@JioCare Those appreciate Jio services, must have some relative working at Jio otherwise for common public it's just horrible, any service provider have facility to speak to customer service, Jio has no such facilities, Any problem, you keep on suffering

@reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

@JioCare. Service Request number SR000014P2WW. I am facing lot connectivity issues and the also drops throughout the day. Even after telling you to replace my Jiofiber router , the technician did not do anything about it. Replace my router immediately.
