@JioCare Everyday an engineer is being allocated but again in the d evening v r receiving an email stating a new date & time have been allocated. U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service

@JioCare I don't know from technical point of view , whether it should take 10 days to resolve . There is no point to use family plan then if one single service request will take more than 1 week to get clarification only but still not having any idea. #disappointed #jio

@reliancejio Worst experience with JIO Fiber connection. Placed the order on 5th December, technician was supposed to arrive on 6th. But till now no one came for installation. The order status showing “I was asked to put it on hold”. Is this how Jio handle the customer ?
