@JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

@JioCare @DoT_India pls monitor the services of Jio Fibre and their server status... Once got the business started showing attitude towards their customer. 8th Aug evening onwards no network. No information to their customers and no one visited after repeated complaints.

@JioCare We are facing severe network fluctuations in our area during power outage! Please look into this ASAP... during power cuts network strength drops to 10% , data does't work! Once power restores everything works fine!

Jio fibre marketing team doing wrong promotions to increase their sales. I think @JioCare should look into this. They said I can cancel the connection at any point of time within one month so that i can get full refund, after my cancel request they are telling pro rata basis.
