    @JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since 18th May, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. To make things worse, the engineer is allegedly asking for an extra ₹600 to fix an issue that should be covered under service. This is unacceptable

    Hoped porting to @reliancejio would be hassle-free, but I’m stuck without a working SIM for 2+ days. New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been long time you are not taking any action and closing Sr without resolution. Your IVR has no option to speak to customer care. It just informs that your order is under process for past 11 days. Such a pathetic service. Really #ambanis are only paisa aane do no out going.

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber And the response I get is another automated email telling me to again use MyJio, WhatsApp, or call support — the same channels that are already not helping. This is beyond frustrating when the internet has been unstable for days.

    @JioCare Sent details in DM hours ago, no response. Your team is good for nothing. @JioCare Unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of JioFiber services for JioFixedVoice Number in your area. Services are likely to get restored by 23-05-2026 10:30 PM. Already 24+ hr outage. Worst.
