    1st complaint raised on 11 Dec. Took 4 more before @reliancejio replaced the device, which was faulty. 6th one open for another replacement. Waiting since 25-Jan.

    Unbelievably poor customer care. It's been over 24hrs without internet and even with multiple calls to #Jiofiber still waiting for the engineer to fix the issue. Didn't expect this from @reliancejio at all. Really disappointed 😞 @JioCare

    @reliancejio - it’s been 2 weeks had a trouble with installation of Jio broadband. They keep rescheduling without my approvals and worst customer care they even don’t know what is happening instead of just reading my rescheduling history. Is @airtelindia broadband better ??

    @reliancejio @JioCare REFUND HELD BY JIO Order# NO0000LS5H9B Service Rqst# SR00001BUMMB 2JUN22 - Two UPI transactions 1500x2 were made, later Jio canceled rqst, & refund only 1500/- and no refund for second amt 1500/- so many reminders given but zero response.
