    @JioCare You people didn't care for the customer at all. But need crores of rupees from the same customers across the country. If we miss or delay for one minute Jio recharge Validity closes automatically. But when it comes to Customer support not happening like that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - This issue is not resolved.. Ppl continue to struggle for internet..Is it possible to install a tower near by, current one is far from reach.

    @JioCare But your network is horrible. Another 75% improvement is required. Network fluctuation is too much. Look into this problem

    @JioCare what do you do when the operator keys in your name wrongly in the CAF inspite of submitting Aadhar etc.? Your bill comes with a wrong name and not reimbursable. Need help in #jiofiber

    @JioCare There are about 800 flats in the society with Airtel subscription, who are fed up too with @airtelindia Monopoly in the apartment, ( WhatsApp group discussion) you guys should have support to bring down rein of Airtel from our apartment.

    @Rebelism95 @JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is worse than Jio. We don't have any option at all. We have to die with it or don't use mobile. Both Jio and Airtel are not service providers, they are fraudsters. Both are 420 networks.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there an outage in your network? I recharged my Vodafone yesterday after being with @JioCare for one year. Jio never had any outage. Can you te my why vodafone network sucks big time?

    @airtelindia guys I have faced a financial loss of $232 dollars because of your Internet downtime which is happening in my area since Thursday last week, the problem is we can’t switch to other network because Airtel has bribed our apt officials to not allow @reliancejio presence

    @Uttams5597 @JioCare @reliancejio Yes Jio service is becoming worse day by day. It's very clear that they are not existing for service, but to loot people. That's why they are the richest in the country. Only false promises without improvement in service.

    @JioCare Experiencing too much slow speed since 1 month . And customer care is responding it will be corrected normal as soon as possible. But when your "soon" come , don't know. You are looting people's money. No compromise in price of recharge then why in service?

    @JioCare @jaagograhakjago i am using Jio Fiber connection. I am unable to use internet since 05Mar. I have made complaint which @JioCare closed without actually resolving. I requested them to open it again as it was not resolved. (1/n)

    @JioCare Please refer to my complaint id SR000018B426 for frequent connection losses. I had been complaining sine OCT2021, every time it was told that problem will be solved in 120 days. But the problem is still existing. Is there anybody in jio to answer or everybody is bussy in 6G 1/2

    @JioCare I visited JioStore as well and surprisingly it is told that issue can be resolved only through email service which are not responding. Though they have raised priority ticket too. All technician explain differently but not able to answer the query.
