    @reliancejio Ghomti Ghosh supervisor of customer care didn't solve my problem as complain several times, she asked me transfer amount to solve your problem she asked to paid money for solutions my jio number is 7978574716

    @JioCare Thank you for clarifying atleast it's a security deposit .. as per yesterday call it was denied.. still my 1 month free joining offer is been on air.. I have been fooled @ACTFibernet loved your service regret why I switched..

    @reliancejio Ghomti Ghosh supervisor of customer care executive told me to we are unable to solve your problem due to network problem, kindly move on other network with same number. This type of behaviour happened with me. I request jio team to look this matter on urgent basis.

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare your customer care didn't solve my problem as I complain many times your supervisor Gomti Ghosh asking amount for solutions of my problem my jio number is 7978574716

    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @JioCare received this update but nobody contacted JioFiber device for your service ID SR000019829S could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process refund for this account

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP & SR000019C2OU More than 48hrs no resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried porting my number 7558861466 from @reliancejio to Airtel. Now i am getting signal in the airtel sim, the airtel agent write me activation OTP in a paper but i lost it . They given their number as alternative number. So i am unable to receive

    @JioCare Nowdays network strength is very poor in my area. Kindly improve the data strength. Its very difficult to do the wfh activities. previously speed was around 4 - 5 Mbps. now it not crossing 100KBps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have surrendered my Jio connection few months back who's security deposit was INR 2,500 and guess what, I received just INR 250 as a credit. Also, I am chasing Jio customer care for the invoice for past 1 week and no positive response from them.

    @reliancejio it's Very Sad To Saw Reliance Has this type of Service. I Want Reliance Fiber Connection But Afte Fill my From and Giving Permission from Society, It's 7th Day No one Will Came To Vist The Site. Even No One Will Call Me Regarding this Process.

    @reliancejio @jiocare I am very very disappointed from jio fiber services I am trying for new connection but it is not available since 1,2 years. I think it's the worst service of fiber which is not available to everyone's doorstep and they are not trying atleast for it.

    @reliancejio As you are saying 5g network ,we aren't getting proper LTE network in our area ,then how we get trust on 5g network. Even i had a complaint 3 times ,but No solution,so we moved on Airtel. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio5g

    Hii @JioCare , after waiting for 4 days. I have decided to look for a SIM port from jio to any other service. Because of your irresponsible and unprofesional behaviour I am facing huge loss. But before ending our 6 years long bondinfg I will make sure that I take legal action.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre customer care team not providing my solution on my query. The team took more than the stipulated time and unprofessional attitude shown. They are not allowing me to speak with senior officials on the call.
