    @reliancejio I am already a jio fibre customer and I am trying to relocate the connection to a new house,but unfortunately inspite of the availability of Jio fibre there, the society is not allowing any jio engineers inside due to some payment issue from Jio. Kindly help.

    @JioCare I haven't received any service number either. Ofcourse having lost the SIM it's not possible to get it on JIO SIM. Hope you are sending it to alternate number #URGENT

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

    @JioCare Hi saurab Singh Parmar, This is Rashmikant Doshi user of jio fiber. It is the worst experience with jio fiber, from the last 3 days my fiber connection is not working . Along with me a complete area fiber connection not working.
