JioCare Why do you charge for prime member when we are changing plan on the same network. I reached Jio store, they said. I'm paying 297 rupees for the same number when I opt for the plan prepaid-postpaid-prepaid? Any logics behind this ?

    @JioCare Worst support for the Jio Fiber connection. NO0000POMQK6 - Installation is not done and the area TL is not answering my call. They forced me to pay immediately but I'm not getting any support. No wonder why nobody is using jio fiber in this area😒😣 #Coimbatore

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago not even that when I called the person I mean the team lead.. he told that he will resolve the issue asap but still no reply came towards it. I think for jio the after sales service term does not exist. It's just the figures does matter...

    @JioCare 18 mbps upload and 1 mbps download is your 5G service?Plus network ki search mai ghar ki everest ki choti pe chadhe koi? Internet ghar k andar baith k use hota h kahi tower pe chadh k nhi, Shame on ur new definition of 5G.Tumhare hisab se to 500G ayega tb speed 100 hogi
