    @JioCare I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion but it is not reflecting in MyJio app and my bills are getting accrued everyday. I have also paid 543(99 prime + 444 pack) at Manavalanagar Jio Customer care office for prepaid plan. Please help with this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Below are the complaint numbers SR00001DNLU5 SR00001DO8KJ, SR00001DQCTW,SR00001DQXPF,SR00001DT40 While upgrading to 799 plan paid RS 1000 security deposit although having Rs 750 deposit of 599 plan. Paid Rs 99 for migrating to ore paid to post paid.

    @JioCare I live in kannu gym street , asola village, fatehpur beri , Chhatarpur, South Delhi. Calling quality issues like - sudden disappearance of voice or breaking of voice, often call doesn't ring properly when call others , many a times I am unreachable, voice on call not clear to .

    @reliancejio @JioCare where they make customers just to roam around. No solution just call 198 and sit with one complaint number. Answer from Jio :Your child number not added. Removed child number twice and added then also issue persists. Available to transfer data to child
