    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @JioCare Ctnd..is pending. It’s been almost 4-5 days over. No 1 is assigned for device pickup. It’s really not gd whn customer is requesting fr urgent pickup for some emergency but you people never bother about it.I made it clear that I’m moving out of city.Escalate this for device pickup

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @_Creation22 Airtel is making false promises about unlimited 5G. Since it doesn't have a standalone 5G network, its "unlimited 5G" offering comes with restrictions. I would say you must think of getting a Jio SIM, as @reliancejio has a standalone 5G network and genuinely provides unlimited 5G

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 12 July 2026. Complaint registered, 20+ calls made, yet I get the same false assurance: "Technician assigned, issue will be resolved today." I'm in Surat, Gujarat, and after 36+ hours there's still no resolution. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare i have air Fiber connection and have done multiple complaint as Internet is not working even having recharge still no one is attending and tried two time to resolve through toll free number but not received any resolution. Please look into it .
