    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @reliancejio I am already a jio fibre customer and I am trying to relocate the connection to a new house,but unfortunately inspite of the availability of Jio fibre there, the society is not allowing any jio engineers inside due to some payment issue from Jio. Kindly help.

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare We are into 30th amd crosssed 50 days and still haven't received the refund I haven't seen such a worst grade service also have not got any call let me know if you guys can give refund or should I have to file case on jio care

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare Well, I am getting the same reply since last 5 hours. You made the commitment to resolve by 11:48 PM. Now you're saying it will be resolved by 7:48 AM. And what about losses I had to incur due to your so called temporary issue? You cannot fix my loss.
