    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @reliancejio from past 3 days I'm facing lot of network issue..!! 🤬🤬🤬No calls....No internet totally slow network coverage this is too bad for Jio..😡😡 Customer care not supporting 5G is where...??? I want to move from Jio to Airtel and also I'll recommend to move Airtel

    @JioCare problem unresolved for 20 days now. Everyday a someone would call and ask to describe what is open. Do you folks even use a CRM or a complaint management system ? You can afford to waste your time. Do not try to waste mine

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

    @JioCare but I was denied access because of your technical failure. I expect JioFiber to take responsibility by restoring my service immediately, refunding or adjusting the charges for the 22 days of service outage, and explaining why I am being asked to pay again for a service

    @JioCare How along should I wait??? Your technician is not coming at all. Your call technician option is not working at all. It is a very simple fix but you guys are just passing the time for 5 days and you are not going to adjust in the bill as well, really pathetic service!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare using postpaid family plan and 5G is not working called CC many time but no response if not fixed I will port out or discontinue the number without paying. @Airtel_Presence pls share your postpaid plans
