    @amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

    @JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

    @JioCare problem unresolved for 20 days now. Everyday a someone would call and ask to describe what is open. Do you folks even use a CRM or a complaint management system ? You can afford to waste your time. Do not try to waste mine

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare @JioCare and mahesh what do you mean by earliest 30 days 60 day 90 days ? Are you guys not ashamed of copy pasting same templates doing no add on work to customer grievance I would suggest you to handover your work to someone who is fit to provide resolution

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    @JioCare I haven't received any service number either. Ofcourse having lost the SIM it's not possible to get it on JIO SIM. Hope you are sending it to alternate number #URGENT
