    @JioCare booked a jio fibre connection yesterday. Was promised installation today morning. Promise not yet fulfilled. I have to work tomorrow. If you cannot fulfill the request by end of day kindly cancel and issue a refund. Request I'd:299761186809

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP More than 24hrs no resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried porting my number 7558861466 from @reliancejio to Airtel. Now i am getting signal in the airtel sim, the airtel agent write me activation OTP in a paper but i lost it . They given their number as alternative number. So i am unable to receive

    @JioCare received this update but nobody contacted JioFiber device for your service ID SR000019829S could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process refund for this account

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @JioCare guys you really need to improve the service for the INDOOR SIGNALS man your connection doesn’t even reach my phone??? (Just 1 point and multiple call failures) Do I live in village area? No! I live in Bangalore city and ur connection is poor Man!

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare it’s almost 2.5months and 4 days from your last update, the issue hasn’t resolved till now 4G & 5G related in the app. For any new connection, your will always be behind to visit the site and resolve, why not once after the successful connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Such a worst network of jio I ever seen at my place.. Many of the people using jio in area infact almost users are of jio. They all are facing the network issue. So please look into this else we have to port the sim. And number of users will do the same.

    Jio Agents and service providers #jio @JioCare #mumbai #maladwest are fake and no commitments to there work. They gave me offer of 3 months wifi prepaid , and 1 month after that free. Now asking for charges Agent name Omkar no +91 91377 55980 . He never reverts .

    @JioCare You don't understand how this works for 3 year's Eve and they gave me a compensate for 3 years with a full refund Jio?? Seeing only 3 years of problems still not working right you want to take payment from me I got active again then how many lessons have not come yet more.
