    @reliancejio Hello sir, I am constantly facing signal problem from past 7 months. I have been calling your customers care from past 6 months and reporting this this issue only to get disappointing answers I would ask you to look into this matter ASAP and do the needful.

    Hey @JioCare I am using a jio Sim from 2017. The network speed was good and the call quality was also good. But now the network speed is very bad and the call quality is one of the worst. It was fine before in my area but now it's worst. Please solve this issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare I shared the details thru DM. It is really frustrating 2 waste my time again and again on sharing these details on a regular basis. Issue occurring once in a while can be manageable, but issues on a daily basis is tortuous & unnecessary time consuming too to reach #jio.

    @JioCare #jio can see in the image that my another mobile number which is in roaming has full signal, but #jio4g doesn't have. Whenever I ask these questions, your customer care executives gave lame excuses. I am losing my crucial time. #jio #poorcustomerservice #CustomerService #jio4g

    @JioCare very disappointed with the internet speed and network coverage. Voice Calls unclear. In Bangalore most areas the internet service being provided is very poor around 144 kbps approx. It doesn't seems to be a 4G speed. Please improve both the service annoyed customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You guys really need to improve your services. I have visited your service center to get faulty JioFi M2 checked. He checked within 15min and told that its fixed. I did checks back at home and problem remains.They could have kept device if needed time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How to download postpaid bill payment receipt/invoice from Jio app if someone makes payment through the Jio App. I didn't find that, also customer care executive confirmed that there is no option for that in the App. Are you really no 1? #MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber Never ever choose Jio Fiber.. This is 3rd day I have no internet connection due to broken wire. And every time I raise an issue ticket, they just mark it as resolved or closed without actually solving... 0 / 10 rating goes to Jio Fiber service.

    @JioCare I had recharged my jio SIM with 599-2GB per day pack. When my 2GB data about to complete only 1 or 2 MBs remaining my network is getting slow, even after recharging with additional data pack that 2MB is not getting completed and it takes 2 hours. How to rectify this ?
