    @JioCare from yesterday network signal are very poor at my location, issue with voice call and internet... called customer care no use they are not ready to take my complete.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - This issue is not resolved.. Ppl continue to struggle for internet..Is it possible to install a tower near by, current one is far from reach.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My AP sim card is blocked few days ago for unknown reason. I am temporarily staying in Bangalore for few days now. Can I get new AP sim card in Bangalore (KA) for the same AP number. Need urgent solution for my query.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your policies do not refund the customer their money when your app says transaction unsuccessful, yet deduct money and keep it queued. Customer care personnel says policies do not allow refund. Why should I pay for your incompetence ? #FAIL #Jio

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

    @reliancejio we had disconnected our number 6360424247 end of November. While disconnecting we paid extra amount to cover any amount that may accrue during disconnection process. We continue to get bills with no full and final settlement confirmation. Please help.

    @JioCare Over the last two days I've had four missed appointments from your engineers and the only engineer who came went back without fixing an issue with the speeds you're offering. I'm thoroughly disappointed with your service, which is no better than government providers.

    @JioCare you guys are a joke. I asked you to deactivate my Jio number long back and you are still sending me bills, and now you're calling people that I have called in the past using Jio. This is harassment. Your customer care is useless. Whats going on with SR000013MZ6O ?

    @ViCustomerCare Is there an outage in your network? I recharged my Vodafone yesterday after being with @JioCare for one year. Jio never had any outage. Can you te my why vodafone network sucks big time?

    @reliancejio this is now becoming absurd. I was assured over DM messages that jio will take care of it. I am not able to use Internet cannot watch TV cannot do any of my work at home. Customer care told me it can be done if not let me know that it cant bedone

    Hey @reliancejio , it would be better if I didn't have to hear that my validity is ending in 3 ******* DAYS, when i am calling the doctor FOR A ******* MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I am sure that other jio users are also very annoyed with this. Reminder should be given only one day prior

    @reliancejio I hve applied for Jio fiber on 10 June but everydy I have to contact customer care/Jio Fiber as my jio fiber not installed till now. I have done so many mails bt nt satisfactory reply. My order no is NO0000LV20SD & complain no SR00001BNMV9.Evry time resheduling time
