    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup i have booked jiofibre and installation has been scheduled for 2nd may initially and later on postponed to 3rd,4th,8th,7th May..what is this why you guys are playing with us poor management. payment will asking correctly but service is poor

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @JioCare Ctnd..is pending. It’s been almost 4-5 days over. No 1 is assigned for device pickup. It’s really not gd whn customer is requesting fr urgent pickup for some emergency but you people never bother about it.I made it clear that I’m moving out of city.Escalate this for device pickup

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio from past 3 days I'm facing lot of network issue..!! 🤬🤬🤬No calls....No internet totally slow network coverage this is too bad for Jio..😡😡 Customer care not supporting 5G is where...??? I want to move from Jio to Airtel and also I'll recommend to move Airtel

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Internet not working and your technician falsely marked “no one available at home.” This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Paying customerdeserve better service, not false updates. Resolve this ASAP or I will be forced to escalate further
