    @JioCare Same reply i am getting in your jio app from last 2 years, update with some new.why not it is going fast..? Airtel extreme they started 2 years back itself.they are providing connection for whole city. You people are very slow.

    @JioCare I have got ported my number(7846813893) to Jio just a month back with unlimited voice calls of 6 months' plan. But from last 1 week, my outgoing voice service is barred by giving reason as abnormally high number of outgoing calls & asked to recharge several times.

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR082052985. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    Really disappointed with Jio service. They push customers for expensive recharges but can’t even provide basic emergency support when a phone gets stolen. Stores exist but no contact number of store manager. CC keeps transferring calls no help. Worst experience ever. @JioCare

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Honestly, try BSNL. I didn't believe it either until I actually used it, but their 4G network is far better than other operators right now.

    Another message just received from Jiocare which tells us to restore the network by 20th May 3pm. I want to clear you that the problem is continuing from 18th May 3pm. Although it's gone for 24 hours from the time of problem occurred and we have to wait for another 24 hours.

    Worst ,no response for new SIM card online order no: NO00015ELLVV , already paid. Customer care (199) was bot voice, chat also bot, hard to contact Jio customer care. No response from @JioCare @reliancejio on X,They focus on marketing as get sim from home . #jio #nosupportonjio
