    @JioCare Ctnd..is pending. It’s been almost 4-5 days over. No 1 is assigned for device pickup. It’s really not gd whn customer is requesting fr urgent pickup for some emergency but you people never bother about it.I made it clear that I’m moving out of city.Escalate this for device pickup

    @reliancejio I am already a jio fibre customer and I am trying to relocate the connection to a new house,but unfortunately inspite of the availability of Jio fibre there, the society is not allowing any jio engineers inside due to some payment issue from Jio. Kindly help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

    @JioCare The quantum of service outage Goregaon West Patkar College area has faced in the last 4 months has been nearly more than the entire internet outage I faced in my lifetime (pre-Jio). If this continues another 2-3 months, I am not renewing my subscription.
