Is this what service you give?? For ₹25 rupees duplicate Sim they’ve made us pay them 180₹ rupees if this happens then we’ve to shift to other network.

This is the same generic response I received last month. Please stop blaming Wi-Fi interference and arrange a technician visit to fix the issue.
