@JioCare Everyday an engineer is being allocated but again in the d evening v r receiving an email stating a new date & time have been allocated. U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service

@JioCare Okay @JioCare could you please suggest me tentative fixed date please since outgoing services of one of child member is not working from last 4 days after plan change from 999 to 799. I totally understand it will take some time but some tentative date would help more.

@JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

@JioCare I don't know from technical point of view , whether it should take 10 days to resolve . There is no point to use family plan then if one single service request will take more than 1 week to get clarification only but still not having any idea. #disappointed #jio

@reliancejio @JioCare I Own 5G Phone. Is 5G Sim available at the stores to exchange/ upgrade from a Jio 4G to a New Jio 5G Sim for better network coverage or have to wait for few months? As some of nearby users of airtel showing Network have replaced by Airtel 5G on notification.

@JioCare Jio Fiber not working since afternoon, SR00001EBZ1Y raised. Technician was supposed to visit between 7-8 pm today but did not come and updated it as rescheduled on customer request. I did not make any request for rescheduling. Please look into this unethical behavior.

@JioCare it's been 70 days I had subscribed to Jio Fiber and since then it has hardly worked for total of 100 hours in last 70 days. Service ID 2235595459. We paid in advanced and still unable to use services. When will I get relief??
