    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I've lost all confidence in JioFiber. I don't want the connection. Cancel my order (NO0001E03800) and process a full refund immediately. Delayed installation, ignored calls, and unreachable customer support are unacceptable. Resolve this without further delay.

    @JioCare There is no way someone can get a proper resolution using your app, it's just a chatbot with pre-configured responses. I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?
