    I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @ACTFibernet - ridiculous. Your network has been down in Whitefield Bangalore since 11 pm yesterday. I get a message saying you will resolve by tomorrow morning. Horrible experience. Time we replace ACT with @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service. It’s extremely difficult to reach support, and when we do, we only get auto-template troubleshooting we’ve already tried. This is my last month with @jio_fiber, switching to another internet provider.

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet issues for many days and still high billing. My ₹599+GST plan became ₹1100+. Very poor experience with Jio. Thinking to switch to Airtel.
