    I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

    @JioCare @JioCare what is the status of my refund even after sharing all documents basis submission of the device at jio care and its more than a month now and also there is no followup from you guys till date this si very bad service and worst customer experience by ji fiber

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare @JioCare and mahesh what do you mean by earliest 30 days 60 day 90 days ? Are you guys not ashamed of copy pasting same templates doing no add on work to customer grievance I would suggest you to handover your work to someone who is fit to provide resolution

    @JioCare Hey guys... Awaiting your reply ? Issued is still not resolved nor anyone called me from your technical team. May i know when the issue will be resolved. Even after numerous complained no resolution till date. 27th - till today ! Poorly handled.

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Someone from Jio called me ystdy, they said some delivery guy will call me but I haven't received any call from anyone. The delivery guy seems to be a fraud bcoz he allegedly told the CS team that I didn't pick his call but reality is he never called me

    @JioCare what is the point of having Z5 subscription via Jio AirFibre when we have to pay an extra charge for FIFA World Cup? Still, I've not found any FIFA World Cup broadcasting channel on JioTV. Very pathetic service
