    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    Waiting 12 days for a refund feels a bit outdated, @JioCare . Cancelled a wrong recharge on May 30, and the amount is still stuck. Could you please look into this and expedite the process? @reliancejio Didn’t expect this type of service so unsatisfactory.

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare

    @JioCare Well one came today could do nothing except chipping wire inserting it again then restarted modem and made few calls. Let me know who is responsible for sorting glitch of myJioapp and who would resolve issue with fluctuating Internet
