@Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @JioCare @TRAI why don't you guys have plan based on speed limit ex. Broadband , atleast if we pay more but gets proper speed. Fedup with network quality.

Why @airtelindia .in Bangalore sucks. Network is never good enough and the Data.. .it does not even give 3G speed net. Money suckers. And the joke is am having some 200 GB data balance which hardly ever works. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare Your network in Bangalore sucks. At multiple places in the city the speedtest results prove that. I have been tweeting for days complaining about it. @DoT_India @TRAI Take note of this My current plan expires on 29 March. That will be the end of Jio for me!

@JioCare I upgraded my Jio Fiber plan to Rs 999/- and paid for the Set Top Box using the voucher that was generated. It's been almost a month and my Set Top Box hasn't been delivered yet. There's no request I can track on the app and I can't reach your customer care either.
